Our very well-maintained and regularly renovated holiday home is centrally located in Cala Santanyi, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. The plot of more than 800 square metres is surrounded by palm trees and oleanders and laid out in a Mediterranean style. It offers a large, partly covered terrace with beach views, a 24 square metre pool, a pool area equipped with sun loungers and a barbecue area with a brick barbecue. There are also two roof terraces, from which you have a marvellous view over the beach and the bay of Cala Santanyi.
The light-flooded stone house with tower has a living area of 220 square metres spread over 3 floors and has a spacious living/dining area with an open, modern kitchen and adjoining pantry. The house also offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite, as well as an additional daylight room. A cot is available on request. All rooms in the house have windows and therefore natural light. WIFI is available throughout the house, as well as a TV with satellite dish, with which German channels can also be received. The house is fully equipped with air conditioning for the warm summer months. Both the indoor and outdoor areas offer plenty of space to relax and unwind, as well as for cosy get-togethers. There is plenty of space for younger guests to play and run around. The house has its own car park.
The beach is embedded in a beautiful cove with restaurants and beach bars, only approx. 150 metres from the house. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are 100 metres away.
The beautiful Mallorcan town of Santanyi is only 3 km away and can be reached quickly by car (5 min), bicycle or on foot. Santanyi is known for its typical weekly market with remarkable stalls and many local products and its numerous restaurants. The surroundings of Santanyi offer many attractive bays and beaches, a challenging golf course as well as hiking and cycling trails.

Perfect House for Family Reunion

Our family had such an amazing time at Torre al Mar, the house was just perfect for our family to reunite in Cala Santanyi. Xavi the property manager who met us on arrival was so welcoming and he even booked us a great table at the restaurant for our last night.The location was absolutely perfect with only a short walk to the most stunning beach and a good range of restaurants. There’s also a great bakery and Spar shop close. We really loved Cala Santanyi! The house was very well equipped with everything we needed and the pool and outdoor areas were fantastic. The only thing to note is the 4th bedroom and bathroom is completely detached (seperate access under house) but as we are all adult it worked fine for us.

Great Vacation Spot

Overall we had a great vacation and the property and location are fantastic. It should be noted in the listing that there is no dryer and that the adjoining bedrooms in the basement have a totally separate entrance.

A beautiful spanish villa near the beach

We had a fantastic stay here. Waking up and walking out on the balcony every morning was such a great way to start the day. The house is well amended and also close to Santanyi, which is a great town for restaurants and shopping.

Fantastic Villa and location

The Villa was great, very clean, well equipped and masses of space, inside and out! Walking distance to two lovely restaurants and the beautiful beach. We were welcomed on arrival by Xavier who could not have been more helpful; even recommending and booking us into the local restaurant when we arrived late on the first evening. Can't think of anything negative to say, would definitely come again..

Weather could have been kinder...however.

Returned just a few days ago and enjoyed our stay immensely. The weather could have been kinder to us but in no way did it distract from what was a super week in a splendid villa in a glorious location. We booked Cala Santanyí because we wanted a quiet location and it was just perfect for us. The small but beautiful beach was a short stroll away and while the return trip of 90 plus steps seems somewhat daunting it is really not as bad as it sounds. All in all a great Villa that ticked all the boxes for us.

Fantastic!

Everything about this villa was fantastic- the location, the spacious layout, the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the pool, and the household supplies. We were in town for a wedding and had two families in the villa for a total of 4 adults and 5 children. Everyone was thrilled about our living situation during our stay. We loved that it was close to the convenient store, restaurants and the beach. It was super accessible to all of our activities. The instructions and guidance were a great help to assist in our arrival. Xavi did a great job introducing us to the villa and explaining the amenities. He even had some good recommendations. The house was so well put together that we did not any other assistance from him past our initial introduction. This villa is a hidden gem!

