Great stay in Saratoga

We very much enjoyed our 3 days in Saratoga and in part due to the lovely VRBO we stayed in. The house was as pictured…beautiful porch overlooking the lake. I recommend this home to anyone visiting Saratoga.

Great house on the lake

This house is perfect for a getaway to Saratoga with friends or family. With a great view of the lake for sunset, and a lot of space inside for meals, games, etc. Not a far drive from the town or grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again!

Saratoga Get Away

We are a group of senior citizens and friends for over 40 years. We vacation together a few times each year and Saratoga is always on our list. We have stayed at this property 3 times and have always been satisfied and clearly look forward to visiting again in 2025.

Friends vacation

This is our 2nd visit to this property and we were once again very pleased. We plan to rent this property again next year once we decide on our dates. The host was very pleasant and professional. No surprises which is a good thing.

Nice place, good location.

Had a nice stay and really enjoyed the view of Saratoga lake. Shuffleboard in the basement was a pleasant surprise. There were a few minor inconveniences: Dirty dishes left in dishwasher when we arrived, no remote for basement TV, oven/microwave lost power on our last night and would not turn back on. All that aside, we would definitely stay there again.

Close to 5 star rating

House was clean, included magnificent view, and very functional. Proximity to Saratoga was enticing. But, very pleasant owner needed better arrival preparation- house needs more eating utensils; kitchen eating table + chairs were wobbly, no dishwasher soap kayaks hadn’t been cleaned or used for ages. Little more attention to detail and voila- 5 stars. We have 6 total guests.

Great time at a large clean house.

It's a great house in a great spot. We rented the whole house (units 1 and 2) for a larger group doing a racetrack weekend. The house is clean and in good shape, the beds are comfortable. It has a beautiful view of the lake and is a short drive to the city. There is a nice backyard to hang out on, and a fire pit! The host was communicative and everybody was comfortable. 5 stars. Downsides (and there really were not many - its a wonderful property): The VRBO listing says that one bedroom of each unit has a bunk bed but it does not. Also the water is quite sulfur smelling - bring bottled water. Also, be aware that you have to cross a road to access the dock. But the house has it's own private dock once you do so. Lastly, if you book both units 1 and 2, there is no way to get from one to the other.

Annual Saratoga trip

Property was excellent, clean and spacious for our group which was 4 senior citizens who played golf in the morning, went to the track and then had dinner at a local restaurant. Host was in contact with us to insure all was well. Would definitely consider for future trips.

Relaxing waterfront property

Wonderful rental and great atmosphere for family. The space was very clean, well equipped and the owner was very easy to communicate with. Absolutely recommend this rental.

Fun Weekend for the Guys

Me and a few friends came up to Saratoga for the weekend and had a great stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was easy to communicate with and helpful. Great view of the lake and plenty of space.

Great property right on the lake!

We had such a great week at the house! The lake access was right across the street. We took the kayaks out and rented a boat to go around the lake. The house is very close to downtown Saratoga, so very easy to get down and back. The house itself was perfect for us - we would love to come back here again!

Great stay on Saratoga Lake!

We thought this property was beautiful! Very clean upon arrival, and plenty of space for our family! We loved having access to two kayaks and lifejackets and paddles to spend an afternoon on the lake. House was well equipped with enough supplies for cooking a dinner or enjoying take out. Beautiful views of sunset on the lake. We would definitely be back if our travels take us to Saratoga again!

Saratoga Reunion

Great stay at the lake house! Mornings on the porch with a cup of coffee overlooking the lake were serene. Fantastic location to horse track, downtown Saratoga, boating, and golf! Property manager was super responsive to all my questions. House was welcoming and very comfortable.

Great Saratoga Lake property

This is a great property. The location is amazing as Saratoga and Malta are both close by for restaurants and shopping. The house is well equipped and well maintained. The downsides are that you have to cross a busy street and go down a staircase to access the water. There are kayaks for your use and we caught some nice 10 inch large mouth bass off the dock with a kid's barbie fishing rod. The other potential problem is that the house is a duplex. We had no issues with our neighbors and had a great stay. I would stay again.

Everything We Needed

We had a great stay and the home had all the supplies and amenities we needed in order to spend time in the house and the lake. All of the TVs, appliances, plates and utensils were off high quality. The set up was great for kids and adults. Being a multilevel home allowed for flexibility in sleeping, different activities, and allowed for staying up after the kids went to bed. We caught quite a few large bass off the dock, kids swam a lot, we used the grill and porch. The owner communicated frequently with information and answering questions prior and during our stay. Definitely would stay again!
