A wonderful little place!

This was a fantastic little condo in the perfect location. The condo was clean the kitchen had everything we needed and the air conditioning worked great. The property was a few steps across the road from the beach which had chairs and an umbrella for us each day if we wanted to use them. we found a great little restaurant called Kenny D's we could walk to and some fun gift shops near by as well. We were able to bring our sweet old dog along and didn't have to leave her behind. People were respectful with their animals and we were so thankful to find a place she could come along. Overall we had a great time and would stay at this property again.

Wife is not easy to please when it comes to Condo’s. And she didn’t complain one time about anything.😁 would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at beautiful condo

This condo was so clean, beautifully decorated and in a fabulous area. We walked to the beach everyday where there were two complimentary chairs with an umbrella. The condo had everything we needed plus more. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

Decorated beautifully!

The kitchen has been up dated with upgraded appliances. The refrigerator has an on door ice and water dispenser, that eliminates numerous water bottles. The unit is near the elevator and It's decorated beautifully. Everything we needed was there. We would stay there again!

Lovely Condo near the Beach

The condo was well decorated (somewhat small ) but had a wonderful location across the street from the beach.. We had everything we needed as far as utensils etc in the kitchen even though we didnt cook ! the pool was awesome, both of them! I agree with previous posts that the mattress needs to be replaced , not very comfortable at all. With 40 units in each condo building, it could get a little noisy w/ adjoining neighbors above and below. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Destin. Will return to Destin again, but would rather stay in traditional condo units rather than 4 floors of condo units!

Very Disappointing - Keep Looking!

If all you're really interested in is being a couple of blocks from the beach, there's lots of places... keep looking! We were interested in our lodging as being part of our stay at Miramar Beach - this place simply did not contribute in any positive way (despite the price we paid to stay here). Nothing "beachy" about the unit at all - paint pealing from the ceiling and doors, the rug in the living room was worn to threads in multiple places, under the couch was a giant cockroach that had obviously been there for a long time, dirty pans in the kitchen (cleaning is an issue), virtually no starter supplies offered (one garbage bag, zero coffee filters... not even an extra roll of toilet paper - really?), light bulbs burned out AND simply missing from their sockets, fickle appliances that failed more than they worked - a frustrating stay overall. We did contact the host regarding these issues and received NO response from them at all. It was in a nice location, but if you don't care about the facilities... there IS a Motel 6 a few minutes away (just saying).

Great place close to the beach that allows dogs. Had area for dogs but no waste containers for doggie deposit. Constant running of children above us. Wasn’t owners fault though.

Family friendly and great location

This condo was comfortable and well equipped, located a short distance from the beach, and was very close to the complex's heated pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to couples and small families.

Awesome Stay in Unit 4207

This is my second time staying at Maravilla Unit 4207. It is nice to be able to travel with my dog and still stay in such a great place! Looking forward to the next trip.

Great location and well equipped apartment

Great area and a great apartment for a family of 4. Very well equipped with great appliances. Multiple TVs so everyone can watch something different which is great when it rains! The only thing that can improve is the cleanliness. The floor did not look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. We usually do not wear shoes inside the house but we had to here as our socks became dirty within minutes of walking in. Also, every time the a/c went on there was a strong musty smell coming out of the vents. Thankfully it wasn’t hot so we did not need to turn it.

Fantastic Location!

This condo was perfect - clean, inviting decor, full kitchen with all items needed and more for preparing meals if that's your preference. We loved that within two minutes of leaving the condo, we were on the beach sinking our toes in the soft, white sand. We brought our two small dogs (a Yorkie & Chihuahua) and it was wonderful to travel with them and enjoy daily long walks in the Miramar & Destin neighborhood. A lot of families with dogs - it was so fun! Thank you for a wonderful week in paradise. We finally experienced the Destin area and will be back - hopefully soon!

Overall, property was very good. Comfortable place enjoyed sitting out on balconey. Cleaning crew needs some training. Dryer lint trap hadnt been clean, someone spilled juice in refrigerator and bin was stuck. Crew should have corrected.

Nice place to vacation

We enjoyed the first couple of days before the upstairs condo arrived. I think there were a few kids and they pretty much stayed awake running until after 1am. But the condo is very cozy.
