Cette maison de ville de 3 étages est dans une communauté fermée. Elle est très proche du Strip et de Summerlin, où il y a des tonnes de restaurants et d'autres complexes hors bande.

Il y a 2 chambres principales chacune avec leur propre salle de bain. Il y a aussi une salle Den / Theater au premier étage qui peut être utilisée comme une chambre avec un lit bébé ou tout ce que vous voulez! Il y a des téléviseurs dans TOUTES les chambres et un accès Internet haut débit! Également un espace laveuse et sécheuse situé entre les chambres au 3e étage.

Good spot for us!

This place was just as advertised and David was very responsive. The townhome was very clean and comfortable. There are several steps from garage to main living level and another set of stairs to the bedroom level but we were good with that. It was very convenient to the places we were going to see family. We would stay here again!

Our host David was amazing! He kept us informed prior to our arrival that there were some issues at the property which were minor. Easy check in. Location was great dor even walks to restaurants and stores. I would rent again with David anytime! We loved our stay!

Perfect Stay!

Property was just as described! Check-in and check-out were simple and instructions were clear and easy to understand. My vegas dwelling sister was celebrating turning 40 and this property was close to her home and an easy drive to all the Vegas hot-spots! Absolutely wonderful host and our visit couldn’t have been better! 10/10

Convenient, Comfortable and Smart

The location was easy to find, near shopping and affordable, delightful local restaurants. Inside, the townhouse was clean, fresh, a comfortable place to relax after a day hiking or night on the strip, provided climbing stairs isn't a problem. The only issue was the freezer compartment of the refigerator didn't keep ice cream frozen and was unrealiable at freezing ice cubes. Finally, the host was great. He checked in from time to time and responded quickly to our questions or request. I recommend this spot and will reserve again for the next Las Vegas trip. beingboutball day

Safe, Clean, and Spacious

We enjoyed our stay at David's place. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The pool was nice and we had it to ourselves every time we used it. The gated community as well as the garage parking adds extra safety. It wasn't far from the strip at all, super close to Red Rock Canyon, and there were plenty of stores and restaurants within just a few minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

Surprise get together

Great gathering with of a couple of friends this past weekend. The communication with our host was great he was very responsive to our questions and helpful. Our place was good....basic and a bit sparse ,but overall good. and clean. The a/c was quite loud by the master bedroom. The pool and weight room were great and lots of access to nearby needs. overall a good place to stay . near to the strip shopping hiking etc.

My family visited Las Vegas for a formal wedding. David, our host, was helpful beyond expectations.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at David's condominium near Summerlin. The residence was in a gated community with a locked private garage parking. Our space was clean and neat. We prepared meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the exercise room. The location was convient to shopping, the services, Red Rock State Park aand sports facilities. David was helpful beyond expectations. I would have rated our as 4.5 if the scaling system were more refined. I praise David, have no complaints and offer my thanks for renting his residence.

The property is exactly as pictured, there were no surprises there. The instructions sent to get in and get out are also simple and easy to follow. I also learned how nice the property owner is through this process, and extremely communicative. If you have any questions at all, you will get great response. We had two of us here for 1/2 of the time and our two kids with us for the other 1/2. Everyone was comfortable. The location is great, near 215 and plenty of places you may need. It's also not to far from the strip, if that's in your plans. Overall, we all highly recommend this property.

Great Place

Great layout, great location, and exactly as advertised. We worked from here for a week and the Wifi is better than what we get at home. The location was ideal for evening fun on the strip but quite during the days. Gated and garage parking was a plus. Surrounded by many shops/restaurants/and even a really awesome dog park nearby. David was a great communicator and a joy to deal with. We would stay here again!

I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay somewhere close by the strip/downtown. It was only a 15 minute drive and the house was really great. It was very clean and spacey (just enough room for my partner & I and a couple of friends). The neighborhood was nice & quiet, and close to bunch of stores/restaurants. Plus, the owner was really great at communication! Overall it was a great stay!

Condo is modern, well-equipped, and very clean. Host is gracious and exceptionally responsive. In fact, he is the best owner we worked with in our many VRBO rentals in a dozen states. Highly recommend.
