This place was a gem! Easy access to the beach. Tons of room and spaces to be in the house if needed. The upstairs rooms were beautiful and had great view. The bunkroom was fun for the kids.

Overall the house was great. The downsides were the basement tv did not work, the upstairs shower head is too high to reach(touching the ceiling), no exterior lights worked, basment shower has loose tiles, basement toilet flush handle detaches easily not great lighting in the living room.

Absolutely fantastic vacation! The location and access to the beach couldn't be better. Our family of 7, including 2 toddlers, had plenty of space with comfortable seating and beds on all 3 floors.Loved the wall of windows and rear deck with Adirondack chairs to watch beachcombers, kite fliers, shorebirds, the tide and sunsets.

Communication was excellent, no intrusion whatsoever. The home is old but well maintained with some updates. Very clean and comfortable. Great beach access and a beautiful panaramic view of the ocean. All my family said they would be happy to return. Absolutely no negatives.

50th Birthday Celebration

It was so great to be right on the beach! Plenty of room to spread out. The big windows looking right out to the ocean from the main floor living area were wonderful! We were super blessed with great weather so it was wonderful to be able to walk right out onto the beach or sit on the deck.

Cozy property with amazing view

We absolutely loved this property! Fantastic views and easy, convenient access to the beach. The deck is amazing. The downstairs area provided a great space for our teenagers and the upstairs bedrooms for the adults are spacious and nicely furnished. I have nothing even remotely negative to say about this property.

Great house and location, quiet neighborhood and beautiful views. The house was filthy though and there was black mold in all of the windows. The shower curtain rod in the upstairs bathroom was broken and taped back together so it wouldn’t stay up. We found previous tenants’ trash in random places like a pair of old dried up contacts in one of the bathrooms. Some furniture was broken and there were no closets in the bedrooms. Other than that, though, working with the hosts was a breeze and the overall stay was very enjoyable. The house had absolutely anything you would need for a beach house - nice lounge chairs, beach toys, a long hose outside, a ton of dishes and kitchen appliances.
Absolutely stunning views from inside and both decks.
The house feels secluded and private even though it’s in a neighborhood. Most of the beach goers looked like locals and most of the time there weren’t many people out there at all.

Great for a family

This was a great house for our family. It's not fancy, so less stress with the little ones around. Cleanliness was good, not great. The wi fi was out when we arrived and we needed to have the host call Spectrum to get it working. There were a couple of other little things, but overall the location and ocean views made up for them.
