House Rules
This home is equipped with outdoor security cameras (front yard, driveway, and backyard near gate) and noise-detection hardware (does not record audio).

Breaking any house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, allowing unregistered pets, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours—may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

House Rules
Respecting the home ensures a wonderful stay for all guests.
• Maximum occupancy: 20 guests
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No smoking or vaping
• No open flames indoors
• Thermostat must remain between 69°F and 78°F
• No shoes inside the house
• Use of pool and recreational equipment is at guest’s own risk
• Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent pests
• Report any damage promptly
• Respect neighbors and the property at all times

Parking (Strictly Enforced)
• Maximum of 2 cars in the driveway (must not extend past fence)
• Up to 4 cars allowed in gravel area
• No street parking
• No parking outside fence line or blocking driveway

Pet Fee
• $150 per stay for 1 pet
• $50 per each additional pet
• Maximum of 2 pets

Fire Pit Notice
Due to Florida’s climate and storage conditions, firewood is not provided. Firewood can be easily purchased at nearby stores.

The check-in instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival, so you'll have a clear guide to help with your check-in process. Similarly, the check-out instructions will be sent a day before your departure to ensure a smooth check-out.

If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us ahead of time so we can check availability. Please note, this request is subject to availability and we do charge an additional fee.
