We have lovingly furnished our Villa Sunkiss so that you can spend a cozy vacation full of comfort and well-being for the whole family. In this stylish and renovated home with 1,500 square feet of living space, you will enjoy a wonderful vacation and create unforgettable memories of your stay here in Southwest Florida.
Watch the turtles swimming in the canal while you are swimming laps in the heated, private 50 square meter pool. Sit back on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a virtual fireplace while reading or watching a movie. Cooking enthusiasts will be happy about the fully equipped kitchen, which has nothing missing from the toaster, microwave, stove and waffle iron. Is your drink too warm? Then help yourself to the ice cube dispenser that is integrated into the large refrigerator. Fancy a barbecue? Then relax at our dining area on the spacious terrace and throw delicious steaks on the grill. Enjoy the silence and peace. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Cape Coral. Shopping options such as Target, Publix or Walgreens are very close and can be reached in a maximum of five to ten minutes by car. Fancy a bit of activity? Then visit Saratoga Lake Park (4-minute drive) or Jaycee Park (15-minute drive) and explore the hiking trails, fitness trails and picnic areas. You can also find culinary offerings nearby. For example, stop off at Cape Harbor and enjoy the maritime flair with all the boats and yachts that come and go there. Events take place there regularly. There is always something on offer there, especially on Halloween or public holidays, and on weekends there is always live music in front of the bar where you can end the evening.
Are you interested in wilderness and nature? Then experience a dolphin adventure tour in Fort Myers Beach (40 minutes by car) or see manatees up close. The Everglades National Park can also be reached by car from here. Have you always wanted to know how Thomas Edison and Henry Ford spent their winter? Then visit the Edison & Ford Home in Fort Myers (18 minutes by car) and see the houses and facilities that have been furnished true to the original. Do you love water activities or want to walk on the beach? Then enjoy the numerous beaches in the area, Cape Coral Beach and Fort Myers Beach.
