Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Grand Junction. With three comfortable bedrooms, including one king bed and two queen beds, guests can easily relax and unwind. The master bath has a large walk-in shower and closet. The second bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. Whether you’re cooling off or warming up, the house offers air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable. The back yard has a jacuzzi which seats six, a BBQ, a large fire pit with six comfy Adirondack chairs which is perfect for marshmallow roasting and family story telling! This fantastic space invites you to kick back and enjoy your stay. Fun fact..the television in the Great Room is mounted on original barn wood from Mississippi. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Grand Junction.

Visited with my family of 4 for a week. The house is a 2 hour drive from multiple National Parks and National Forests. We went hiking every day and enjoyed having this beautiful home to return to. Big open well-supplied kitchen for cooking meals and spending time together. It was very hot in Grand Junction (107F!) while we visited, but the house stayed cool. Very nice quiet neighborhood, We enjoyed evenings in the hottub. Host was very welcoming and responsive to any inquiries. Located within a 5-10 minute drive to local shopping, many local breweries and wineries. Highly recommend the Palisade Sunday Farmer's Market if you get the chance, definitely get some local peaches if you're visiting during the season. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend

The home is beautifully kept and really well decorated. The host was so easy to reach. The beds were comfortable and there was so much to do at the house between the firepit, hot tub, cold plunge, etc. There were so many thoughtful extra touches- like blankets for the couch, toiletries, a coffee bar, child items for use like a pack and play and high chair, and firewood. The location is pretty central to both Grand Junction and Palisade which we really liked. The only con was that we didn't know or see anywhere in the listing that the backyard and hot tub area is recorded. Totally understand why- insurance liability, etc- it still put a damper on the enjoyment of the yard as it was awkward for my husband and I and we didn't want our children or ourselves recorded in bathing suits, etc. There is also a spotlight on the ring camera at night that was very sensitively motion activated and turned on every time you move which made going in the hot tub or sitting on the nice patio furniture pretty unpleasant -we didn't feel able to relax or enjoy the very nice yard much at all but overall loved the house and amenities.

When I linked my Airbnb and VRBO listings, I mistakenly assumed that the camera disclosure from Airbnb would automatically transfer to VRBO. As soon as I became aware of the omission, I updated the VRBO listing to clearly disclose the outdoor cameras. I also appreciate your feedback regarding the spotlight. I have adjusted the settings so it will no longer activate in a way that interferes with guests enjoying the backyard and hot tub area in the evening. Thank you again for bringing this to my attention. Your feedback is valuable as we continue improving the guest experience.
