Bonjour locataires potentiels! En tant que propriétaire privé de cette propriété, je suis heureux de vous parler. Veuillez me faire savoir si vous avez des questions.

Notre condo rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© (avril 2014) est une escapade parfaite pour quelqu'un qui recherche la facilitĂ© et le plaisir d'une unitĂ© OCEAN FRONT! La vue depuis la salle familiale, la cuisine et la terrasse ne vous dĂ©cevra pas. Il est situĂ© assez haut au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, pour voir confortablement au-delĂ  des dunes. Du moment oĂč vous vous rĂ©veillez le matin, jusqu'Ă  ce que vous disiez bonsoir, vous apprĂ©cierez la vue paisible et le bruit des vagues qui se brisent dans l'ocĂ©an.

L'environnement immaculĂ©, qui comprend de nouveaux meubles, revĂȘtements de sol, cuisine et bains vous procurera de merveilleux souvenirs de vacances Ă  vous et Ă  votre famille!

À quelques pas de la piscine et de la plage en bord de mer, vous aurez le luxe de sortir votre porte d'entrĂ©e avec simplement une serviette. Pas besoin de trimballer des jouets et des vĂȘtements de plage dans un chariot ou une voiture.

Il y a 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complÚtes. La chambre principale a un lit king size, avec une salle de bain principale. La deuxiÚme chambre contient un lit double et 2 lits jumeaux. Dans l'alcÎve du couloir, il y a un ensemble de lits superposés. Au total, le condo pourra accueillir confortablement 7 personnes. Les deux salles de bains contiennent des baignoires.

La cuisine est équipée d'une toute nouvelle cafetiÚre Keurig, d'un nouveau four micro-ondes et d'un lave-vaisselle. Tirez un tabouret jusqu'à l'ßle et savourez votre tasse de Joe du matin!

Perfect location—great beach views—beach access—walk to restaurants and Village of DuckOur 2nd stay for the Duck Jazz Festival. Seamless check-in, ample pace for 4. Well stocked kitchen with all utensils & dish ware. Only drawback were too well-worn bath towels. A bathmat would have been handy.Weather was rainy and windy but still had a wonderful stay!

Time slowed down. Great ocean views and deck to watch the sunrise. You can hear the soothing sound of ocean waves from the living room.

Floors were dirty and covered wth sand when we arrived. Bare feet got black on the bottom!. Host promptly corrected but with no carpeting or broom or mop it was impossible to not walk on sand all the time. Had to vacuum several times a day. Who wants to wear shoes all the time? We had to! Bathroom shower curtain liners were awful. One had no weighted bottom. Other one had useless ones. Shower curtain kept flying into the shower. Awful experience. Finally we had NO idea we would be walking up @ 35 steps to get to the unit. This should have been clearly stated. Lugging all our stuff up 2 full flights was horrible. The tiny rinse- off shower ! One for hundreds of people! And 2 washers and one operating dryer???!!!.For the entire 3-floor building??!! Yes,, the view was lovely but that’s it. The unit was well-stocked but so unpleasant in other ways it didn’t matter. Very, very disappointing. And the tv remotes were annoyingly hard to work with.

The perfect spot!

Colony by the Sea is a hidden gem in Duck and this unit did not disappoint! Everything is exactly as pictured, the unit was clean, had everything we needed and the owner was incredibly kind and responsive to any inquires.The walk to the pool and beach are nice and short and since this location is incredibly close the the heart of Duck, anything else you might be looking for (restaurants, shopping, actives and attractions) are all at your finger tips. We love OBX and have stayed in Colony by the Sea a few times, but this was the best unit yet. Having a second bedroom and a little extra space was great for us and our two young boys and to top it off, the view from the balcony was amazing. You won’t regret booking this one! We will definitely be back!

Great Location, But the Condo Needs Attention.

The condo is nice and in good proximity to the beach and ocean. However, the condo was severely in need of some TLC. Most outlets did not work. Most lights did not work. The Keurig did not work. The linens and towels were very poor quality. It was clearly a condo that is never lived in and only used as a rental property.Lastly, there's a book in the condo that goes through a 7- to 8-point checklist of what you have to do to "receive your deposit back." My wife and I went through this checklist, spending our last day and hours in the rental cleaning and complying with it. When I contacted the owners after I got home about how to get my deposit back, I received no response. It appears there is no way to get your deposit back.That said, the view and location were great, and my children had a fun time.

We had a wonderful time for weekend trip to see the beach and wild mustangs. Maura was exceptional. We had a couple small issues and she went above and beyond (after hours) to resolve the issue IMMEDIATELY. Beautiful home and location!

Great OBX ocean view

Maura's condo had a beautiful ocean view. It was spacious and very clean. Loved staying in the town of Duck, NC. with the nearby restaurants and shops and boardwalk. Very enjoyable!

Beautiful and comfortable beachfront property in the OBX

Lovely 2 bedroom unit with stunning views of the Ocean. Close to Duck and all the vacation essentials. The listing accurately describes the unit. Note that there are two flights of stairs to get to the unit.

Washer and dryer

The condo was great. We didn’t realize that the washer and dryer was not private in the condo so that was a surprise. But we read on and saw that u did post that later in the listing. It was really our mistake for not reading farther. We did do a few loads and turned out fine. Wish it had an elevator too.

Perfect Property!

This condo is immaculate! Sooo close to shops and restaurants and RIGHT on the beach. Maura was very easy to get ahold of with questions and concerns. This was perfect size for my family of 5 and enough space to spread out. We have stayed here before and it is always just right!

A great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, modern and was stocked with pretty much everything that we needed. The location was wonderful - close to shops, restaurants and a perfect view of the ocean from the balcony for that morning cup of coffee. The kids loved the pool. My husband enjoyed using the charcoal grills on the property. It was everything that we expected and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

Condo is in the perfect location! Great views of the ocean. Easy to walk or bike into Duck for shopping or checking out the many wonderful restaurants. Condo has been recently update and looks great! Clean and has everything you need. We had a wonderful week 😊

Great Time in Duck!

Great location and very clean! The area was fun and our first time to OBX. Great view from the deck and all the needed items were in the condo. When we arrived we needed to make our own beds (linens provided by a service and left at the door), but that was the only surprise. Great place for a relaxing getaway-

We loved the place, so close to the water and I loved getting shells. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Anything you would need was there in the kitchen. Great location!!!

Living in the North East, we welcome any opportunity to get away from the cold and create new memories for our family! Cartwheels on the beach, catching ghost crabs with flashlights and biking are some of our favorite things to do in Duck!

When we walked in our property for the first time, we were stunned and shocked that it had such a wonderful and unobstructed view of the ocean. Having two bedrooms, and a total of six beds, we knew that it would be comfortable to vacation here with three growing children!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Coffee on the deck, while watching the waves crest and fall or a cocktail in the evening with a cool breeze. Adventures on the beach, building sandcastles, taking long bike rides and exploring the sites. There is so much to keep an active family busy!
