Située sur une rue sablonneuse, cette maison de plage artistique dispose de terrasses et de jardins spacieux et d’un accès facile à la plage. En plus des deux chambres à l'étage, il y a un petit cottage indépendant avec un canapé-lit double. Gril à charbon. Les propriétaires demandent aux clients de profiter tranquillement de la propriété plutôt que d’organiser des fêtes ou des célébrations. NOTE: Il y a un appartement sur la propriété qui est une location à long terme, il a une entrée séparée et le locataire n'utilise aucune partie de la cour ou de la maison principale. Chiens autorisés. Locataires avec animaux de compagnie: Frais pour chaque animal supplémentaire: 25 $ / nuit, 150 $ par semaine pour les séjours plus longs, frais de nettoyage de 50 $, frais de nettoyage de 500 $. Configuration des lits: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin dans la maison, 1 Twin dans le chalet de jardin.

Artsy warm home

This family home is filled with the owner's art and quirky deco. We had fun exploring the house and enjoyed the location - quick walk to the beach and a short bike ride to town. (One thing that would have made it even better: screens on the windows so that we could enjoy the fresh ocean breeze sans mosquitoes).

The Essential 2 Jose Patio Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'll start by saying that this was a troubled stay. On our second day, electricians were in and out of the house all day; they were good lads, but it was intrusive and the power was out for a time. That work knocked out the hot tub and the tv's streaming services. Later in the week, we had more workers (hot tub maintenence + hot tub repairman). In all honesty, it was a bummer at not having those amenities, and having frequent disruptions. The saving grace was Fritz, who himself came and fixed the tv. But we love the property, and would welcome a discounted night if we return again.

Love the large kitchen and the table is great for sharing meals and playing games. Kitchen nicely stocked, but could use more wine glasses. Yard is very secure for dogs. Bocce ball court is a fun addition. A few of the windows wouldn't open.

Only negative the need for a plumber in the house for several hours due to a clogged sink that was obviously a problem when we first arrived the day before and apparently an issue in the past as well. But aside from that this is a lovely, art-filled house with a baby grand piano and only a few steps from the beach. Will be back again.

Stinson beach is about 4 minutes down a path and its spectacular for sunsets. The house is unique and the windows and patios give a great view of the mountain, where by the way, you can hike. All amenities were as promised.
