Waterfront 2BR · Heated Saltwater Pool & Spa · Dock + 10K Boat Lift
Welcome to your waterfront escape in Port Charlotte, Florida. This beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sits directly on a saltwater canal with Gulf access, built for boaters, anglers, and anyone who wants the pool, the dock and the sunrise in the same backyard.
OUTDOOR LIVING The real magic is outside. A massive screened lanai wraps around the heated saltwater pool and spa, so you can swim and soak under the stars year-round. Unwind on the covered patio, complete with a wicker sectional, outdoor dining set, ceiling fans, and lounge chairs — all just steps from the canal's edge.
WATERFRONT AND BOATING Your private dock and 10,000 lb boat lift are right in the backyard, and the lift is yours to use during your stay. Bring the boat. There is room to park a trailer beside the house. From the dock it is a saltwater canal run out to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf, passing under two bridges with 12 feet of clearance. The canal holds roughly six feet of water all the way out to the harbor. Send us your boat's length, beam and draft before you book and we will confirm it is a fit. Fish from the dock, launch a kayak, or run out to the islands for the day.
PARKING AND GARAGE A one-and-a-half car garage gives you covered parking and a place for rods, coolers and gear, with driveway parking alongside it and a spot beside the house for a boat trailer.
INDOOR LIVING Step inside to a bright, open living room with a large sectional sofa, wall-mounted smart TV, electric fireplace and modern lighting throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has rich wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a natural stone backsplash, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and a breakfast nook overlooking the pool. A separate dining area seats six.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a large wall-mounted TV, and a sitting area with pool and canal views through oversized windows. The en-suite bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower, shiplap accent wall, marble-top vanity and modern fixtures. The second bedroom has a queen bed, wall-mounted TV, a work desk, and French doors opening straight onto the pool deck, so you can wake up and take a morning swim steps from your bed. The second bathroom has a tub and shower combo, shiplap accent wall and a spacious vanity.

À propos de l’hôte
Hôte : Adam Nowak
I'm a Southwest Florida local — I moved here from Michigan a few years ago and fell in love with the area almost immediately. I'm an avid fisherman, and that's really what brought me to Port Charlotte. The access to Charlotte Harbor and the Intracoastal Waterway is hard to beat — world-class tarpon, snook, and redfish are available year-round, and there's always a quiet cove to duck into no matter which way the wind is blowing. I bought this home as my primary residence and put a lot of care into making it a place that feels like a true Florida retreat. I want my guests to experience the same thing I fell in love with — the water, the wildlife, the sunsets, and that laid-back Gulf Coast lifestyle.
Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement
This neighborhood checks every box. It's on a saltwater canal with direct Gulf access through Charlotte Harbor, so you can be on the water in minutes — and the Intracoastal Waterway stretches from nearly Naples to Tampa, so there's no shortage of places to explore without ever hitting open water. Despite being so close to the water, you're also just a short drive from hundreds of restaurants, shops, and conveniences — including the mall and everything along the main corridors of Port Charlotte. But here's what really surprised me: even with all of that nearby, the neighborhood itself is incredibly quiet and peaceful. No traffic racing up and down the street. It's the kind of place where you hear birds in the morning and see dolphins and manatees cruising through the canal in the afternoon. The property is flanked by two vacant lots, so the backyard feels wide open — you'll regularly spot herons, turtles, and the occasional lizard hanging out along the water's edge. It's a rare combination of convenience and true tranquility.

The home has a split floor plan, so each bedroom wing has its own privacy while sharing a common living area in the middle — perfect for couples traveling together or anyone who appreciates their own space. I also installed mini-split AC units in every room, so each person can dial in their own temperature. If you like it cold when you sleep, you've got it — without freezing out everyone else.
For the fishermen out there: the private dock has a 10,000 lb boat lift, and here's an insider tip — the canal is lined with dock lights that hold Snook and Tarpon at night. Each light typically has 10–20 fish stacked up underneath it. Some of the best fishing you'll find is right in the backyard after dark.
