Condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain à distance de marche du centre-ville de Ketchum, du réseau de sentiers, d'un arrêt de bus et du YMCA. Le condo est de deux étages avec une chambre et salle de bain en bas et une chambre et salle de bain à l'étage sans autre condo au-dessus. L'entrée de la porte d'entrée est au niveau du sol. Les deux chambres ont un porche / balcon fermé. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils de taille normale. De plus, tous les draps sont fournis. Nous acceptons les animaux domestiques et des frais supplémentaires s'appliquent.

This was an excellent condo and the location is within walking distance to downtown and the bus to the mountain. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Communication with the host was also excellent. Highly recommend.

Great place!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Super comfortable beds! Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Unit is walkable to town. Great little neighborhood with very nice people all around.

We had a great time staying here. The condo is well located -- across the street from the YMCA, right on the bike trail and easy walking/riding to anywhere in Ketchum. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, wifi strong and kitchen well equipped for cooking. We can't wait to come back!

Great Option in Ketchum

We had a wonderful stay at this spot in Ketchum. The communication leading up to our stay was outstanding and everything was set and ready to go upon our arrival. The apartment is comfortable, very well equipped and from our perspective is in an ideal location... in immediate proximity to the river, parks, restaurants and a short walk to downtown. Thanks to the owners for doing their part to making our stay in Ketchum so enjoyable.

"EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT!" and "THIS IS A GREAT PLACE IN A GREAT LOCATION!". I received by email those compliments from this guest the day after she arrived at my condo so I was surprised to read her review. My condo was spotless when she checked into it because I cleaned it my self. My VRBO photos clearly show it is older but in good shape. During her 2 plus month stay she often left her barking/crying dogs alone disturbing my neighbor while he worked from home. She was asked numerous times not to but continued to breaking my house rules. I will not accept her again.

Fantastic, convenient location in Ketchum. Everything I needed for my 6 week stay. Was here for work, but was able to have company a couple times and enjoy the town. Easy access to everything. Great little place for a vacation or longer stay. Would def recommend. Super helpful host. Thanks you Nancy for providing such a great place.

Beautiful, homey and well located

We loved our stay here. The apartment was adorable, conveniently outfitted with all the amenities we needed for a long term stay. It was a short walk in to town and a very short drive to the slopes. Could not have been better!

Quiet, well-appointed condo in a great location with high-speed internet

We had such a great stay at this condo in Ketchum. The location is excellent with close proximity to town, the ski mountain, river access, and a big field for our dog to play. The unit is in a quiet corner of the complex with ground-floor entry. We especially enjoyed the cozy fireplace, great layout, and extremely fast internet for working remotely. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We would recommend this condo to anyone!

We purchased our condo in 2012 because we wanted to have our own vacation home to visit our newly born granddaughter. Our son and daughter in law live and work in Ketchum, Idaho.

We are retired historic hotel owners from Silver City New Mexico. Since retiring we moved to Florence, Arizona and live in the 55+ community of Anthem at Merrill ranch where we own long term rental homes.




Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose our condo because of the location. If we were to fly into the airport, we could walk to town, take a walk on the trail system which is just outside our complex, or take the bus. Summer or winter, we have walked to the many restaurants!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Again, the location is perfect for us! The condo complex is named Parkside because a large park is just next to our complex. Just a block and a half is Kiwanis Park which is on the Big Wood River. Our condo's entry door is ground level, having the living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom with full bathroom on the same level. Upstairs is a large bedroom with loveseat and 3/4 bath. Both bedrooms have a outdoor porch.
