Located on the first floor, this cozy efficiency offers breathtaking beach views, a private ocean view deck with patio direct beach walkout, and all the comforts of home. Inside, you'll find a queen bed, sofa bed, full kitchen with modern appliances (including a dishwasher and microwave), updated bathroom, and convenient washer/dryer. Stay cool with AC and enjoy entertainment on the 43-inch smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and more.

Perfect for a beach getaway, the property offers essential amenities like WiFi, heating, and a fully stocked kitchen. Property has: Dishes, silverware and pots and pans, cups, mugs, coffee machine, ice maker, a toaster and a blender. Air conditioning, Washer, Dryer, Oven, and Microwave.

While the beach is right at your doorstep, you'll also be near popular attractions like restaurants, shops, and Northside Park’s jogging trails and playing fields. Please note: No pets allowed and smoking is prohibited on the premises (condo rules). The entire property, from the parking lot to the beach and inside the condos and on the decks, is a non-smoking property. 1 parking space for the unit, all other cars must park on street.

Bring your towels, sheets for queen for both bed & pullout (comforter and pillows provided), paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), beach gear, and get ready to create unforgettable memories at this tranquil oceanfront retreat!

The place is perfect for a couple and a kid. Location is amazing and the building is spotless and perfectly maintained. It’s not luxurious, though the price is very fare for the included amenities. The complex is quiet too. Owners are very organized and everything went as smoothly as possible.

Amazing location with walkout to beach. Decent furnishings. Cleaners showed up after we checked in and bathroom rugs were dirty. The vertical blinds were broken and difficult to open and close. The bathroom sink drained very slowly.

Fabulous studio, “beach-in, beach-out”. Everything was splendid and true to the description! If rolling out of bed, pouring a cup of coffee and sitting on the patio 10 feet from the beach access path is your thing, like it is ours, it will not disappoint. Great stay!

This property was clean and steps from the beach. You couldn’t ask for a better location with regard to the boardwalk. Close enough to drive too yet far enough from the busy and noisy activities on the boardwalk. My only gripe I have is it may be time for a new mattress on the queen size bed or even moving to a king size bed. I do however understand that space is sometimes limited therefore a king size bed may not be practical. Overall a good vacation

Just as described! Small quaint condo with a walkout to a beautiful beach! The condo was perfect and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Very clean inside and outside. Owners were friendly and responded quickly to our messages. Highly recommended!

Location couldn’t be beat! Beach walkout was wonderful and having one assigned parking spot was convenient. The place was a good size for just my partner and I. The WiFi seemed to cut out quite often, but other than that couldn’t be a better spot.
