Bel emplacement pour toute la famille, y compris les animaux domestiques

Le salon ouvert avec de grandes fenĂȘtres au bord du lac donnant sur la terrasse couverte amĂ©liore la belle vue sur le lac. Quatre chambres spacieuses, deux avec lits queen et deux avec lit king dont une suite parentale avec une salle de bain sĂ©parĂ©e et une porte donnant sur le pont. Le loft au-dessus du salon a deux canapĂ©s futon dĂ©pliants pour un couchage supplĂ©mentaire et le salon en a un. Le linge de maison et le matĂ©riel de cuisine sont fournis. Le Wi-Fi est disponible et il y a trois tĂ©lĂ©viseurs - un dans la suite principale, un dans le salon et un troisiĂšme qui peut ĂȘtre dĂ©placĂ© du roi invitĂ© vers le porche couvert - parfait pour les jours de match. Le quai a de l'eau profonde pour la baignade et un ascenseur Ă  bateaux (il n'y a pas de rampe de mise Ă  l'eau privĂ©e - les bateaux peuvent ĂȘtre lancĂ©s Ă  partir des marinas voisines, la plus proche Ă©tant `` Real Island ''). D'autres Ă©lĂ©ments incluent une cheminĂ©e dans le salon pour les locations d'hiver et un barbecue au charbon sur le pont. La meilleure caractĂ©ristique est que les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et Ă  l'extĂ©rieur!

Amazing location with wonderful water and dock.

Perfect location on the lake. We spent all our daylight hours boating, swimming or visiting together on the awesome deck overlooking the lake.

Wonderful family trip

Fourth of July!

We love the lake house! We have stayed here several years in a row for the fourth! Everything is perfect from the dock, added baby gates, room to spread out, and the location! The views are pretty amazing as well! We love coming back each year and making memories!

Excellent vacation place!

House was clean and very functional for our multi family vacation. The extra refrigerator was such a great help for drinks. The deck was perfect for sunset viewing. Plenty of rooms and bed for our group and the dock was absolutely perfect for storing boat and kids to swim and jump from. We were very pleased with our vacation use of this home and being able to bring our dog was a necessity, so the pet friendly option made it a perfect choice! Hope we get back again in near future!

Great property

The owner Angela was very quick to respond when I had a question. The property was very nice and very clean. Had everything we needed, including an extra fridge which was a nice surprise. 😊 We had 4 families stay and we all enjoyed it very much. It was nice sitting out on the deck every morning and evening. This was our second trip to Lake Martin. Very nice!!

Family vacation

We came for a family vacation and this cabin was perfect. It was set up perfect with everything we needed. We brought a boat so the boat lift worked perfectly and the boat ramp was only about 17 min away. Goat island and chimney rock where fairly close to the house. The view from the house is amazing. We liked the privacy of the lott and the fact that you are allowed to bring your dogs. We will definitely be back.

Relaxing Celebration

We rented the property to celebrate our daughter's graduation and birthday. The property was large enough to accomodate a decent amount of people. Trees lined both sides of the property making you feel like you had privacy from neighbors. We had friends and family who also visited with us during the day. Plenty of great space for people to gather in the inside living area, on the back deck overlooking the lake, and down on the dock. The kids spent most of the time swimming, kayaking, and fishing. The location of the property in the slough made it a great place to swim because of limited boat traffic and very little wake. The water was also very clean in the area and the owner has a nice set of steps at the dock for easy entry and exit into the water for swimmers. The owner was amazing to work with and made the whole experience pleasant for us. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend at the lake!

Excellent Relaxing Getaway.

Enjoyed our stay, unit is in a very good place on the lake. Boat house was enough for our boats and had a nice swimming area. Excellent view from back porch, hardly any steps to traverse, would recommend to anyone that is planning a getaway for 8-14 people. Would go again.