Definitely on our High List of properties we have resided

Although our two sons families stayed at this villa (4 adults and 5 grandchildren) we visited them several times. I personally had several communications, with the owners, both email and telephone, prior to our visit and they were very friendly and helpful. The accommodations worked very well for our sons families. The villa was extremely clean, modern and well equipped with a wonderful pool that even included numerous pool toys for the kids. Being from the U.S., we were very pleased with everything and actually exceeded our expectations. Location to the beach, restaurants and a small grocery store was excellent...less than a 5 minute walk. Cala Santanyi is beautiful and you couldn't be happier than to stay at Torre al Mar villa. One of our sons has already provided a review of this villa and we agree that it should be high on anyone's list. Definitely a 4-5 star property that I would definitely recommend to our friends.

Very good property

Cala Santanyi is a small resort, idea for families. The house is very spacious, we were a three generation group of 7, and never felt crowded. Lots of outdoor space for children to play. Plenty of outdoor toys provided. The living area is very large, and because of the open plan design, feels cool and airy. Dining tables both indoor and on patio are nice and big. The bedrooms do not open directly off the lounge so noise for sleeping children is not a problem. Bathrooms are spacious, never ran out of hot water. The check in arrangements worked perfectly, Xavi even brought us lemons from his garden one day. Well situated, just a short walk ( down 91 steps ) to lovely beach, and a good small supermarket about 150 metres walk. Pleasant walks to nearby Figuera and Cala Llombards. We would have given 5 stars but for the following ----- although there was plenty of cupboard space in the bedrooms, only one had any counter top surface, which is always useful. And the kitchen, although well equipped, was a bit irritating as there were not enough work surfaces, although there was plenty of storage in the large larder. There was some tea and coffee in the cupboard, and salt, pepper etc, but we were a little surprised that there was soap in only two of the bathrooms and none in the kitchen ----- all other self catering houses we have stayed in have at least provided " starter " soaps. But fortunately we had arrived before the supermarket closed, so not a major problem. All in all this is a very good family / group of friends house, which we would definitely recommend.

Torre al Mar Villa– Look No Further – Incredible!

If you’re looking for a vacation rental in Palma de Mallorca that has it all, then look no further. We (8 of us-Ages 7-50) just returned from an incredible week in Villa Torre al Mar. As a family that has stayed in 17 different vacation rentals, from condos to villas throughout the Caribbean, Europe, & Africa, we were absolutely impressed with every aspect of this Villa. The Villa: Villa Torre al Mar is beautiful, completely modern, clean and fully outfitted like a home, your home. When you first walk in, you can’t help but to notice that unlike other sterile vacation rentals, Villa Torre al Mar is someone’s home. We felt as if we’d walked into a relative’s home that we’d been asked to house sit. Every image of the villa that we saw on the website was 100% accurate, but fell short of the incredible beauty, privacy (separate floors enhanced the level of privacy, while the open floor plan let us all unite for meals and social time) and tranquility you’ll feel as you sit in the comfortable deck chairs by the pool or on the spacious balconies overlooking the hillside, ocean and the coast of Satanyi. The bedrooms were spacious, the en-suite bathrooms helped to add more privacy & reduce stress. The kitchen had everything we needed & then some. The pool was perfectly sized & the outdoor cooking area was great, as we cooked a few meals with groceries we’d picked up from the market down the road (you can also go to the Aldi @ 20 mins drive, for a wider variety & lower cost). The Area: Situated on the SE coast of Palma, about a 30 min drive from the main airport, we found the Villa to be perfectly located on the quiet hillside near the gorgeous beach at Cala Santanyi (3 minute walk). Great restaurants, sites, snorkeling, cliff diving, activities, & SCUBA center, made this beach the perfect location for our family. In 10 minutes you can walk to the breathtaking sites of the natural arch (Ajuntment De Santanyi) & the Project Equilibrium South. Less than 10 minutes drive is the incredible Parc natural de Mondrago’, which was beautiful beyond words. The best meal we had on the island was at Cassai Restaurant in Ses Salinas, @ 20 mins drive. Support: Mrs. Shaller & Xavier, her Property Manager, were always just a phone call or email away & answered our few questions immediately. Bottom Line: Of all the places we've stayed in our efforts to travel the world, this is the first rental property which is already calling us to return.

