1) I am sorry to point out that the apartment does not have a shower but a bathtub and using it as a shower is improper and causes flooding and damage to the apartment. 2) the apartment was delivered very clean and there was no complaint from the guest. 3) As regards the modernity of the building, the lift was installed in 2021, the facade was redone in 2022, and the photovoltaic system in 2023. In 2024 the furniture will probably be updated.

Good evening I gladly accept the negative reviews because they are an incentive to improve the service, but this is unjustified. In the bathroom there were 2 rolls of toilet paper. The bathroom has a tub and not a shower. This is seen in the photos. The tank has a splash guard in crystal.   The apartment has just been whitewashed and the furniture is what you see in the photos. The coffee maker is a traditional Italian coffee machine and not pods. To get the toast just ask and it is immediately delivered. There were no complaints during the stay

Meravigliano questi commenti in quanto la posizione dell’appartamento è verificabile da chiunque grazie a Google Earth e con l’opzione street view. La spiaggia di San Giovanni è come si vede agevolmente raggiungibile a piedi Il deposito protetto di Poseidonia Oceanica, dal tipico aroma, è ritenuto unanimemente un segno dell’ottima salute del mare (da questi depositi di vegetazione marina la città prende anche il nome ALGHERO) Il divieto di balneazione è stato uno spiacevole infortunio durato 36 ore e certo non ci può essere addebitato Meraviglia anche che i reclami riguardanti arredi, igiene, la biancheria le stoviglie ed il vasellame pervengano a soggiorno concluso quando potevano essere fatti immediatamente e se rispondenti a verità rimediate prontamente La biancheria ovviamente viene data fresca di bucato

Ich bedanke mich fuer die Beobachtungen, natuerlich wenn Sie vor ort bescheid gegeben haetten, dann haette ich gleich was tun koennen. Wie man auf dem Stadtplan sehen kann, die FeWo liegt auf der wichtigsten Strasse nach und aus der Stadt und zu den Straenden, deswegen viel Autoverkehr, aber die Fenster sind doppelverglast. Die Austattung ist die, die Sie auf den Bildern gesehen haben. Alghero ist eine ausserordentlich ruhige Stadt, deswegen meinen wir, dass es nicht noetig ist, sich im Hause zu verbarrikardieren. Die Haupttuer des Gebaudes ist aus bruechsicherem Glas. Besteck usw werden in genuegender Menge fuer die Gaeste bereitgestellt, genuegend solange sie es regelmaessig den Abwasch erledigen; ausserdem, jedes mal, dass ein Gast nach mehr gefragt hat, ist er zufrieden gestellt worden. Die italienische Maschine fuer Kaffee ist die Caffettiera Mokka Bialetti. Beschwerden ueber Sauberkeit koennen nur gleich und vor ort akzeptiert werden, denn, wenn es usauber ist, man beschwert sich gleich oder geht weg. Weisse Gardinen gibt es nicht: sie sind blau, rot oder gelb. Bettdecken gibt es nicht, sondern Federbette. Der Umwelt zu Liebe verwende ich moderne Waschmittel, welche keine hoehe Temperature benoetigen. Die Waschmaschine ist ganz neu.

Wenn das Check-in vor dem offiziellen Zeitpunkt erfolgt, und zwar die Gaeste nicht warten zu lassen, kann passieren, dass die gewaschenen Tuecher noch am Leine haengen. Die FeWo wird im sauberen Zustand gegeben: Beschwerden sollten gleich und vor ort erfolgen, damit man, wenn noetig, was tun kann.
