Colony by the Sea Condominiums sont idéalement nichés en bord de mer à Canard. Loin de la route principale, ils offrent une intimité, mais sont à distance de marche du cÎté Sound de l'ßle et de la petite ville de Duck. Colony by the Sea est un favori pour les clients de tous ùges.

Wee Duck Inn est une unitĂ© confortable au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, propre et joliment meublĂ©e, offrant de superbes vues sur l'ocĂ©an et la cour. C'est parfait pour un couple ou une petite famille. Notre cuisine a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e et offre toutes les nouvelles armoires, comptoirs, revĂȘtements de sol et accessoires. La chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat 26 pouces et d'une salle de bain principale complĂšte. Les lits superposĂ©s dans l'alcĂŽve du hall sont parfaits pour les enfants et situĂ©s Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d'une deuxiĂšme salle de bain complĂšte plus petite. Les deux bains ont Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©s pour 2019. Le grand salon permet des logements trĂšs confortables, offrant un canapĂ©-lit queen, 42 'TV Ă  Ă©cran plat, chaĂźne stĂ©rĂ©o et lecteur DVD. Il y a une bibliothĂšque de livres et DVD et quelques jeux. Wifi gratuit. Une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e comprend tous les nouveaux gros appareils mĂ©nagers et tous les petits appareils dont vous aurez besoin pour dĂźner. Le balcon privĂ© est parfait pour se dĂ©tendre ou manger dehors. Les barbecues au charbon de bois sont situĂ©s dans la cour.

Notre condo est décoré avec goût avec un décor de plage.

La vue sur l'océan est à couper le souffle depuis le balcon du deuxiÚme étage, qui est meublé avec une table de patio et des chaises pour l'expérience décontractée à l'extérieur, et des rockers pour se détendre tout en admirant la cour et l'océan.

Les caractéristiques complexes: piscine en bord de mer; grils à charbon de bois avec aire de pique-nique; une laverie à piÚces au rez-de-chaussée sous chaque bùtiment; oscillations; tennis, et terrain de basketball; piscine face à l'océan; Douches en bord de mer et toilettes.

Notre unité est une unité non-fumeur. Nous n'autorisons pas les animaux domestiques dans notre unité.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! It was adorable and had everything stocked in the kitchen that we needed! The location was perfect ( we were there during the tropical storm and had no issues!)Gwen was a fantastic host! We look forward to visiting Wee Duck Inn again!

The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. The unit was clean and updated and the welcome bag was the perfect surprise to kick off our stay. Drinking our morning coffee on the deck watching the water was amazing. It was an easy walk to the beach (less than a 5 minute walk from door to sand) and we will happily stay again while the kiddos are little. The Vincent’s know how to create the best stay for their guest!

We loved our stay at Wee Duck Inn! The condo was in a perfect location for an easy walk to the beach and a longer walk to the boardwalk if you’re interested. We are both runners and enjoyed running along the path with other runners/cyclists (there’s even a açaí bowl stop close by). Gwen is a gracious and communicative host and we can’t wait to be back :)

Overall Great

Overall it's a great condo and property. It is in the middle floor, which is hard if you have young kids, and trying to be respectful of the people below and above. Overall I didn't hear much above or below, but you can hear if one side or the other is being super loud. The only real thing I did not like about this condo, was the internet, would constantly kick you off, and you'd have to resign in. When trying to do some work in the morning from a computer that was hard. Other than that a great place and would stay again.

Having stayed in 5 different units at Colony by the Sea over the past 4 years, Gwen’s 210 “Wee Duck Inn” was by far the cleanest, nicest and most comfortably furnished, and best ocean/beach decor of all. We would choose to stay there again, no question.

Relaxing vacation

Cute condo in Duck. Nicely furnished with a beach theme. All appliances and dishes are available for use. Comfortable bed! Close to the beach. The pool looked clean but too chilly to try it. We went to Corolla, Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills as well as Roanoke Island. Appreciated the quiet area. Would definitely go back!

Comfortable getaway.

I think Duck is the best area of the OBX. My wife and daughter stayed here and it was the perfect getaway with the pool and ocean just a minute walk away. Very pleased with the room. Maybe add some extra home items like toilet paper and towels, etc. But overall, very nice and we would stay here again.

Fantastic time away from home

This was the perfect size for just the two of us to enjoy a week at the beach, without having to worry about the coordination of a bunch of friends or family on a large property. Everything was very clean in both the condo and property in general and it was at most a 2-3 minute walk to the beach from the front door. Having 2 full bathrooms was a huge plus and a grill on the property was perfect for dinners. I've never stayed in Duck before now and I'll definitely be staying there again! This street is a 15 minute walk from a ton of restaurants and shops in the town and the town itself, especially the condo, has incredibly friendly people! We had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back!

Perfect spot for a small family

This condo was absolutely the perfect spot for our first trip to Duck. It fit my husband, our 4-year old and I perfectly and had wonderful amenities. The walkway to the beach made getting out on the dunes a cake walk, and the pool with the ocean view was perfect. The condo is also a short, easy walk from the shops and Duck boardwalk. The owner was always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. If you have a small family or young children, this is the perfect vacation location.

Cannot beat the Wee Duck Inn

Had an amazing time with my family at the Wee Duck Inn. Absolutely perfect size for a small family (2 adults & 2 children). The condo was clean and cozy. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The beach and pool was a very easy, short walk from the condo. My family enjoyed everyday we spent here. Will definitely be returning!

Since I was a child, I visited the OBX every summer with my family, and when I married, I introduced my husband to it. He fell in love with the area as much as I always had. Together we purchased Wee Duck Inn as an investment property during the time when our children were off to college. It turned out to be our little get away from lifes everyday routine and struggles. Our children, now married, and our grandchildren, love Wee Duck Inn as much as we do, and go as often as they can. We are so happy we made this choice years ago.

We love Colony by the Sea, and chose this property because of the location to the ocean and the very quaint town of Duck. In the past 15 years, Duck has grown in such a positive way. We enjoy being in Duck at our condo as much as we possibly can, and take pride in maintaining our condo for our family use as well as the use of many guests. We are happy to share our condo with so many who have come back year after year, making memories with their families and even honeymooners. It's just the right size for couples or small families. We have families that have raised their little ones to think of Wee Duck Inn as their summer home away from home, and reading the memories shared each year as the children grow is very heart warming. It's wonderful knowing that we can offer Wee Duck Inn to others to enjoy as much as we do.

Quiet, peaceful and comfortable, yet convenient to everything. Duck offers a mile-long boardwalk with boat launches on the banks of a sound linking restaurants, marsh and forest. Capture the sunset in the evenings while enjoying ice cream and many shops on the boardwalk. A scenic walk for those who enjoy walking. Well maintained and lit at night.
