This 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat sleeps up to 12 guests and delivers the full package - a game room with pool table, air hockey, and dartboard, two fireplaces, and a propane grill on the back deck. Whether you're here for the slopes, a family reunion, or a full group getaway, this place was built for making memories.

Entertainment

The basement game room is where the group gathers after a long day on the mountain. You've got a pool table, air hockey, a dartboard, a gaming console and a DVD player for setting the mood. The basement living area features a 70" TV with both Roku streaming and cable. Five additional smart TVs are spread across the rest of the home, so everyone has their own space to unwind.



Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is fully outfitted for serious home cooking - a full-size refrigerator with working ice maker and water dispenser, a gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher make the heavy lifting easy. You'll also find a blender, crockpot, stand mixer, toaster, full cookware set including a roasting pan and baking dishes, a complete knife block, and a coffee maker. Dinnerware, glassware, and utensils are stocked per guest count.



Technology

7 TVs total throughout the home. 6 are smart TVs with streaming capability. The basement living area TV also has cable. The lower-level bedroom TV is a standard set with no streaming or cable. WiFi is powered by Blue Ridge with two eero routers and network extenders reaching the living room and top floor bedrooms.



Outdoor

The back deck is your base camp for morning coffee and evening grilling. A propane grill with cover and full propane tank is ready to go. Soak in the mountain and tree views while the burgers sizzle.



Laundry

Full washer and dryer in the laundry room on the lower level - great for longer stays or post-ski freshening up.



Community Amenities

Vista at Camelback Mountain sits within the Northridge at Camelback HOA community. Community tennis courts are available at the HOA building on Quail Lane. A community dumpster is also located on Camelback Road across from the HOA building.

Community tennis courts are located at the HOA building on Quail Lane - a short drive from the property. The overflow parking lot is across from the HOA building on Camelback Road, helpful when the group arrives in multiple vehicles.



Guest Access:

Self check-in is available via keyless entry lock. The roads are paved but steep and narrow - take it slow on arrival, especially in winter conditions. Road salt and a snow shovel are on hand at the property for winter guests. Your host is available to assist if you have questions during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Tannersville puts you right at the intersection of mountain adventure and easy access to everything the Poconos is known for. Whether you're clicking into ski boots or exploring local shops and waterparks, it's all within a short drive.

Other Things to Note:

★ No pets allowed

★ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

★ HOA community - Additional registration is required, please observe quiet hours and community rules

★ No RVs or trailers allowed

★ No 4WD required, but use caution in winter conditions

★ Multiple stairways throughout - not ideal for guests with limited mobility (2 steps to front porch, approx. 15 steps to top floor, approx. 15 steps to lower level)
