Presque nouvelle maison au bord du lac avec une vue imprenable sur 44 MM

Belle maison de 2 ans prĂȘte pour la dĂ©tente et le plaisir au soleil. Superbe vue depuis les deux ponts et presque toutes les piĂšces de la maison. Un garage pour deux voitures et un parking supplĂ©mentaire pour plusieurs voitures et une remorque de bateau disponible.

Le niveau principal se compose d'une belle cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et un espace Ă  vin qui mĂšne Ă  la salle Ă  manger. Le salon est Ă  aire ouverte avec d'immenses fenĂȘtres et une vue sur le lac sur des kilomĂštres dans chaque direction. La suite principale comprend un lit king size, une baignoire jacuzzi, une douche sĂ©parĂ©e, une double vasque avec dessus en granit et un dressing. RĂ©veillez-vous en regardant l'eau tous les matins. Un 1/2 bain termine le niveau principal.

Le niveau infĂ©rieur comprend une autre suite parentale avec lit king size et salle de bain privĂ©e, deux chambres avec lits queen size et dressing. Une grande salle de bain avec des comptoirs en travertin et des combos baignoire / douche. La salle familiale dispose d'un canapĂ©-lit (Ă©galement un lit queen) qui peut Ă©galement ĂȘtre utilisĂ©. La tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble et le lecteur DVD sont lĂ  pour les enfants (j'espĂšre que vous n'en aurez pas besoin Ă  moins qu'il pleuve). Grande buanderie avec laveuse, sĂ©cheuse, adoucisseur d'eau et beaucoup de rangement.

Le pont supĂ©rieur est trĂšs grand avec un gril Ă  gaz en acier inoxydable et une table avec 6 chaises pour profiter des fabuleux couchers de soleil. Un autre pont de la mĂȘme taille situĂ© directement en dessous pour ceux qui veulent ĂȘtre Ă  l'ombre et profiter du plein air. Un quai privĂ© Ă  quelques pas avec un slip de 32 pieds pour votre bateau, un tĂ©lĂ©ski Ă  double jet et une plateforme de baignade pour se prĂ©lasser, pĂȘcher ou tout simplement s'amuser entre amis et en famille.

La télévision, Internet et les appels interurbains illimités sont tous fournis par le biais de la nouvelle fibre optique / connexion haute vitesse Co-Mo Connect.

This house was great and has everything you could ask for in a lake rental. Great view and dock! Available boat slip and plenty of space for our group. The owner was very communicative with us before and during our stay.

Summer weekend

We had a wonderful stay with cousins from IA that joined us from KC. 9 total including teenagers and the house was plenty big enough to accommodate all. We loved the swim dock and ease of swim ladders. Perfect close location to many attractions & bars/restaurants

Great Lake of the Ozark’s Home

Wonderful spacious home on the Lake of the Ozarks in a quiet neighborhood. This home has excellent indoor and outdoor living spaces with a beautiful view of the lake. It was very comfortable and had an appealing atmosphere with plenty of room.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Owner was great and responsive. Gave us some good suggestions of things to do. We brought our boat and enjoyed the dock. Boat launch was close to house. Looking forward to visiting the Ozarks again.

Beautiful Home / Best Experience Ever!!

This was a last minute rental and it turned out to be one of our best lake vacations ever!! Beautiful home, great location, very relaxing. We have visited a lot of homes and this is by far the most well stocked kitchen supplies and amenities. Grocery store 10 min away....which is soooo important at the lake. We loved this place and more importantly the kids had a blast. Great cove around the corner for skiing and tubing. Great communication from the owner and just an all around good guy. The only downside to this home was leaving!!

Great Location to watch the sunsets from your private dock!!

We were a group of 9 and there was plenty of room to spread out and not feel crowded. The outside decks and seating areas are wonderful with ceiling fans and comfy furniture if you want to stay in the shade. The dock and swim platform are great and there is a wonderful ladder which makes access easy to get in and out to cool off if you’re soaking up the sun in one of the loungers provided down on the dock. The sunsets from the dock are gorgeous. We brought a boat and rented a pontoon so having a dock was a must for us. The location on the lake was great and anything you could want was a short drive away. There are a lot of steps down to the dock as you can plainly see in the pictures so if you have mobility issues this may not be a good fit but for our group it wasn’t an issue. We loved the location on the lake and being in a more secluded setting but still being a short drive away from groceries and supplies. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Check in was simple and the property owners were always available to answer any questions that we had. So book it and go enjoy the lake!! 😎

Wonderful stay

Our family had an amazing stay at Brandon and Jay's property. The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family getaway. We had 6 adults and 2 children in the house and never felt cramped. We would come back again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Family Reunion

This home was ideal for a reunion with my siblings and their spouses. Plenty of indoor and outdoor living area to enjoy. View of the lake was fantastic and it provided us with all we needed to relax and catch up with each other.

Beautiful home with a great view is the lake. Wonderful covered deck area.

The owners were prompt and responded very quickly to questions we had. The home is as described with larger bedrooms and was perfect for an adults get away. Large covered deck area was great to relax in the evening. A few snags with checkin but owners were available by phone to address the issues. Hope to return next year.

Beautiful home in a perfect location

Our group was looking for a relaxing getaway by the water! We stayed in and cooked to take advantage of our water time but there is a cute, small town we passed on our way in if your looking for dining out options as well! The house was perfect and the owners were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process! Location is very private with a massive personal doc! We had an amazing time here!

The pictures are spot on. It’s a beautiful house and the owners are very responsive. The kitchen is a tad small, but the decks and dock make up for that! Love the lower deck with comfy chairs, ceiling fans, and wonderful views. It was a great family vacation.

PERFECT Place for a long weekend Get Away

We had a couples getaway for a 50th Birthday celebration and this house was more than PERFECT! The pictures don't do justice for this place. The rooms were good size and the beds were comfortable. The dock was great for the boat we brought as well. Only bad part was having to leave. The hosts were quick to respond and easy to work with. We hope to go back again next year!

Another Fantastic Vacation

Second time at this fantastic VRBO home. Except for a little rain one day, the trip was perfect. Owners are great to work with and are very responsive if anything needs attention. Highly recommend this house for an Ozark vacation.

Our group of 8 ladies celebrating being 50 and Fabulous couldn't have found a better home to host our celebration. Brandon and Jay were a pleasure to work with, and the house is very reasonably priced for what you get, which is lots of space, great indoor and outdoor seating areas, comfortable beds and easy access to the water. Great place all around!

This property has it all, beautiful home with stunning views in a nice, more secluded area. The two decks were perfect if you wanted sun or shade. There is everything you could need or want here. We enjoyed every minute and will want to return!

This house is perfect!

The house is outstanding. The middle deck is so well designed and comfortable we spent hours each day there to relax and dine. The dock area is also first class and another favorite gathering place for our family. This was our first visit and we will definitely be back!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love the Laurie area for the lack of traffic both on and off the water. This home is close to town (10 minutes) and the water is great for all boating activities at this MM. There are several great restaurants and bars close by, both on and off the water. It's known as the quiet side of the lake which is great for families.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This home has one of the most amazing views on the entire lake, pictures don't do it justice, you must see it to believe it. You will want to sit and watch the sunset every night from either of the decks.
