Mise à jour de juin 2019: le condo dispose désormais de tous les nouveaux meubles, de tous les nouveaux lits, de tous les nouveaux draps, ustensiles de cuisine, etc. Nouvelles photos à suivre.

Détendez-vous et profitez du cadre paisible de cette belle maison de ville rénovée au bord de l’eau avec 2 chambres à coucher et 2, 5 salles de bain, sur le lagon de Blind Pass, à Siesta Key, à seulement 3 à 5 minutes à pied de Turtle Beach. Pêchez sur les quais, faites un plongeon dans la piscine et regardez les kayaks pagayer dans la voie navigable. Apportez votre bateau ou louez-en un dans le port de plaisance des tortues situé à proximité (l'accostage est gratuit pour les résidents).

Les rénovations récentes incluent une nouvelle cuisine avec armoires personnalisées, comptoirs en granit, appareils électroménagers et la maison de ville entière a été repeinte. Au premier niveau se trouvent le grand salon, la grande cuisine mise à jour, le coin repas et la moitié de la salle de bain. Le salon mène au balcon principal avec barbecue et coin repas. Le deuxième niveau comprend 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Un autre balcon est accessible depuis la chambre principale. Capacité d'accueil 6 avec un roi dans le maître, 2 lits doubles dans la chambre d'amis et un nouveau canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Rondelle complète Maytag & amp; sèche-linge sont dans l'unité. La télévision est dans le salon et les deux chambres, et 2 lecteurs de DVD sont fournis pour votre plaisir. WiFi gratuit & amp; câble, ainsi que tout votre équipement de plage est fourni. Garage couvert assigné.

La communauté de Cosy Cove est située à l'extrémité sud de Siesta Key et comprend six unités intimes. C'est l'endroit idéal pour une expérience tropicale relaxante.

Turtle Beach est une promenade courte avec des zones de pique-nique, aire de jeux et terrain de volley-ball. Plusieurs restaurants, notamment Turtle's Restaurant et Ophelia's on the Bay, se trouvent tous deux à moins de 5 minutes à pied et vous pourrez dîner sur l'eau. Great place to stay!

This was our first time visiting Siesta Key. The condo was close to Turtle Beach, restaurants, and a place to rent boats. It was also very close to the Shuttle stop which takes you into Siesta Key Village. The condo was clean, very spacious, and had everything you needed. We really appreciated they had beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. The location was also very convenient because we took day trips to Clearwater and Naples. Overall we had an excellent stay, and would recommend to others.

Beautiful!

This condo is beautiful, clean and very spacious! Check in and out was a breeze. Communication with management was excellent. If you are looking to stay in this area, I would highly recommend this place. You can walk to Turtle Beach and it's just a short drive to Siesta Key and the Village. They provide beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Great deal!

Great property, well appointed. Very comfortable and clean. Master bedroom had the best foam mattress EVER!! Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I only rated 4-stars in “listing accuracy” because the listing stated “salt water pool”. The pool is fresh water

Great coastal decor

Loved the decor. Very beachy. Easy walk to turtle beach. Nice to be on the lagoon when you can’t afford beachfront. A lot of steps…..could be an issue for some people. Was hoping for a grill but evidently now against HOA rules. That was somewhat disappointing. Otherwise nice place.

Nice get-a-way

Enjoyable stay however the unit is dated especially the master bedroom and bathroom. Difficult to take more than one hot shower as the water heater is extremely small. Theres a musty smell in the condo. The pool is NOT heated which should have been mentioned in the listing.

Not as described

Booked for 5 days, left after 1 night due to condo conditions. Ceiling in underground garage was falling onto the concrete. Condo has extremely musty odor. The microwave had a complete lengthwise crack on the inside door, which, after calling the manager and advising, she said they were aware and one was on order. However, I was told the renter the previous week had used it as well as the owner. Totally unsafe and we were not notified in advance that it was cracked. We would not use it. The kitchen floor was sticky and coffee grinds were left in coffeemaker. The master rugs were dirty as well as the blankets. The pool area was filthy and there were cigarette butts in the dirty charcoal grill. (Not a gas grill) Would not recommend this unit or condo building as it is clear the HOA is incapable of maintenance. We were denied a refund for the 4 nights of our rental, though we offered to pay for the 1st night and the cleaning fee. Worst VRBO we've ever rented.

Perfect area of Siesta Key during busy summer

This unit is 4-5 properties down from Turtle Beach, which is the southern part of Siesta Key. We loved that it is a less busy area away from the chaos of Siesta Key Village. Having our own car was needed though. The unit sits on Blind Pass lagoon, not the ocean side. This was perfect for my 18 & 22 year old boys who love to fish. They rented kayaks for the week from Ride & Paddle. They were delivered to us and locked up on our own dock every night, easy access. The condo is super clean and nice inside so don't let the outside of the complex spook you since it is a little beat down looking. Having 2.5 baths came in handy! It was great to have beach equipment already there: chairs, umbrella, skim board, fishing rods, etc. We would definitely stay in this location again. The guided kayak trip with Ride and Paddle is must do as well as going to the Mote Aquarium. Enjoy!

Wonderful condo, great location for families away from the craziness of the night life part

Excellent condo! Very clean, Very comfortable. Had all the beach gear. Pool was a bit dirty but they cleaned it on day 2 and we used it then. Super close to Turtle Beach which is a hidden gem though it lacks the white sand of Siesta beach. But we liked it because it was quieter. The part of the island is a bit far from the main area and Siesta beach but we actually ended up really liking that because it was super quiet and felt very safe. We had a rental car so we drove everywhere anyways. Overall, great place, we will definitely want to come back!!!

Cozy Cove 3

This was a beautiful location and the property was nice. The interior was appointed in light decor and therefore, I would not recommend if you have children with you. The pool area was nice, the furniture needs updating and needs to accommodate more people. The management company was easy to work with prior to the stay, During and after, not so much. We had a fire alarm issue we fixed ourselves because we did not receive help from management. The advertised boat docks, which we intended to use, were inaccessible and we received no notification of the planned construction. Although a cleaning fee is paid, the expectation for laundry/ cleaning is not exactly vacation like. We loved the property and we’ve been visiting Siesta Key for 22 years and love the area.

We appreciated the guest replacing the smoke alarm battery. Unfortunately the new comforters in the guest bedroom were stained due to children eating popsicles on the beds. Attempts to get out the stains were unsuccessful so the guest incurred an additional damage charge.

Problems at cozy cive

The condo said sleeps six, no sleeper couch. Rental agent had to get us an air mattress. Docks were in major need of repair, pool needed cleaning. There was a list we gave to rental agent for the new owner but I’m pretty sure no one cared and the place will stay the same. Loved Siesta Key and will go back but not to Cizy Cove! Thought we should be compensated by the owner since my nephew had to sleep on an air mattress but never heard from the owner! Will find a new place and new rental agent next time!

The current condo owner had just purchased the unit at the time the guest booked their reservation, and a sleeper sofa was in the living room when the new owner inspected the property. The old owner removed the sleeper sofa prior to closing on the purchase and we were not informed. Immediately upon learning of the issue we arranged for an air bed to be delivered on Easter Sunday. The Condo Association was renovating and upgrading the dock, which has now been completed. The Association has also hired a new pool maintenance company. The new condo owners are buying new furniture (including sleeper sofa), new linens, new towels, new pots & pans, new dishes, and repainting the condo throughout. These improvements will be completed by the end of May 2019.
