Everything from the initial communication with the host, to the directions to get to the property, to the ease of getting in, the cleanliness of the property, and the description matching the listing was superb. I highly recommend The Greenhouse. It’s a great neighborhood. The house is very well appointed. It’s super clean. The experience was wonderful. It was like we were staying at a good friend’s home. I have had some less than stellar experiences renting short-term stay properties. So many in fact that my partner begged to just go to a hotel because of the hassles with short-term rentals. But the Green House restored my faith in renting from a host instead of a hotel. We are already planning a trip back to Flagstaff and will request this property again. I was hesitant to take too many photos as I’m not sure about VRBO policies on adding too many distinguishing features. The host had many fun extra activities such as bocce ball and a fenced in backyard with children’s playhouse with a slide, nice landscaping, bird feeders, a porch with bbq, a screened in porch/green house/room, bicycles and so many nice homey touches, it was truly a fun vacation and not just a place to sleep,