Super séjour

Très bien accueilli même si arrivé au milieu de la nuit. Super localisation très proche de la mer à pied, à proximité un supermarché et quelques restaurants. A disposition des jeux pour la plage et un paddle. Cuisine bien équipée. On a pu quitter plus tard que prévu la villa car il n'y avait pas de locataire qui suivait, ça nous a permis de profiter plus longtemps de la plage. Maison très spacieuse

Superbe maison à deux pas de la plage

Maison très agréable à vivre avec la climatisation dans toutes les chambres. La piscine est ensoleillée presque toute la journée. Maison très propre, très bien équipée. Notre séjour s'est parfaitement bien passé grâce à Xavi qui nous a accueilli et qui a répondu à toutes nos demandes (chaise haute pour notre bébé, lit parapluie, etc...) Il faut juste préciser que 2 des 5 chambres sont au sous sol de la maison et sont accessibles par le jardin. ces deux chambres sont très agréables (grandes fenêtres et magnifique salle de bain). La plage est accessible par un escalier de 90 marches, à moins de 5 minutes à pied. On voit d'ailleurs la mer de la terrasse. très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui répond très vite.

Toller Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus hat eine prima Lage im Dorf Cala Santanyi; unweit vom Strand. Das Haus verfügt über eine schöne Terrasse mit einem netten Pool. Die Gartenanlage ist großzügig, man könnte sie jedoch mit weiteren Pflanzen und etwas Liebe aufpeppen. Der Grill wirkt ungepflegt. Das Haus ist grundsätzlich prima ausgestattet, allerdings sieht an einigen Details (Kühlschrank, Wäscheleinen, Zustand der Küche), dass es einen gewissen Investitionsstau gibt.

Waren begeistert vom Haus, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, vor kurzem scheinen einige Dinge neu angeschafft worden zu sein. Wir haben uns besonders über die neuen Matratzen gefreut. Toller Pool, Aussendusche, schöner Garten. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar, und Supermarkt sowie 3 Restaurants direkt ums Eck. Die Eigentümer und Xavi sind bei allen Fragen rund um die Uhr erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einmaliger Lage nahe der Bucht von Santanyi, sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet, Superküche und schöne Schlafzimmer, großer Pool und insgesamt sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Der Verwalter war bei Fragen immer zu erreichen, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder vorbei.

Ein toller Urlaub in Santanyi

neben der tollen Lage des Hauses bekommt der Kontakt vor Ort (Xavi) 10 von 10 Sternen! Xavi ist absolut nett und hilfsbereich 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Etwas enttäuschend ist leider der Aussengrill….Dieser ist irgendwie provisorisch zusammengebaut worden sprich wenn man vor hat im Urlaub was mehr zu Grillen dann sollte man sich nich all zu große Hoffnungen machen…. Der Grill ist eine glatte sechs//// Aber das ist auch absolut das einzige was uns gestört hat …,

wir haben das Objekt mit 8 Personen vom 01.06.-06.06.22 gemietet. Das Haus war nicht so schön wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Matratzen und Bettwäsche haben schon bessere Tage gesehen. Garten und Pool waren etwas verwahrlost. Die Außendusche muss schon seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr funktionieren. Der Verwalter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Cala Santanyi ist ein sehr kleiner Ort. Auto ist empfehlenswert.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Casa Santanyi

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders schätzten wir die Kommunikation vor und während unserem Aufenthalt mit Frau/Herr Schaller und Xavi. Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Supermarkt ist perfekt. Wir sind mit Kindern angereist und es wurden uns auch Babybetten und Hochstühle zur Verfügung gestellt. Herzlichen Dank.
