Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay. The house was clean and had everything you needed for a nice relaxing weekend getaway. Good area, close to the stores and restaurants and a quick 15 minute drive to Green Lake State Park. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay

We had a great time in this house. We celebrated my Mom’s 90th birthday and could not be happier with the location and accommodations. The house is spacious and very clean. Close to the stores which came in handy for us several times.

very clean, spacious, small details addressed which made the stay kinda home feeling.

The decor made us all (myself and 3 coworkers) laugh but genuinely enjoyed. Very CLEAN! Conveniently close to stores and highway. Quiet neighborhood.

Home Away From Away

Easy to find. We moved our daughter to Syracuse University. Very close to University and restaurants. Great neighborhood. Clean spacious home with everything you need. There was only three of us, but enough room for a larger family with space to spare. Host was quick to respond and checked in on us! I recommend this home.

Comfortable, spacious, clean, lived in, home away from home (that our kids didn’t want to leave). Good WiFi. Good TV, with option to add your own streaming device. Good kitchen for cooking, baking and eating. Very responsive owner. Would have liked: direct access to backyard, a washer/dryer, a queen or king bed in main bedroom.

Very efficient, no surprises

All went well for our stay. The place was clean and well-equipped, in a good area, with convenient access to major highways, shopping, etc. Very responsive manager. Just one suggestion - it would be good if an another lamp could be added in the "piano room" as there was not enough light for reading and other things, especially for more than one person.

Lovely home near SU

It is a very well maintained and clean (although a bit dated) home in a neighborhood area off of Erie. Close to food places and Trader Joes. :-) It's about 13 mins to Syracuse University. Rene was very responsive when I asked a question. It had many amenities that I appreciated like fresh planted flowers at the front door and coffee and bottled water available. It was a very nice stay.

Great location to Syracuse U

It was very nice to find some basics in the house so we could cook without have to purchase everything. We needed to go to Syracuse graduation events so the location is perfect! Recommend for SU events! We needed larger beds and the size of 3 of the 4 beds was not in the listing. There are 3 Full size beds which does not work for 2 adults each in our family. The rooms are spacious though!

Nice Space for Large Family

As a family of 6, we enjoyed the space the house had to offer! My kids had plenty of room to play with their teain sets in the formal living room while my husband and I watched TV in the den. The kitchen was larger than my own kitchen at home and we were able to cook a few meals easily with the space. A couple of things to note: 1) the downstairs bathroom is a tight space, be prepared to sit sideways 😆 and 2) the queen size mattresses all need to be upgraded. They were pretty uncomfortable and my husband, who has back issues, struggled to sleep well during our stay 😬 There is no rating for specific amenities, or else I would have noted that in this review. But overall, a nice, clean stay while we visited family for a week in Syracuse.
