THE SPACE
This house features two levels of living space with six bedrooms and four full bathrooms. There is a large deck, firepit, and grill for your outdoor enjoyment. There are steps required to access the front door and the second level.

The first level has a large open concept living area for your enjoyment. Cook, eat, relax, play...all together! It features a large kitchen w/island, living room, dining room, sitting room, one full bathroom, and laundry area.

The second level contains all six bedrooms and three bathrooms. The large primary suite (bedroom #1) features one king bed, large walk-in closet and large en-suite with soaker tub, separate stand-in shower and double sink. Bedroom #2 has one queen bed. Bedroom #3 has one king bed with the unique ability of being separated into two twin beds. Please let us know if you wish to use this feature, otherwise it will be prepared as a king bed. Bedroom #4 has a bunk bed with two twin beds, plus a twin trundle. Bedrooms #5 & #6 are "Jack and Jill" rooms, which each contain two twin beds and share a full bathroom in the middle. The third bathroom is accessed from the hallway.

There is a four car limit for this property.

GUEST ACCESS
Only the three locked doors are not not for guest use. There is no parking permitted in the garage.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
*This community is gated and requires advance registration. Guests will be required to provide information for registration with the community. The community will charge late fees for information not provided in a timely manner. Each driver and car is required to present a valid Drivers License and vehicle registration for entry. Registration information will be requested after booking.

There will be an additional $75 short notice registration/late fee charged by the community for registration that is submitted less than 4 days prior to the reservation. This fee applies to both short notice bookings and early bookings that have provided the information late, and will be added after booking when applicable.

Pool passes are an additional charge paid directly to the community. The community charges $12/person for each day that guests will use the pool. Passes are not required if guests will not use the pool. Other community activities may have fees.

Because this is a gated community, any day visitors or deliveries must be called in, in advance, by the host.

There is a four vehicle limit for this property.
