Charmante maison de bord de mer en face de la piscine cÎté ouest - 20% de couleurs d'automne

Time Out of Time est une maison d'hĂŽtes dĂ©licieusement confortable nichĂ©e dans les pins sur la paisible rue Forest. À quelques minutes du golfe et Ă  quelques pas de la piscine du cĂŽtĂ© ouest, ce refuge d'une chambre est idĂ©al pour deux personnes.
Le premier Ă©tage comprend un lit queen-size et une salle de bain (douche seulement), ainsi qu’un lave-linge / sĂšche-linge superposĂ© dans le placard. Un escalier en colimaçon mĂšne au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage oĂč il y a un salon qui donne sur un petit balcon oĂč vous pourrez profiter de la brise du Golfe. Il y a aussi une salle Ă  manger pour deux et une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec accĂšs Ă  la zone d'atterrissage qui se connecte Ă  la maison principale.
Pour votre commoditĂ©, il y a une douche extĂ©rieure. Pour des options supplĂ©mentaires, la maison principale, Timeless, peut ĂȘtre louĂ©e en tant que cottage de 4 chambres Ă  coucher. En raison de la sĂ©curitĂ© de l'escalier en colimaçon, ne convient pas aux enfants de moins de cinq ans.

Weekend Get Away

We made last minute plans to get away for a long weekend. We found this little cottage perfect for 2 people and a short walking distance to the beach, pools, and the Seaside shops and resturants. It was very affordable and fit our needs perfectly. The check in process was easy. Information was provided ahead of time and no time was wasted getting settled in. I recommend the property.

Fantastic Weekend Away

We (WM39yo, WF46yo) had a fantastic weekend at this location! Seaside is a gem and this small cottage was perfect for the two of us to use as a home base for relaxation, beach time, and exploration of local restaurants and shops. Thank you!

Location was perfect

We LOVED the location! One downside is that google maps posts a walking map with a cut-through on the property in order to access Seaside from Watercolor. Some spring break youths broke the gate at the neighbor's property. Another time I was sitting outside and just looked up and there was a guy standing there! He did apologize, but still...it caught me off-guard! Another negative is the ice-maker never worked. We didn't report it, and just bought ice. There are no dressers or closets for your clothes, so it's a little tight. We put my suitcases and bags under the stairs and my husband had his stuff in the bedroom. The TVs are TEENY so we used our I-pad or laptop to watch shows. TBH, we never even turned them on! With the negatives listed, we would STILL definitely stay there again!

If we had stayed for a week or more and planned on cooking or needing to store a significant amount of luggage it may have been a tight squeeze, but it was great for a shorter stay. And it was, without a doubt, the best bed we’ve had on a visit to Seaside! So comfortable, located in a very quiet corner, and the room stayed dark, allowing for a great nights sleep on vacay. Also, so close to the family pool, which we loved for the double red flag beach day at the end of our trip. Just as a helpful tip, it may be a good idea to clean the properties air vents.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the design, space, and some accommodations were wonderful; I know you asked for a review for improvements.1. There is no room for luggage, clothes and the only chest of drawers was too small and difficult to access because there is no room for it in the bedroom.2. The decorative pillows on top of the bed are excessive, and have to be placed on the floor. Which, since everyone has been doing this for a long time, has made them filthy. They should be eliminated or a storage place for them needs to be created so guest can place them in a clean place.3. The bed pillows for guest to sleep on are very poor quality. They need to be replaced.4. There is no place to hang clothes. The make shift rod in the closet washer/dryer is inadequate. We used the hangers and hung clothes under the stairs.5. The only towel bar in the bathroom is placed in the wrong location and covers the light and fan switches. There is an open space in the best location for a towel bar next to the shower. We had to fashion a hanger on the bar to dry the second towel. The needed second set of towels stored under the sink was in contact with the toilet plunger. We did not use those towels.6. The AC unit has a buzzing rheostat that makes is difficult to watch TV.7. The lack of healthy cookware is surprising. The non-stick pans provided contain highly toxic dioxins. Dioxins are highly toxic and cause cancer, as well as reproductive, and developmental problems in children, and damage to the immune system.8. The couch needs to be cleaned along with the pillows on it.9. Requiring guest to take out the trash and do the dishes is an insult after paying a premium for accommodations.10. The guest in the unit across the street stayed up late for two nights make a ruckus that kept us up and woke us up until they left.

Don’t stay here

While I was staying here a random man entered the property using the door code without knocking and startled me as I was getting out of the shower naked!!!!! I panicked and screamed and the man said “sorry, maintenance I’ll come back”. I tried to report it to the rental property owners and no one has gotten back to me. The space is small and the bed is the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. My back was sore my entire trip after sleeping on it. The AC unit blasts cold air for a few minutes and then turns off for a few minutes so all night I was taking the blankets on and then off and then on and then off from being freezing and then too warm. There are so many other cute places to stay in this area, don’t choose this one!

I wish i had rented a car to get to the grocery store so I could cook more at home. The local market was not enough. If we arrived on Saturday we could have bought most of the food at the market which was excellent! I would return no question!
