Oceanfront Sandy Beach Vacation Rental Unit 2

Nous avons deux appartements surdimensionnés au deuxième étage directement sur une plage de sable privée. Les deux appartements ont subi des rénovations complètes terminées en décembre 2017, avec de nouvelles cuisines, de nouvelles salles de bains, des sols, etc. Chaque unité peut accueillir un maximum de 4 personnes. Loyer avec numéro de location 9131033 (réservation et frais séparés) pour dormir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Marchez depuis votre porte d'entrée sur un grand banc de sable dans l'océan Atlantique. Regardez le lever et le coucher du soleil depuis ce triplex privé situé de façon unique. Attachez votre bateau directement derrière la propriété sur le banc de sable ou les impuretés et la rampe de mise à l'eau disponibles de l'autre côté de la rue du côté de la baie. Incroyable vie marine sur la plage, raies pastenagues, crabes de poisson-globe, requin. Pêcher directement du rivage. Lorsque la marée est basse, vous pouvez marcher des centaines de mètres dans l'océan sur le banc de sable. Nous avons également deux kayaks à votre disposition

Cette unité peut accueillir 4 personnes avec 1 lit king-size et un canapé-lit queen-size. Location avec unité d'image miroir à côté pour accueillir 8 personnes.

Nous sommes dans un habitat naturel tout à fait unique. Il y a des moments, selon les marées, lorsque des algues épaisses, des rochers et d'autres articles se déposent sur notre rivage. Nous vous recommandons de toujours porter des chaussures d'eau.

Great location to explore up and down the Keys, one hour from Key West and one hour from Key Largo. Very spacious for 2 people. Access to the kayaks is a wonderful amenity.

This property was perfect for us! The location offered us the ability to explore other areas of the Keys with ease. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view was absolutely beautiful and offered plenty of both sun, shade and room for all guests to have space. Perfect!

Wonderful Place!

Absolutely beautiful views and a perfect location! The apartment was a great size for the 2 of us. All our favorite places are nearby. Loved being able to sit down on the beach and up on the deck. Plenty of shade from the palm trees. Water is typical keys. We loved it and will definitely book again!

A perfect home base to explore the keys!

This place is a perfect home base to explore the keys! Half way between key largo and key west. The apartment was clean and comfortable and rite on the beach with grassy flats resort just two doors down. We were lucky enough to be there for their full moon party. I would recommend this rental and absolutely stay here again.

Perfect out of town peacefulness

The accommodation is about 8 miles from Marathon itself so sits perfectly located by the ocean for peace and quiet but close enough to some fantastic restaurants and shopping areas.Accommodation is very spacious with all amenities catered for so you just need to turn up and sit on the beach straight away.Firepit is perfect for an evening of stargazing as it's so dark sat there.Andy was a great host and always answered any issues we had.I'd highly recommend this accommodation if you want chilled out peace and quiet right at the heart of the keys.Make sure to visit Marathon Steak & Lobster restaurant along with Castaway, 2 absolutely superb eateries about 15 mins away by car

Perfect Spot

I never liked Marathon but my husband convinced me to try it one more time. I am so happy he did. Your place was perfect. The area is quiet and not hemmed in by other homes, but close to beaches and restaurants. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed inside and out. The view was wonderful. We loved to watch the stars come out at nite. We will not hesitate to come back for a longer stay.

Amazing time!

What an awesome place to stay. Location and scenery were great. Everything you need. We loved the sunrises from this property. This property is wonderful!! You open your door to see the ocean each day. Nothing is more peaceful! Andy was very accommodating and communicative answering any and all questions quickly. The kayaks were a nice touch and the fire pit was a nice way to end the evening. Would definitely stay again!

A little piece of paradise

What a lovely place to get out of the rat race for a few days. You're literally right on the beach (I wouldn't swim there, but you can certainly walk out quite a ways), there's always a very strong breeze, the apartment was quite comfortable and well-equipped, and it's close to "town" but not in "town" so it's quiet and relaxing. Hope to come back someday.

Thank you very much for your nice review. The shallow sand bar is one of our favorite parts of this property. We will often walk our beach chairs out to what feels like the middle of the Atlantic ocean with a bottle of wine to enjoy the sunset. Our children spend hours finding shells and crabs and once you get to the end of the sand bar the water is swimmable. Thank you so much for staying with us and hope to see you again soon. Great Beach House!

This place is amazing! What could be better than your own beach? The house was clean, has a nice kitchen, a grill, kayaks, a firepit, an outdoor dining table, an indoor dining table and covered parking. The only issue that I found was you could hear the roadway traffic at night (which you cant do anything about). The owner was very pleasant to work with and answered all my questions before and during our stay there. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful sunrises. Rental cottage beautifully appointed.

Although the property is located at water’s edge, it should not be considered a swim beach. Even at high tide, water is less than knee deep, more like ankle deep, for many yards out.

Hi Victor, Our property is 100% direct oceanfront. And is ankle deep only at low tide. In fact we have sea life cone right up to the shoreline offer. The Florida keys are big sandbars with very few “swimming” beaches. That is one of the amazing pleasures, the ability to walk out onto the sandbar. We have seen dozens of species of sea life along that area, including crabs, lobster, sting rays, tarpon, bonefish… I could go in and on. And I’m not sure how far out you walked but about 100 feet out the water begins to get deeper and is definitely swimmable. In fact we snorkeled and scuba dive off the beach often. I’m sorry that you were not aware of this before booking your stay.
