Oceanfront Sandy Beach Vacation Rental Unit 2

Nous avons deux appartements surdimensionnĂ©s au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage directement sur une plage de sable privĂ©e. Les deux appartements ont subi des rĂ©novations complĂštes terminĂ©es en dĂ©cembre 2017, avec de nouvelles cuisines, de nouvelles salles de bains, des sols, etc. Chaque unitĂ© peut accueillir un maximum de 4 personnes. Loyer avec numĂ©ro de location 9131033 (rĂ©servation et frais sĂ©parĂ©s) pour dormir jusqu'Ă  8 personnes. Marchez depuis votre porte d'entrĂ©e sur un grand banc de sable dans l'ocĂ©an Atlantique. Regardez le lever et le coucher du soleil depuis ce triplex privĂ© situĂ© de façon unique. Attachez votre bateau directement derriĂšre la propriĂ©tĂ© sur le banc de sable ou les impuretĂ©s et la rampe de mise Ă  l'eau disponibles de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue du cĂŽtĂ© de la baie. Incroyable vie marine sur la plage, raies pastenagues, crabes de poisson-globe, requin. PĂȘcher directement du rivage. Lorsque la marĂ©e est basse, vous pouvez marcher des centaines de mĂštres dans l'ocĂ©an sur le banc de sable. Nous avons Ă©galement deux kayaks Ă  votre disposition

Cette unité peut accueillir 4 personnes avec 1 lit king-size et un canapé-lit queen-size. Location avec unité d'image miroir à cÎté pour accueillir 8 personnes.

Nous sommes dans un habitat naturel tout à fait unique. Il y a des moments, selon les marées, lorsque des algues épaisses, des rochers et d'autres articles se déposent sur notre rivage. Nous vous recommandons de toujours porter des chaussures d'eau.

Perfect out of town peacefulness

The accommodation is about 8 miles from Marathon itself so sits perfectly located by the ocean for peace and quiet but close enough to some fantastic restaurants and shopping areas.Accommodation is very spacious with all amenities catered for so you just need to turn up and sit on the beach straight away.Firepit is perfect for an evening of stargazing as it's so dark sat there.Andy was a great host and always answered any issues we had.I'd highly recommend this accommodation if you want chilled out peace and quiet right at the heart of the keys.Make sure to visit Marathon Steak & Lobster restaurant along with Castaway, 2 absolutely superb eateries about 15 mins away by car

Beach house

Great location to explore up and down the Keys, one hour from Key West and one hour from Key Largo. Very spacious for 2 people. Access to the kayaks is a wonderful amenity.

Perfect Spot

I never liked Marathon but my husband convinced me to try it one more time. I am so happy he did. Your place was perfect. The area is quiet and not hemmed in by other homes, but close to beaches and restaurants. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed inside and out. The view was wonderful. We loved to watch the stars come out at nite. We will not hesitate to come back for a longer stay.

Nice comfortable rental, as described not a swimming beach but great views over the Atlantic. Great mid Keys location. Owner responded to the few problems that we had. Nice birding right across the highway in some backwater ponds!

Wonderful to wake up and sit right on the waterfront for coffee. Grab a kayak and paddle about. MarketNext store makes great coffee and breakfast. Breezes spectacular.

Great Vacation!

This property was perfect for us! The location offered us the ability to explore other areas of the Keys with ease. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view was absolutely beautiful and offered plenty of both sun, shade and room for all guests to have space. Perfect!

Wonderful Place!

Absolutely beautiful views and a perfect location! The apartment was a great size for the 2 of us. All our favorite places are nearby. Loved being able to sit down on the beach and up on the deck. Plenty of shade from the palm trees. Water is typical keys. We loved it and will definitely book again!

Great location. Great value

My adult sons came along with my husband and I for a week long getaway. We love the keys and because we were right on the water, I was able to still feel like we were "together" while the boys fished. The home is comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. The master bed was quite comfortable and the roll away cot as well. The fold out queen left a lot to be desired..... All and all it was a really nice stay.

This property is wonderful!! You open your door to see the ocean each day. Nothing is more peaceful! Andy was very accommodating and communicative answering any and all questions quickly. The kayaks were a nice touch and the fire pit was a nice way to end the evening. Would definitely stay again!

Great Beach House!

This place is amazing! What could be better than your own beach? The house was clean, has a nice kitchen, a grill, kayaks, a firepit, an outdoor dining table, an indoor dining table and covered parking. The only issue that I found was you could hear the roadway traffic at night (which you cant do anything about). The owner was very pleasant to work with and answered all my questions before and during our stay there. I highly recommend staying here!

This is the perfect spot in the Florida Keys. Very quiet and not far from the mainland yet also close enough to key west for day trips. The beach is amazing and the fishing in marathon is exceptional. Very special place.
