Our largest 1 BD/1B loft with a sleeper sofa is the perfect spot for the ultimate unique vacation experience- weddings, photo shoots, entertaining, birthdays!

This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). The historic building, built in 1906, offers the perfect balance of historic charm and modern amenities! Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!

By staying at The Brent Lofts, you’re immersing yourself in the charm and vibrant culture of Downtown Pensacola. The location of the Lofts literally could not be more perfect! Guests can enjoy direct Palafox St access via the lobby. Palafox Street hosts a variety of exciting events such as Palafox Market and parades throughout the year. Walk to over 40 restaurants, bars, and shops! Historic Pensacola Village, the Pensacola Bay, and the Blue Wahoo Stadium is only a short walk away. A convenient parking lot behind the Lofts makes for easy access to and from the property.

Included Essentials
- Stay Connected: High-speed WIFI throughout the condo.
- Gourmet Ready: A dual coffee maker and a fully stocked kitchen with premium cookware, dishes, pots, strainers, and more to elevate your culinary experience.
-Consumables: In each condo, we provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet tissue, laundry/dish pods, coffee, and creamer. If your stay is longer than 3 days, we highly recommend bringing additional supplies. A few sets of towels will be placed in each bathroom. Feel free to use the laundry pods to refresh the towels during your stay or opt in for a room refresh for an addl cost.

Amenities
Guests of the Lofts can enjoy exclusive access to a fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area. On the same city block, you will find a variety of conveniences such as hair salon, spa, restaurants, and retail shopping.
Parking
While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. Discount code with instructions will be sent in Check In instructions a few days before arrival. There is city parking in the vicinity on a first come, first serve basis. 
Things to know
• Beach towels available to borrow upon request on a first come, first serve basis.
• Do not use the white towels for makeup removal- there are black washcloths in each bathroom for this purpose and we can provide more upon request. Please do not wash white laundry with colored laundry. Excessive staining on the white linens and towels may result in an automatic stained linen charge of $25.
House rules
• No pets allowed in rental units
• No smoking allowed inside the building or in the Sky Lounge.
• Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
• No parties allowed on the premises. Events must be approved through the proper channels and given prior authorization through management.

Great Location

The unit is exactly as described and pictured. The location is fantastic in the heart of downtown. Communication with the management staff was excellent. They were prompt and very kind. I didn’t love having to download an app for entry (would have preferred just entering a code) but that’s a minor inconvenience. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. This is a great spot and I highly recommend.

Fun Anniversary Getaway

Condo was exactly as described, clean, modern, cozy. The location was perfect. Literally steps from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a drinks. My wife and I snuck away for two nights and this place was awesome. Only complaint is the bed. It’s creaky and uncomfortable. Modern frame that fits the looks of the condo but made for poor sleep.

Stunning Property & Exceptional Service!

This was my second stay at this stunning property, and I already know it won’t be my last! The home itself is absolutely beautiful—so much so that I’ve had professional photos taken here. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. Their responsiveness is unmatched—they answer questions within seconds, making everything seamless. Both times I’ve stayed, they’ve graciously allowed early check-ins, and today, they accommodated a very last-minute late checkout. Their hospitality and attention to detail make this an easy five-star experience. Can’t wait to return!

Easy access into the building and unit via phone app. There were some challenges initially setting up the app from the link, however staff were very accommodating by phone and text to resolve the problem. The best part of this property is the location on Palafox. Shopping, restaurants, entertainment....all walkable within a very close proximity. It was a great stay and I will definitely be back to The Brent Lofts.

Far Exceeded Expectations - Perfect Rental!

Sometimes, the pictures of a rental look better than the actual place, but that was not the case here. This rental was EXACTLY how it appeared in the photos and even exceeded my expectations. The exposed brick and stunning decor created a perfect backdrop for my photo shoot. The attention to detail in the design was evident, making every corner of the property picture-perfect. The communication was excellent – the phone number I texted for questions was very responsive. I also requested an early check-in and was graciously accommodated. I loved the place so much I didn't want to leave. It was, without a doubt, the best VRBO rental I have ever stayed in! Highly recommended!

Perfect place to stay in the heart of Pensacola

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You never know what you’re going to get when you book a place you’ve never stayed in before; you just hope for the best. We got the best. This unit in the Brent Lofts was superior in every way. First of all, we could’ve just moved in, because it had every amenity: full kitchen, dishes, dishwasher, washer and dryer, not to mention a separate BR. It was also the cleanest place we’ve stayed. It looked as if we were the first guests to stay there, ever! There wasn’t a spec of dirt or stray hair anywhere. It was immaculate. We didn’t have a car but these lofts are located on the Main Street (Palafox) in Pensacola for the best restaurants and boutiques. We were able to walk out of the lobby and walk everywhere. We did a food tour, happened to chance upon Gallery night (so fun) and the farmers market on Saturday in the park. The Brent Lofts set a rental standard that everyone should follow. Hosts were also friendly and very attentive. I will always try to book these lofts and I recommend them highly.

Stop over for 5 nights

It was lovely like a personal apartment. Very accommodating and higher end furnishings. I didn't like it that I just so happened to be there during 4th of July weekend. It was WAY to crowded for me. Fireworks were so loud since they were shooting just blocks from me at stadium. However, i got lucky and got the interior unit so I didn't hear all the street noise. The only thing I'd improve is having a pen or a marker, or ANYTHING, to write with in the United. I needed a pen and had nothing. You also had 4 pairs of scissors in the kitchen drawer.Everything else was perfect. It was just too far from the beach for me. I go to Navarre Beach, not Pensacola. But for someone who likes downtownlife this is just perfect. The parking was easy so thank you for that.The girls who helped set up reservation were 100% competent and available.Thank you. And thank the 2 guy owners. You can tell they put 100% of love into this. I loved all the extra touches
