The open expanse of Long Sands Beach awaits just down the driveway from this darling cottage in York, where you'll have every essential for a classic summer in Maine. You'll swim, you'll sunbathe, and you'll be welcomed home each afternoon by a sunroom, a small deck, and a private gas grill.

Follow the narrow driveway from Long Beach Avenue to reach this single-level home, which you'll enter by way of the cozy front deck. Step inside to unwind in the window-lined sunroom. There's a washer/dryer in the first bedroom to take care of your swimsuits and towels and a Netflix-equipped TV in the living room for your evening entertainment. Find full-size appliances in the nicely equipped kitchen, a gas grill just outside, and a dining table for four in the sunroom. When it's time to turn in for the evening, there's even window-unit air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms.

Awesome cottage!!

This cottage is definitely a winner! It is in an EXCELLENT location just a few steps across from York Long Beach, it is well accommodated with full amenities, and it is just so cute overall! I absolutely recommend this place!

Cute Little Cottage

Very nice and cozy cottage! Right down on the beach and large sidewalks to get around. Didn't realize it was so close to Nubble Lighthouse so that was a plus!

Love the view

While not immediately off the beach, there is a clear view of the ocean from the sun room and front deck. The location is very convenient to explore Maine and Massachusetts. Very happy with the accommodation.

Very cute and clean!

We found this property to be very clean and bright, and quite spacious for 2 of us. The location is perfect, just across the street from the beach and provides a little bit of an ocean view from the sunny enclosed front porch. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Great location!

We were so close to the ocean! You could see the water from the front area- the sun room and the porch-of the property. The place was clean and child friendly. Looking forward to our next stay, that’s for sure!

Cozy Oceanside Stay

We enjoyed this property immensely. The communal spaces are large and open, while the bedrooms were so cozy. The ocean is right across the street and absolutely gorgeous. The location was right near everywhere we needed to be (we were in town for a wedding). We flew into Boston and getting to the rental from there was very easy. Would absolutely stay here again!

The Nub

Excellant location to see the Nubble, walk the beaches (try to avoid idiots that can't keep an animal on the leash), easy walk to great restaurant (Lobster Cove), or a little grocery store.

The cottage was exactly as posted. The cottage was very clean, close to the beach. It had comfortable furniture, including the beds. From the sunroom you could see the ocean. Looking forward to booking the "Lil Cottage"next year.

Clean and Bright

We enjoyed the space and bright sunny rooms of this property. The kitchen is very well supplied, and was used often throughout our week-long stay. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The bathroom is a fair size for 2 people to share, and it provides plenty of towels and quite a bit of storage. The sunporch facing the beach is sunny and very enjoyable for both dining and relaxing.

Sunny and Bright Spaces

The location of this cute home is wonderful- directly across the street from Long Sands Beach. Although it is a smaller home, the sunporch, living room, and kitchen are all very bright and open. The kitchen is very well-supplied. The bathroom has ample storage for personal items. Having a washer and dryer in the home is quite convenient. We recommend!
