Style toscan, 3 niveau Villa. Cinq grandes chambres (avec salle de bains), une chambre supplémentaire de bonus, 3 terrasses extérieures, 2 grandes au niveau principal et les patios de niveau inférieur, meublé. 3 cheminées naturelles, 2 cheminées à gaz. Grande salle de théâtre, grande salle de jeux avec cuisine complète, table de billard, Baby-foot, jeu de palets 14 pieds et un sauna. Salon au niveau supérieur avec TV de 60 pouces et d'une terrasse. Cuisine gastronomique et petit déjeuner véranda avec cheminée et vue de notre vignoble et les chais. Salle à manger avec bar. Grand salon confortable avec cheminée de 20 pieds avec 3 ensembles de portes françaises se ouvrent à de très grande terrasse couverte meublée. 2 salles de lavage. Système audio dans toute la maison et à l'extérieur. Voie privée à la maison avec cadre privé. Wifi.
Dessus des jardins au sol avec des légumes frais. verger de fruits et 400 plants de bleuets, mûres sauvages et notre cave une courte promenade dans le vignoble bas de la colline. Beaucoup de marche / randonnée disponibles sur la propriété et dans les Eola Hills. Nous avons conçu et construit notre maison et déménagé en 2003. Nous résidons ici six mois par an. Nous avons planté notre vignoble en 2001, construit notre Winery en 2007 et fait tout l'aménagement paysager le long du chemin. James, the concierge, gave us white glove treatment. Our “family of choice” reunion was memorable because the property was everything we needed for entertaining a group ranging from age 5 to 80. We can’t wait to repeat the experience!

Our stay at the Villa was very special. The property had everything we needed and James was easy to work with. The kitchen was the best stocked I have ever stayed at. There was so much to do that I would recommend planning at least a day or two just to enjoy all that the property has to offer. We found the location to be the perfect spot for our home base in the Willamette Valley, and as an added bonus the deer that came to visit were great.

This Villa had so much to do for our extended family of 11 that we never left the property during our stay. We played pickleball, racquetball or volleyball in the mornings. In the afternoons we were swimming. Evenings were spent playing pool, foosball, laser tag, cards, or dancing. Late evenings was for movies in the theater room. There were other things to do that we never got to. At the end of the week the vote was unanimous to come here again next summer. We booked it before going home. Highly recommended.

This Villa is a unique space and was our central entertainment hub for an unparalleled week with 11 friends in the Willamette Valley. Our concierge James was extremely helpful in the pre planning phase and throughout our stay. We had a few minor technical issues during our stay but James was right there to help get them addressed. The bedrooms were all beautifully decorated, featuring comfortable beds and bedding, plenty of towels and a private bathroom in the main and upper floor rooms. The kitchen is a chef’s dream and we cooked several wonderful meals there as well as hired a professional chef one evening. Everyone seemed to congregate in the game room where we had many wonderful evenings playing pool and cards. We also featured several movies in the theater room which was truly magical. Finally, the pool and hot tub also provided a great space to hang out. As a central hub, the Villa allowed several convenient excursions to wine tasting events, hiking, biking, horseback riding, dining and coastal drives. Once again, we would like to thank James for being a gracious host helping tonight make this a trip one to remember for a long time. Thanks again James!

A Fabulous Stay

This property was very well located for doing wine tastings though out the valley. Lots of things to do at the house, just wish we had left more time to enjoy it.

Beautiful property that we rented for my parents, aunts, uncles, and grandparents to stay during my wedding in Newberg. They absolutely loved it there. James was super nice and gave them a long tour of the property and made sure they were comfortable. My nephews and nieces loved the space to run around and the hot tub! Such a great place for loved ones to get together.

Perfect home for the 6 of us that golfed, toured wineries and had a great chef, Wendy. Methven wines were top rated. So glad we found this place.

Allen is a Dentist in Dundee and has built many dental buildings/clinics and mentored many young students and Dentists in his career. He is a longstanding member of Rotary and has made 15 trips to Guatemala working in the mountain villages doing dental work on the children and families there. He is a beekeeper and has 10 active hives from which honey is harvested and a jar will be left for your personal enjoyment. If it is available. Jill was a business consultant before the property was purchased. Allen and Jill have 5 beautiful children all grown up and on their own. They are a very close family and get together throughout the year. Jill and Allen spend 3 to 4 months in Maui where they have lived part time for about 18 years. They travel extensively for their wine business, visiting their national markets in HA, NY, Florida, New Orleans, Alaska and Michigan, Atlanta and 3 new states. Allen grew up in Washington and Jill in California. Both are very active in their communities, McMinnville, Dundee and Newberg.

This is a unique property in that it is surrounded by vineyards and has views of the Valley and the Cascades with no subdivisions in sight. Very private yet close to everything you need. We were looking for property for a few years and then found this perfect location by chance as it was not listed at the time. It was 100% raw land and gave us the challenge and opportunity to create our own home, landscaping, vineyards and winery. Jill grew up in the country on a horse ranch/farm and Allen loves living on and off the land and large open spaces.
As soon as we saw this property, we knew we had found what we were looking for.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The location of this rolling hills property in the heart of wine country, the beautiful spacious villa, pastoral, mountain and vineyard views, pool, hot tub sauna and the many amenities. Many comment they feel they are in Tuscany and are able to easily relax and take in the local attractions within 15 minutes. There is no comparable sight in the region as far as the size of the Villa and the tranquil privacy it offers. Leave the property and enjoy Oregon's many wineries and highly rated restaurant scene. Attend a downtown open market with local vendors showcasing their fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meats, art etc. Come home and BBQ by the pool, enjoying local wines or Oregon Brews and the local fare. Oregon is known for its amazing array of fresh produce and the berry scene is abundant! The children can safely walk to the blueberry patch and pick while you enjoy the evening by the pool and BBQ. There are fruit trees and fruit available for the picking when in season. You may just want to pick some fresh herbs to cook with from our garden or grab a tomato or two to go along with the fresh herbs. You can also help yourself to the fresh vegetables if they are ready to pick as well.
We are only one hour from the Coast and one hour from Portland! Smack dab in the middle of wine country.
