Perfect location. Walk out your door to the beach. Host is great to rent from. Communicated very well. We would definitely rent this property again.

Location, Location, Location

This is an adorable condo located close to the beach in the complex and faces east so you can see the sun rise over the mountains. It was very clean and had great amenities. It had both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig, which was helpful as my friend and I like different strength coffee. Great communication with Jean. I'd stay there again.

Perfect lake front condo

The condo is in a beautiful location. It could use a few updates but overall it worked out perfectly for my family of four for our 5 night stay. When we arrived the air conditioning wasn’t working and I reached out to Jean. She responded promptly and sent maintenance to fix it the next day. She was great to rent from and we are renting again next month.

White Mountains trip

Wow! The view from the patio is spectacular. You can’t beat this view and it’s a great home base to explore the White Mountains. When we weren’t out hiking and exploring, we enjoyed hanging out in the patio or on the very comfy couch in the living room. One note of improvement is for the bedroom to have quality pillow cases, and offer an extra blanket in the closet, if needed. Jean, is super responsive with communications and we didn’t have any issues with check in or check out. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for having us!

Peaceful Getaway

Stayed here from CT to visit our daughter attending a NH college. Location was beautiful on the lake. Peaceful and quiet area. Morning view was breathtaking! Convenience of 2 bathrooms was a plus! :-)

Great location for great hikes

My friend and I came to stay for a girl's trip, and were delighted at the location of this condo to the major hikes we wanted to do. The condo was clean and quiet, and had what we needed to make quick meals.

Lovely view of mountains and nice beachfront…. Very kid friendly . Minor issue was dishwasher not emptied from previous tenants and wet toilet paper roll on porch.

The property was very clean. The area where the property was was very quiet and well kept. There was lots to do near by as well. We had no issues what so ever with the property and definitely recommend to anyone interested!!

Great spot!

Perfect spot for grandparents to stay so they could watch the grandkids enjoy the pond. Kids stayed in a different unit and grandparents stayed here with easy access out the back door to the pond and clubhouse. Clean and well equipped. Quick response and resolution when the a/c unit wasn’t working. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

Stayed 3 night with my daughter and two grandsons. Picked this location so we could go to the local waterpark and Santas Village. The Condo was well stocked and clean. Plenty of towels and linen. Beds were comfortable, even the pull out! Condo is steps away from the beach and Rec hall. The kids loved the beach and pond, basketball area, indoor swimming pool and pong table. Wish we had stayed another night or two to enjoy all that is available at the resort. Next time!

Hiking weekend

This place was perfect for me and my 2 girlfriends. We hiked our first 4000 footer. It was amazing. But the location of this place was perfect. Right near the highway.
