C'est notre maison loin de chez vous, elle est donc entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin: literie de luxe, serviettes, serviettes de plage, sÚche-cheveux dans les deux chambres. Marchez dans les placards avec beaucoup de rangement suspendus, paniers à linge, panier de plage parasol, glaciÚre, des seaux et des pelles pour enfants

Nous avons une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec machine à café Keurig. Bouilloire électrique, grille-pain lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, plaque vitrocéramique, réfrigérateur-congélateur.
Il ya un lave-linge commun et sĂšche-linge juste devant la porte.

Il y a une piscine chauffée commune, club qui a une bibliothÚque de livres à partager, heureux vendredi heure 17:00, apporter un apéritif, grand moment de rencontre pour tous

The condo was very nice and furnished, everything that you need to stay for the week. The place was clean and loved the beach chairs that were available. Now the not so good, the unit is 10 yards from the busy street. From 6:30 am to midnight it is constant traffic and noise. The main bedroom with the king bed is right up by the road as well as the living area. When the temperature is in the 70’s we like to open the windows, also there is still some light construction going on in some of the condos. If you don’t mind road noise this is a great place.

Perfect!

We loved our stay in Siesta Key, the condo was perfect! Condo was even better in person than in pictures. Roomy, clean, comfortable, all the supplies you need for a beach vacay. Location was a 10 minute walk to get your toes in the ocean at Point of Rocks beach, and 5 minutes to some great casual restaurants, coffee, ice cream, and 7-11! Communication with host was easy. Ricky was very helpful and quick to respond. We would love to stay here again!

Vacation stay

Enjoyed our stay, the house is clean and well furnished, the chairs on the Lanai could be more comfortable, I would definitely stay again, the trolley stops right outside and a short ride to beach.

Perfect place to vacation for a family

We enjoyed our vacation in a such a good place..we had everything around stores,restaurants and the specially it was the beautiful beach 6-7 min walk and the pool.We willl sure come back this year.

Family beach vacay!

We had such a great time at this property! We loved the condo itself and how clean it was. It had all the necessary amenities and more, which was perfect! We thought that bikes were included with the condo, but they weren’t unfortunately. However, right up the street there was a place to rent them which is perfect! The walk to the beach was a little farther than we thought it would be, but not hateful by any means. We also thought we’d be closer to the siesta key village, we were just about 3 miles from it. We took Uber’s/Lyfts into the village at night for dinner and it cost about $10 each way, which was much cheaper than renting a car! This was a learning experience for us as we’d never stayed in siesta key, but we loved the condo and the location and would definitely be back to stay!

A hidden gem! Walkable to so many things, too.

We were in the area for our daughters soccer tournament. We were so happy we had this adorable condo instead of the rest of the team stuck in hotels. This place is the perfect retreat. It was clean, updated, spacious for just the 3 of us. She got her own room and bathroom and we were able to have our own space. Several coffee pot options (a kuerig and a traditional pot). Good cookware so were were able to make breakfast and lunch in and go walking for fun dinner options. The beach was a close walk away, as well as lots of fun dining/drinks, coffee and ice cream. This place had lots of beach chairs, a beach wagon and several large beach towels. When flying in, this was such a wonderful treat! We met the team on the beach one day and everyone was jealour of all of our gear! Even a cooler! We couldn't have asked for better. We jumped on and off the trolley on a rainy day and had fun with that as well. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us. We would love to go back!!

Wonderful Accommodations

Condo had all needed amenities and was clean. Rug in hallway was stored in closet for the duration of our stay to avoid trip hazard. Very quiet neighborhood. Owner very responsive to questions. Would rent again.

Family trip

The place was really nice and the location was perfect. Close to both turtle beach and siesta key beach. The only downfall was that at crescent beach, the one that was walking distance, the hotels and condos on the waterfront had roped off their spots so there wasn’t much place to stay. Overall great trip and the location was perfect.

Perfect Stay and Wonderful Location

This VRBO was everything we hoped for. It is a great location - short walk to the beach. The complex has a pool that we also really enjoyed. It is a first floor unit directly to the outside. No stairs, no lobby, which is great. Ricky provided us with everything you need for the beach and a cart to load it in. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Comfortable beds. The decor was great. The kitchen was just right. I loved that there were plenty of bath towels and beach towels and plenty of clothes hangers! Very clean. Everything was easy. Note we didn't have Netflix on the TV's but I can always get that on my computer. Restaurants and deli in walking distances. Ricky and Trish were very responsive, they were great! Can't ask for more!

July 3rd to the 10th

Place is very well kept and clean, owners communicate well before getting here. You will ding EVERYTHING you need and I mean EVERYTHING! Great job on goth at. No issues other then the TV in the 2nd bedroom didn’t work, the master bedroom is basically 20 ft away from the street so it’s noisy and blinds don’t really shade the lights from the cars driving by. Location is good but I thought it was going to be better, if you are looking to go to a public beach with room to stretch your legs you’ll have to drive as the public beach near by its not as near, but even then I didn’t mind as on vacation you don’t really have much else to do We will definitely be back and recommend to friends!! Thank you

Very clean, ideal location, had a wonderful experience despite the weather

Home away from home. The condo has two rooms and two baths which made it easy to get ready in the morning. It was well equipped, had everything you would need. It is close to eateries and novelty shops. Would book again!

Awesome

It was good. There was a couple things that surprised me about housekeeping. There was a spoon on the floor by my bed when we arrived, makeup on the Queen bed comforter and trash was left underneath the kitchen sink. Overall everything was great. Made new friends, the walk to the beach was ok, but I’m 80. I will definitely recommend you for a vacation stay. I’m looking forward to coming again next year.

We decided to buy the condo after being drawn back on a regular basis , our children love it here , the beach is fantastic and the locality of the condo makes living so easy , everything you need is right outside the door . And for us this was a big draw
