Newly built/renovated with a fantastic kitchen. Great deck with a unique view of Baldy and a convenient location, this Ketchum vacation rental is the perfect spot for a romantic weekend away. The bright and airy living room boasts a sliding glass door to a small deck. Breathe in the mountain air and gaze at the natural wonder around you. The space inside is warm and inviting, with a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV. WiFi is available throughout the home. The kitchen boasts an electric range, a dishwasher, and a myriad of other gadgets to make any home chef happy. Guests have access to a coin-operated laundry facilities as well as underground parking. The Mountain Rides bus line to the slopes is just outside your door as is the Ketchum bike path. Take a scenic ride into town.

Just a mile from downtown Ketchum, this mountain getaway is in an amazingly convenient location. It sits on the bus route to the ski slopes and is on the bike path to town. Hike, bike, golf or ski - both downhill and cross country - it's all just steps from your door. Sun Valley lures skiers of all levels to its 3,400 vertical feet of powder. Bald and Dollar Mountains are great for both beginners and advanced skiers. If you don't want to ski, head into town to shop or dine. The Ram is one of the more popular spots for a nosh and is a Sun Valley institution.

Everything was clean, the view was beautiful, the bed was extremely comfy. We had some water coming out around the toilet on the first night, but they got it fixed ASAP the next day! I was very impressed.

Very clean, recently renovated condo. Excellent location close to Warm Springs base at Bald Mtn and close to downtown Ketchum. Right on the Blue/Bronze bus line which was very convenient (we did not need a car). However, we could not get the TV to work and there is no washer/dryer (unit has W/D hook-ups, just no W/D appliances). Comfortable bed and modern kitchen appliances. Could use a standard coffee maker (does have a Keurig). If they put a sleeper sofa in the unit if could easily accommodate 2 couples.

Clean and quite

I enjoyed staying at this quite condo near the Warm Springs ski lifts. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well provisioned. There is no A/C, but I did not need it because it was cool at night. The condo is located near the road, so there is some noise from traffic. I would stay here again, as well as, recommend it to others.

We are very sorry to see that there was an odor of smoke in this home. All Vacasa homes are non-smoking for employees and guests. Housekeeping will do their best to freshen up the home and remove the smell.

Great location. Screen door on balcony would not latch. No air conditioning which is normal for the area but the bed room window latch was broken so could not open the window to cool off in evening.

The location was great for bike riding, and the unit was very clean. However, there was some kind of bad odor coming from the utility room that we could not locate. Upon contacting the property managers, they would never address it. Finally saying that they would address it after we left. We ended up putting towels in front of the door to block the Oder. Therefore, we would not recommend staying at this unit.

Cute place, uncomfy bed

If you can sleep on a rock, you’ll love this place. It’s some sort of foam mattress that is harder that a rock (don’t just plop your butt down on it, you’ll jam your spine) that slowly conforms to your body, so you’re stuck in that position. To adjust, you must intentionally crawl out of the crater your body created, and lay in a completely new spot on the bed, otherwise it’s impossible to adjust. They also have precisely two pillows, and they’re VERY thick. So bring your own and something thinner if your neck kinks.

This property has an amazing view and everything you need for your stay except a blow dryer so come prepared , balcony seating would have been nice but we brought our chairs. No A/C but that wasn't an issue unless you stayed there the whole day. No water avaible unless you want to drink from the sink. A britta pitcher in the fridge would have been nice. shower caddy looks like it wants to fall because the suction cups don't lineup with the tile right. It's just out of walking distance, I'd more say it's biking distance, but there is a bus stop right outside. All in all it was a good stay but I will say that bed is a rock to sleep on.

Great, and cheaper than the hotel

We had a hotel booked, but they cancelled our reservation at the last minute, but it sure worked out great. The apartment is clean and functional. The bed is nice. The back deck is a peaceful paradise. Some of the other reviews me too that it's dated, and maybe the bathroom is a little, but there was plentiful hot water in the shower. The underground parking is nice, and the bus into town stops right out front.

Cute little place!

We loved staying at this little condo! It was clean and had everything we needed. I hope to be back during ski season! The only thing that threw us off was that there was a car parked in our parking space in the garage the night it snowed. But everything else was great!

Mold on bathroom floor

Entry to dark to see lock box #. Night stands taller than bed, lights to high, get out of bed to use. Filthy floors in bathroom, toilet leaking all day and night. Not happy with this stay.

Don’t stay here

The ONLY thing we loved about this property was the view off the balcony—absolutely gorgeous. Everything else, however, was the worst. Parking was confusing and TINY. We have a RAV4 and barely fit. If you have a truck, good luck fitting. Communication with the host was non-existent—I tried multiple times to contact the host to no avail. The worst part was the room itself. Although smoking is “prohibited” here, the room reeked of cigarettes and made both my partner and I have awful headaches. The unit has no AC, and the two fans they gave us didn’t work. Not to mention the bathroom door was left closed after the cleaning staff cleaned it so when we walked into the bathroom it smelled musty and gross. VERY disappointed with this property. Save yourself time and money and book somewhere else.
