The California king bedroom and queen sofa bed let this one-bedroom condo sleep four. A hammock, smart TV, and ocean-view setting give the living room a relaxed Kona feel. The kitchen is fully equipped, with seating for four at the dining table and another four at the bar. Window air conditioning and a private washer and dryer take care of the comfort and practical details.



Guest Access:

Guests at Casa Tropical Kona enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool and spa in the heart of Kailua-Kona, plus a hammock and outdoor seating for relaxing. A private entrance with a lit path at night adds ease, and a nearby laundromat supports longer stays.



The Neighborhood:

Central Kailua-Kona is one of the few Big Island places where a family can genuinely walk to beach time, a casual dinner, and a waterfront sunset. Niumalu and Kamakahonu Beaches are nearby, with Kailua Bay offering a place to swim or snorkel. Ali'i Drive runs through the neighborhood, lined with restaurants, local shops, historic sites, and ocean views. Kahalu'u Beach Park is farther south for snorkeling. This location is ideal for a small family that wants the freedom to leave the car parked and let a Kona day unfold on foot.



Getting Around:

Kona International Airport is about 10 to 15 minutes away, making arrival simple. A rental car is recommended so you can explore the Kona Coast at your own pace. Downtown Kailua-Kona's shops, restaurants, and oceanfront Ali'i Drive are often within walking distance or a short drive, with beaches, snorkeling spots, and grocery stores close by. Parking is generally available on site or nearby, whether street or lot.

This single-level condo is on the second floor. Elevators are not available. Parking: one assigned space in the carport. Additional guest parking may be available in visitor parking spaces on a first come, first served basis. Street parking is not permitted. STRV 21-466074.
