Enjoy this comfortable 1-bedroom apartment in a convenient North Wilmington location. This creatively unique space features a queen bed, comfortable living area, full kitchen, modern bathroom with walk-in shower, and plenty of storage.

Guests also have access to a shared game/entertainment room and washer/dryer. Close to shopping, restaurants, bars, I-95, Route 202 and I-495, with easy access to downtown Wilmington, Philadelphia and Baltimore. Great for work, weekend trips or extended stays.
We just ask that you be respectful of the neighbors and house. Please take care of it as if it was your own. Please be mindful of security with doors and windows, as well as efficiency as it relates to air and heat.

We ask that you keep the place clean and manage things in a respectful manner. Please keep it together to limit the work of the cleaners and avoid extra cleaning charges. We really appreciate the teamwork and hope to host additional stays in the future!
