Located in a quiet, highly desirable neighborhood, this property boasts unobstructed lake views and a peaceful atmosphere. While close to town, marina, restaurants, and beaches, a car is recommended to fully explore the area.


This home is not part of the Vacation Club and does not include access to shared amenities such as a pool or clubhouse.

Whether you`re here for lake adventures, relaxing views, or quality time with family and friends, this spacious Bear Lake retreat offers the perfect setting for your next getaway.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all living areas, bedrooms, and the private outdoor hot tub.

Please note:

-This property does not include access to any shared amenities such as a pool or clubhouse and is not part of the Vacation Club located at the main gates.
-The under-stair storage area is reserved for cleaning supplies and is not accessible to guests.

The outdoor storage shed is available for guest use. Inside, you’ll find paddleboards and bikes for your enjoyment so please feel free to use them during your stay. We simply ask that all equipment is returned in the same condition and placed back in the shed after use.

We offer full self check-in, allowing you to arrive at your convenience and settle in with ease.

Garden City`s most sought-after lakeside community and the closest neighborhood to Bear Lake`s marina. The Bear Lake State Park Marina is just a short walk away, where guests can launch a boat, rent jet skis or paddleboards, or watch the kids feed the fish off the dock. A paved bike and walking path runs right through the neighborhood, connecting Harbor Village to the marina and the lakeshore, so it`s easy to get outside without ever needing the car.

Garden City itself is a small, easygoing lake town best known as the home of the Bear Lake raspberry shake, a must-try treat at almost every local spot. The famously turquoise water of Bear Lake (often called the `Caribbean of the Rockies`) is the main draw, with sandy beaches, boating, paddleboarding, and some of the best cutthroat trout fishing in the state. In winter, the same scenery becomes a playground for snowmobiling, ice fishing, and skiing at nearby Beaver Mountain.

A car is the easiest way to get to and around Garden City, since there`s no public transit serving Bear Lake. The drive from Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) takes about 2 hours and 15–25 minutes, heading north on I-15 through Ogden and then east through Logan Canyon on Hwy 89, which is a scenic drive in its own right. The closest regional airport is Logan-Cache Airport, about 45 minutes away.

Once you`re in Garden City, most everything guests need (the marina, beaches, restaurants, and the grocery store) is within a mile or two, and the paved bike path makes walking or biking a great option in good weather. For winter visits or trips up to Beaver Mountain, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended, as Logan Canyon Road can get snowy.

Ample parking is available in the driveway and designated parking areas. Trailers are welcome; however, wheel chocks are required for all trailer storage when parked on the property. Please do not move the cement parking aids, as they are in place to help guide safe parking.

4wd and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present, as Logan Canyon Road can get snowy.
-No Pets Allowed
-No Smoking or Vaping inside the home. This includes all rooms and common areas.
-No Events or Parties: Large gatherings and events are not allowed. Unregistered guests or visitors are also not permitted—please contact us in advance if you need to make exceptions.
-Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
-Excessive Trash: Extra fees will apply if there is an excessive amount of trash left behind. Please use the trash bins provided.
-Please do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items will cause damage.
-Wheel chocks must be used at all times for any trailer stored in the parking lot.
-Please do not move the cement parking aids.
-All paddle boards and bikes must be returned in good working condition after use.
-Only one person is allowed on the slide at a time.
-Please do not climb on the outside of the slide.
-Please do not throw the small rocks located at the base of the slide.
-Please carefully close the hot tub cover when not in use.
-No unsupervised children under the age of 18 are allowed in the hot tub.
-Winter Travel: From December through March, we highly recommend 4WD and snow tires or chains due to snowy conditions and mountain roads.
-Fire restrictions for the Garden City areas. No camp fires. No open flames. No fireworks.
