Rénovation complète de haut en bas - luxe et confort inégalés. Du plafond à rainure et languette dans la salle familiale aux planchers de bois d'ingénierie et de carreaux, cette maison a été conçue pour offrir un répit à ceux qui recherchent la détente et le plaisir. Les rénovations intérieures sont modernes, propres et fraîches. Tous les meubles sont neufs. Les gris et les blancs côtiers avec des draps, des cuirs et des bois naturels placent le décor de la station balnéaire dans ce qui devient la dernière tendance décorative. L'attention aux détails sans compromettre le confort a été la clé du choix du mobilier pour rendre les hébergements relaxants et agréables pendant les vacances sur les plus belles plages du monde.

La cuisine bien équipée comprend des appareils Whirlpool en acier inoxydable, des armoires en bois véritable, du granit poli et un îlot central pour les travaux de préparation et des sièges supplémentaires. La salle à manger avec une grande table de ferme est accueillante et donne sur les plages. Le salon comprend des canapés confortables, des chaises et une configuration home cinéma complète comprenant une télévision à écran plat, un son surround et un lecteur DVD Blu-ray. Chaque salle de bain a été rénovée avec de nouvelles baignoires / douches carrelées, des luminaires Danze, des armoires en bois véritable et des comptoirs en marbre. Chaque chambre a de nouveaux matelas Simmons luxueux (fabriqués sur commande dans l'usine Simmons), des plafonds en panneaux de perles, une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD Blu-ray.

Et ce n'est que l'intérieur. Le nouveau pont Trex, les fenêtres et la porte-patio améliorent la beauté de profiter des brises et des couchers de soleil côtiers. La rampe de comptoir permet de profiter facilement des boissons et des repas en plein air. L'unité au deuxième étage dans un immeuble de deux étages est sur la plage avec un seul escalier pour atteindre les belles plages du nord-ouest de la Floride. Et, pour un changement de rythme, il y a une piscine sur place. Pour ceux qui recherchent le confort et le luxe, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much this time as before. Thank you for a relaxing escape away. Already miss the view and sound of the waves. It was truly one of the best places we have stayed! The condo was furnished beautifully and comfortably, but the real star was the view! It was literally steps to the beach from the balcony. My favorite thing was waking up before the rest of the crew and sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee every morning. It was so relaxing!The condo has pretty much everything you need for an easy stay. The kitchen was loaded with pots, pans, dishes and every knick-knack to be able to cook with while there.

On The Beach

2nd Floor directly walk out to the beach, no roads to cross. Actually every appliance you could ask for in the kitchen. Well decorated, clean, loved three bedroom, three bath. Worked perfect for our family.

Our whole family loves to stay in this beautiful but uncrowded area of the beach. It's so much easier than high rises that involve elevators, long treks to the beach and too many people. Condo is well equipped and perfect for 3 couples with privacy bedrooms and baths. We love the beautiful view, convenience, and the huge balcony. The kitchen is big and easy for cooking with all the things. The sunsets are gorgeous here.

It was a pleasure having you and your daughter as guests. Bonita Beach Condo in PCB is ideally located in a less congested area of Laguna Beach just 2.3 miles West of Pier Park. The convenience of being directly on the beach and being able to park at the front door with out having to wait for elevators makes the stay all that more enjoyable. Beautiful property

David was great to work with we had all of our information for check in and it was quick and easy. The property is perfect your right on the beach and the neighborhood is relaxing and quiet. The balcony was great to drink coffee and watch dolphins swim by. If you are looking for a family friendly relaxing spot in the beach this property is perfect. We have been coming to Bonita Beach for years and I refuse to go anywhere else. You are steps from the beach and minutes away from great food and shopping! Breath of Fresh Sea Air

We had an amazing stay at this beach rental! The highlight was definitely the balcony — the views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking and made for the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or watch the sunset.The place was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy furniture and thoughtful touches throughout.The owner was fantastic to work with — very responsive, friendly, and helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay.
