Nice little apartment for a couple or single. Ideal for pre or post cruising as the walk to the port is convenient and downhill. Pikes Market is close by but sporting events, upscale dining and shopping are a hike. In and out parking is a chore. The Italian Restaurant next door is a gem.

This was a wonderful property. The perfect spot for a Seattle city experience. Just a few minute walk to the needle and Pikes Fish market. Tons of top notch food nearby. Verty well secured property as well. I would stay here everytime I'm in town if it was avaliable.

Great location. I’ve stayed in the building in before in a different unit. This unit was okay, but for the price, I would stay somewhere else. The unit wasn’t as nice as it seemed in the photos. I wouldn’t tell anyone not to stay here, it was just a little disappointing. The unit was poorly stocked and could’ve been cleaner. Things like no ice trays or spatula and then the carpet was dingy and loose causing it to kind of fold up. The shower curtain had pink scum along the bottom. No AC and the unit stays stuffy and the fans don’t work very well, in addition to it being very noisy. The noise is expected for the location, but it’s hard to get cooler night air in when there’s clubs and people talking on the sidewalk just below making noise even on a weeknight. So, if you need a spot in a great location, this is definitely an option, but I’d be sure to check around for similarly priced locations.

This was a great place to stay for a small vacation for two. The check in process was involved, but our contact was very communicative and easy to work with. They really enforce making sure no one comes in behind you but I can appreciate that for the security of the building. The location was amazing, we walked to so many great food options every day, walked down to Pocket Beach every morning, and visited the Pike St. Market several times. The parking lot and spots are tiny, so a small car is really recommended. The bed was not the most comfortable but it was fine for a few nights away.

Very disappointed that the description didn't clearly call out that this property didn't have AC. The area is extremely noisy, so the option of leaving the windows open (which is required) made it very difficult. Apartment got very hot. Carpet needs redone, bad. Property didn't have essentials- coffee filters, trash bags, etc. Not your typical VRBO experience unfortunately. Luggage rack broke when I opened it to place my bag on it. Futon was hard to open/close. Would pay more next time for a more comfortable space.

Great Seattle rental

My husband, friend, and I stayed here in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. There were so many great restaurants and bars around, and we were just a few blocks away from the waterfront and Pike Place Market. I highly recommend this rental!
