Welcome to the guest cottage Seasuite- located directly across from the beach in Seaside, Florida. This modern guest cottage has a prime Seaside location only 59 feet to the beach access at East Ruskin Pavilion and only a 2-minute walk to Seaside, Florida. Park and walk to over 35 shops, restaurants, dining, and a gourmet grocery all within minutes from your cottage. Seasuite can be rented alone or in conjunction with the main house, SloMocean.

Seasuite is the perfect couples escape or great for small families, given its proximity to the beach and dining. At Seasuite, you have a private beach escape for four close to all things Seaside, Florida. This newer construction guest cottage has been thoughtfully designed and furnished throughout. The first floor features a queen bedroom with an adjacent marble bathroom. The bathroom has a marble single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The queen has built-in shelves for storage, a small closet, a nightstand, and its own mounted flat-screen TV.

The second floor features the living room and a modern kitchenette with gorgeous glass tile inlaid countertops and a two-drawer fridge (the kitchenette does not have a freezer). The living room has designer furnishings throughout, a smart TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and a Juliette balcony overlooking 30A and the treetop views. Other bonuses include a stackable washer and dryer unit and an outdoor shower located to the left of the front door. Seasuite is the perfect cottage to enjoy a private getaway, all within steps to everything Seaside, Florida, and the beach!

* 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2-night minimum Fall & Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Almost perfect but still great!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Truly loved the cottage, the welcome gifts, and the excellent communication with the rental service.... Only negative is that I would not recommend if you were tryin to avoid a lot of loud traffic and rowdy nightlife. I’m sure there are more quiet times of the year but it made it hard to relax in the evenings. I could literally hear every conversation from the sidewalk below while sitting on the couch upstairs. It’s still an amazing property and I would consider it again just maybe try to find a better time of year.

This cottage is an absolute gem. Sooo close to everything! Don’t choose this space is you’re a cooker, it’s for someone like me that only needs the chiller for wine and snacks. Outside of no real kitchen it perfect for couples. Definitely will stay with this company again.

We love the cottage, the set up, the cleanliness – everything was great. Every morning I walked to Black Bear Bread Co. for coffee, access to the beach was awesome – it was all wonderful.The one thing we DID learn... Do not go during spring break. I thought we were going late enough to avoid the spring break crowd, but we didn’t. My husband and I were looking for a getaway, away from our teenagers, lol! And there were teenagers everywhere, on bikes – in loud vehicles - we had to be careful or we would’ve gotten hit by teenagers on bicycles, vehicles, etc.We will definitely go back, but this time we’ll avoid the spring breakers🤪

Outstanding place and location

My wife and I stayed for our 25 year anniversary. The place was great. Half block from the food trucks and shops and right across the street from beach entrance. We will most certainly rent again.

I had heard many great things about seaside and we're excited to stay. I travel with my husband and 17 year old daughter. I found Home Collections rentals through seaside website. The website was extremely well laid out and gave me all necessary information. The cottage I picked was based on having a second floor living space for my daughter and the proximity to the main square. Seesuite was definitely a smaller cottage but fit our needs for the week. I cannot say enough good things about Home Collections. Hands down the best service we've ever had traveling including all inclusive and high end hotels. I had some concerns Renting a cottage and having limited interaction with the Management properties, but Home Collections was wonderful. They provided a lovely reception the first night we checked in with hors d'oeuvres cocktails. During the reception we were able to meet the staff who provided additional information that helped us Navigate Seaside and the properties we had access to and we got all of our questions answered. The service at Home Collections was wonderful they responded to all of our requests immediately. We had a problem with the dryer on a Saturday and Home Collection sent somebody over within 15 minutes to fix it. We needed the towels and within a half an hour someone was over with towels. Honestly the easiest fastest communication I've ever had with the property. You would absolutely stay in Home Collections again their attention to customer service was exceptional. There were a few minor things that would change about Seasuite Cottage itself but nothing that would discourage a future stay. Seasuite is small but had everything we needed.

But that was very minor issue. We were at such a convenient place to stay, with walking distance to everywhere you wanted to go. Tons of bikes, so don’t get run over lol

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a strange odor in the house. The shower leaked all over the floor. The upstairs air conditioner was broken. There is not enough storage to put clothes away. There is a very tiny closet but was filled with extra linens and pillows, so nowhere to hang clothes. Not enough outlets to plug in essentials in the bedroom or bathroom. Not enough space in general for anything. We have stayed in many of these cottages in Seaside and this was by far the smallest and most inconvenient. Kind of like glamping. Great location is the only positive I can think of. The staff was very attentive and sent maintenance several times to fix things but not very convenient when on vacation to have to deal with.

The beach was a short walk away as well as the stores and restaurants. The house was located behind the main house but still offered privacy. The only downside was the small washer and dryer, we had a hard time doing laundry during our week long stay. Other than that everything was perfect. Homeowners Collection was amazing to book through and very personable. They even gave us a goody basket for our honeymoon.

We love Slowmocean and will continue to stay there and the number of adult sleeping beds and proximity to the beach is great. We rented Seasuite as we needed an extra adult bedroom close to Slowmocean. We will sadly find another option next year as it was damp and smelled very much like an old damp beach cottage.

Homeowners Collection was great - we needed a few extra things (towels, hairdryer, extra comforter) that were dropped off same day. The correspondence with them was via text and responses were immediate and friendly. We were dreading having to leave and will definitely be staying here again next year!
