The Grand Panama Beach Resort - L'une des plus belles stations balnéaires de Panama City Beach. Le Grand Panama Resort est dans une classe à part! Ce complexe unique en son genre a ouvert ses portes en août 2007 sur le sable blanc cristallin du golfe du Mexique à Panama City Beach, en Floride. Ce complexe se trouve sur 35 hectares de plage immaculée.

Le Grand Panama Beach Resort présente une architecture de pointe, des hébergements luxueux, des plages de sable blanc, un spa à service complet et de fantastiques piscines. Les motifs comprendront de beaux jardins, une abondance de fontaines et de cascades, des sentiers pédestres et un paysage tropical luxuriant.

Cette spacieuse unité de deux chambres et deux salles de bain avec 1100+ pieds carrés a beaucoup de place pour toute la famille. Nous avons un lit king size dans la chambre principale et un lit queen size dans la deuxième chambre. Il y a aussi un ensemble de lits superposés en taille réelle, ainsi qu'un canapé-lit. Ce magnifique condo peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 10 personnes. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat. Ce condo est situé au 6e étage de la Grand Tower 1 (unité 605). Vous pouvez profiter de la vue sur l'océan depuis le balcon, le salon, la chambre principale, le coin repas et même la cuisine. D'autres bâtiments n'obstruent pas la vue sur l'océan. Vous avez une fabuleuse vue panoramique sur l'océan depuis ce condo! Cette unité comprend également des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur dans le condo. Vous pouvez également commander des locations de DVD gratuites sur place et en profiter sur les lecteurs Blu-ray avec chaque téléviseur!

Si vous comparez les unités et les prix, assurez-vous de sélectionner la Grand Tower. La Grande Tour (a. K.a. La tour 1) est la seule tour de villégiature située sur la plage. Un passage pour piétons surélevé relie la tour l'un aux autres bâtiments Grand et au parking. Le Grand Panama a vraiment quelque chose pour tout le monde! Vous pouvez garer votre voiture et ne plus jamais l'utiliser. Vous pouvez faire de l'exercice, nager dans l'une des deux fabuleuses piscines, profiter d'une journée au spa, faire du shopping ou dîner tous sur place dans ce magnifique complexe! Les installations du Grand Panama comprennent 2 piscines scintillantes, 2 spas aquatiques, un bar Tiki au bord de la piscine, un centre de remise en forme, un centre d'affaires avec salle de réunion, un parking couvert sécurisé, un café et un glacier, ainsi que des restaurants et des magasins sur place au Village de Grand Panama. We enjoyed staying at this unit. It was perfect for our family and is accurately described on VRBO. The condo could be fixed up a little. There were bulbs not working, light fixtures not working, and some normal wear and tear over time. But I think this was a fair price that made up for it.

Nice location, beautiful view!! Resort is very nice. Pool was nice, tiki bar was great. Only complaints would be the elevators which are out of owners control. One was broken and you had to wait forever for one as there are so many floors. One thing would be nice is owners provided some beach towels as obviously that’s why most are probably renting there.

8 days. Most high rise condos have long elevator waits but this was probably the least waiting we’ve had to do. Great location. Nice clean unit.

The room was very clean, with plenty of dishes and assorted pots and pans. Lovely grounds and nice pool area. I guess my only complaint is there is only 3 elevators, and during check out time and check in times there was really long wait times. But overall it was a nice place to stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Condo beautiful, perfect for a large family, great ocean views right on the beach. Great facilities. Only issue was cable was not working when we got there but they sent someone out the next day to fix & the master bath smelled slightly like mildew but air freshener fixed that right away. There were 8 adult family members staying in this condo with sleeping room for all. The full sized bunks were a nice addition and I was told they were comfortable. The mattresses in the bedrooms were sagging in the middle so it took a little getting used to but wouldn’t prevent me from a return visit. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions and that was a definite plus! Location was good and the two pools were both wonderful!

Did the trick for one night but not really a condo

So this hotel is a converted Holiday inn. The room has a fridge, stove and cupboards in it but it's built into a old hotel room. The bed mattresses were really uncomfortable and the pillows were also. The check-in process was fabulous and the manager who we chatted with is also just amazing. The pool was dirty but it's on the beach so there's going to be some sand so it's understandable. We met some really cool people in the pool so as long as you're okay with the accommodations not being that great,the service and the pool and the beach and other patrons made up for it.

Grand Panama Resort, Unit #605

We really enjoyed the condo. The appliances worked well. the kitchen had the basics for cooking, the beds were comfortable, the view from the balcony was appreciated everyday with beverages. Our only complaint was that there really wasn’t a lot within walking distance at this location. The parking was tight and we only had to park in the overflow one night. We stayed for a month and and had a relaxing time in Panama City Beach.

The property is as described, but it was not as clean as one would hope for. The balcony area was un-useable as it had a very strong urine smell. Check-in process went well. The property just needs a bit more upkeep. Half the lights were burnt out, light switches broken, balcony furniture all rusted out, and mattresses were wore out. I still believe it was a decent value, as the Grand Panama is a nice place to stay with family. Only wish for building is to get faster elevators!

Family Beach Vacation

Grand Panama was wonderful!! The condo had plenty of room for our family of 8. The condo has been updated since photos and was more than what I was expecting. Pool and beach access were great. Close to shopping and restaurants. Parking was easy as well as loading and unloading. Condo had all the starter necessities and plenty dishes. The Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom could use updating. It squeaks with every move and the mattress is not comfortable. Overall, the condo was wonderful and we would stay here again.

Plenty of room with an amazing view and location

This beachfront condo was the perfect place for our family of 7. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The view was awesome with plenty of balcony space. This condo was updated and modern, very clean, and the kitchen was spacious with plenty of room to cook meals and eat. There was plenty of room, and no one had to be crowded. The bathrooms are large. The location of this condo is close to the elevators, and the balcony overlooks the pool area and beach. We were less than 200 yards from the ocean, and could see the pier from the balcony. Check in and out process was easy, and the property owner is super personable. We have already began planning our next trip to stay here.
