Les maisons sont réparties sur 4 lots, sur 3/4 acres de terrain. Les 2 maisons sont côte à côte. 8 Acre Park juste en face de la rue a volley-ball de sable, aire de jeux, baseball. Équipes de baseball ou de football sur autorisation. *** Pas de fêtes, pas de réunions, pas de fumer à l'intérieur. Aucune piscine nécessaire lorsque vos 2 miles de l'océan. Ou plongez dans de nouveaux blocs de piscines communautaires. Sands hotel marina a un restaurant, situé sur intracoastal, regardez les yachts passer pour votre déjeuner ou votre dîner. Thanksgiving Get-away

This was our second time at these properties and as before we had a great time. The two houses accommodate 19 very comfortably and the amenities are above what is required. The owners could not be nicer or more informative about the area.

Great Place to Stay

Went down to FL with a group of eight golfers. The two homes worked out great. They provided plenty of room, were clean, had updated kitchens, and the beds were comfortable. The backyard at the larger home is a terrific place to sit outside, grill, have a few beers and relax. Looking forward to coming back next year!

The guest I rented to (spelled different name) came back a 2nd year and asked for a cornhole game. Which we bought at our expense. We also had many extra supplies at arrival. The check in time was 4pm. Guest wanted much earlier .We accompanied without extra charge. I was disappointed this time on rating. Rain is not a reason to give a 4 star rating to a 5 star experience. I hope they find someone will rent them 2 amazing homes on a 3/4 acre next year at a low price!

What a GREAT property!

Lori and Ed are fantastic hosts! The property was exactly as advertised! The houses were perfect for our group of 12. The houses were stocked with all things needed (toilet paper, towels, paper towels, soap, water bottles etc). I highly recommend this property for large groups. Great and safe location as well! Easy drive to the beach, restaurants and downtown areas. Will definitely book again if going back to that area!

Amazing Host

Very well organized. House is quiet and safe. We had an amazing time. We were a group of 13 adults. House is also very well planned and fully stocked with basic supplies. This is our go to place if we are to rent again in this region. Lori was an amazing host.

Awesome and Relaxing Property

We normally stay on the beach but decided to try a location off the beach. This place was everything we wanted. Great location. Easy trip to the beach, a park across the street, swimming pool and park about 5-7 minutes, and multiple types of restaurants are 10-20 minutes away. The back yard and porches make for a very relaxing atmosphere while just hanging around the place. When we return we will check this property first for availability.

Friends golf weekend 2023

Once again, everything about our stay was excellent. The properties were clean, spacious, and conveniently located for our weekend plans. All the good things from previous years, with upgraded furniture added. The owners are also receptive to ideas for improvements. Family gathering

The two houses were perfect for us. We had adults in one house and cousins in the other. Pictures are accurate. Lori was great to work with. Would recommend for a big group. Plenty of beds. Lots of outside space as well.

Spacious and Comfortable

Our softball teams' fourth stay at this great double house was again very enjoyable. Well stocked with kitchenware and plenty of comfy options to be together as a large group or in smaller groups simultaneously. Some of us had wives with us who also had a great time. Lori & Ed were super helpful as usual with restaurant recommendations and making sure that we had what we needed. See you again next year!

I love to see tourists that want to visit this tropical oasis of South Florida. I rented vacation properties and enjoyed it so much, I thought I would enjoy doing it myself.

I met the owner in 2005, and was so amazed at the size, and great location across from park, and the ability to have so much land. A few years later it came up for sale, it was truly meant to be. One of areas largest properties, truly a rare bird. I purchased the house next door in 2015 to make it even bigger. Visit the Old Pompano neighborhood, and you will not want to leave.

So many areas to relax in. such a big property, you will love it. for the money, best deal in town. Owner takes pride in the homes. Nice linens, nice bedding. so many guests from over 12 countries have enjoyed these homes. located in the hidden Old Pompano area, a neighborhood that reminds you of old South Florida, not the concrete canyon that is miles away. Life is about the journey, start it here!
