Notre Villa Palm Islande est l'un des plus beaux et des zones résidentielles les plus exclusifs au sud-ouest de Cape Coral, entouré de canaux, à quelques minutes des ports de plaisance du Cap Port, Tarpon Point et les belles plages de sable de Cape Coral et Fort Myers Beach.

Notre maison a été entièrement rénové et réaménagé. Puisque nous utilisons aussi notre maison régulièrement lui-même, le décor est très haute qualité et possède tout le confort pour l'occupation jusqu'à 6 personnes (6 adultes et un bébé dans un lit).

La grande cuisine ouverte a été équipé d'un nouveau appareils en acier inoxydable comptoir de granit et de haute qualité (cuisinière, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle).

La grande piscine chauffée et la grande terrasse de notre villa Palm Islande sont exposées plein sud. Ainsi, vous pouvez profiter du soleil toute la journée.

Pour la sécurité de nos jeunes invités, peut être construit une clôture de sécurité. Cela empêche les enfants entrent par inadvertance la piscine.

Au cours de leur séjour, nous offrons à nos clients Internet gratuit (W-LAN), téléphone (à l'intérieur des États-Unis et au Canada), un dispositif de navigation et 5 cycles (2 x enfants, 3 x adultes) sont disponibles. Pour nos plus jeunes clients, nous fournissons le siège de vélos pour enfants disponibles gratuitement.

Villa Palm Island is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from restaurants, shopping, and a marina. We enjoyed using the bicycles on nearby bike paths. Great pool and lanai. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

Beautiful immaculate home with everything you would ever need. Wonderful heated pool. It was a great location for us. Communication with the owner or manager was answered quickly. It’s a very nice and safe neighborhood. I went for early morning walks every day. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to all.

The house was amazing! Everything was really perfect! Anke & Sven really thought of everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The provided bicycles are a nice touch as well so you can take a nice ride around the neighborhood. A nice little peace of paradise.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay at Sven and Anke's home in Cape Coral. The home was very clean and that made it comfortable for us. The pool was wonderful and relaxing and we had everything we needed within the home. Plus - we were so close to so many different beaches - yet out of the tourist section of town. And the best part is that the property manager was kind and Sven was so accomodating and communicative. Thank you so much!

Lovely home, good value

We were very pleased with our two month stay at this property. The house is clean, well maintained, comfortable and well-stocked. The refinished pool was delightfully lit with colored lights. The landscaping is well-done, including the night time lighting and illumination of the grounds. The house is in a good location in a desirable neighborhood. The owners are very accommodating and wonderful to work with. They responded to our inquiries promptly. They strive to insure that you have a wonderful vacation and we did!

Steve, we are doing vacation rental for over 9 years and we have excellent service skills and experience as you can see on all of our 5-star ratings here on HomeAway/VRBO. The only reason for your 3-star review is that we catched your attempt of fraud and your lack of good behavior. The good thing is that you are an unpleasant exception among our fantanstic guests we had for the last 9 years.

Much needed

We were looking for a change of scenery and a place to just chill and relax and Palm Villa met our every expectation. The house was great, especially the pool, and Sven made sure that we had everything we needed. Sven was also very thoughtful in terms of having a mask and gloves when he was showing us around—you can’t be too careful with COVID everywhere—and it was truly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would totally stay again if we find ourselves needing a change of scenery in the future.

We’ve been vacationing in this area for over 30 years. First time we’ve been required to sweep the house, lanai and garage! We are senior citizens with mobility problems so this was difficult.The enclosed pool is nice but there is a serious gnat problem. Most days the surface of the water is covered with them. There is no skimmer at the house so you either avoid the pool or come out with gnats on your skin, suit and hair.Neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. House is well appointed and clean although the lovely soaker tub in master bath has no water pressure so filling it to enjoy a soak is out of the question.The no shoes on carpets was annoying but understandable. But my husband ended up in urgent care with a case of tendinitis from walking in the house with out shoes.Owners are easy to reach and prompt in replying.

The home has a great layout. The kids loved the pool. The home was very clean and the kitchen had all the amenities to cook. The neighborhood was very quiet. The bikes provided were a great luxury. Biking through the area is safe and bike paths are clearly marked. It was a great place to relax.

Great place to stay

The only issue we had with our stay is the additional electric charge and the rules regarding the use of towels. It’s similar to when you book a plane ticket and have to pay for a seat. I would recommend having the cost of the stay that will include all charges. Having the pool warm on the day of arrival would be nice also.

Dear Jason, we are glad you had a great time in our home in Cape Coral. In wintertime or when it is chilly we always heat the pool for our guests. We are sorry but during the 11 years we are renting in Cape Coral Florida neither our property management nor we had a guest who ask in July with an OAT of 90 F to switch on the pool heater on. The electrical charges are clearly marked in our VRBO-ad and also in the rental contract. There are no hidden fees or small prints. We are sorry that this is an issue for you.

The rental was very easy however the host had difficulty receiving the rental agreement all the way up until the day of check in. However we had such a great time that they didn’t want to leave. Overall great experience.

We had a great stay! It was a great location and a great neighborhood

The house was gorgeous! It was so clean and had anything you could ever need there. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet. We felt safe. The owners were very thorough and great with communication! We would absolutely rent this house again!
