Magnifique maison de style européen avec des aménagements 5 étoiles entourée de beaux jardins avec une vue exceptionnelle. L'élégance et le confort est immédiatement sentir dans toute la maison. la cuisine, cellier entiÚrement approvisionné maßtre d'hÎtel, et le granit d'un chef tout au long. Master suite avec douche à vapeur et un bain d'air dans le bain maßtre. Granit dans toutes les salles de bains. Onyx principale bain de niveau. Master suite et 3 chambres spacieuses sont situées au 2Úme étage avec un parement est, véranda en sommeil. Cuisine d'été en rez de jardin avec une laveuse / sécheuse et sixiÚme zone de couchage. The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable for a large group. Our two grandchildren loved the wrap around deck/porch, chalkboard and kids house under the stairs! Kitchen has everything we needed. Good location near Boulder . The hosts met us to go over everything about the house and it was great talking with them.

A beautiful sanctuary surrounded by lush gardens and spacious decks, the rooms were very nice and the interiors with custom stone and wood were incredible. The hosts were gracious and communication was smooth. We are looking forward to our next stay at this gorgeous and relaxing home.

Super nice accommodations and the kitchen was stocked with every possible item you could possibly need for cooking and eating. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive to my unusual situation with the rental. This was our second time renting the property with a different group of friends who were also very impressed with the property. I would rent it again.

Exceptional Home

Second time staying in this gorgeous home and look forward to when we can stay again! Communication with Christine is always quick and easy. Plenty of space to spread out with 10 adults and not feel cramped but still have a cozy feel.

Wedding Weekend

We were in Boulder for a family wedding, and needed a quiet place to retreat between events. This home exceeded our expectations in every way. It was absolutely lovely, with great spaces, both indoors and outdoors, to enjoy time with our family. We felt so lucky to call it home for four days!

Amazing!

We stayed at Rustic Knolls for my son's graduation from CU Boulder. It was the perfect space for our family for the trip. The house is magnificent and the hosts were lovely. Beautiful kitchen for gathering and cooking. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. We played pool and had the best time just hanging out together. The house is 10 minutes from everything-campus, Pearl Street, shopping, bars and restaurants. We highly recommend this home for your next family event! 5 stars all around!

An AMAZING wedding weekend 💗

My entire family including a 4 month old enjoyed making memories in this beautiful home as we were in Boulder together to celebrate my son’s wedding! Everything was perfect! I was able to host a family barbq to a luncheon for the bridal party. A perfect home for family reunion!

A wonderful property I would recommend to anyone. Kitchen is well stocked with all tools. Wrap around porch was a hit and ping pong and pool table were bonuses. Owner was attentive and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

We rented this home for a family vacation of 6 adults and 2 children and were delighted with everything. The house is huge with gorgeous views of the mountains. If you enjoy cooking like we do you’ll love the kitchen and it’s incredible array of cookware and accessories. Our hosts were readily available and responsive whenever we had a need for their help. CU Boulder Graduation -- Family Stay

What a great experience! We rented Christine's home for our family gathering to celebrate our son's CU Boulder Graduation. We had 10 people ranging from 15-85, and everyone felt safe, comfortable, and very welcome. Christine's home was immaculate and the grounds were beautiful. Fantastic hosts!

Home is finely appointed with a rural setting but very close to all Boulder has to offer

Our family was very impressed with this property. The views and wrap around deck provided many options to relax and views of the Flat Irons and mountains. This home is appointed with all any guest could need and Hosts are an amazing couple. This was the best home and host in our VRBO experience. We loved everything about our stay. The soaring flights offered at the local airport were incredible and would recommend guests experience this bucket list activity.

We just finished our second stay at this beautiful home, and we felt so lucky to be back! There could not be a better place to gather with a large group of family or friends. Christine and Taco are incredible hosts who are always available if questions come up. They have put so much love and thought into their home that it is truly hard to leave. Of special note, the kitchen and grill are amazing and definitely set up for people who actually cook, which is great. There are also an abundance of outdoor spaces to hang out and thoughtful touches for kids (and adults!) throughout. Bocce ball court, ping pong, pool and the kids playroom under the stairs were all appreciated. We created so many wonderful family memories over our past two trips. Can’t wait to be back!
