Cuisine entièrement rénovée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit.

Joli condo au 2e étage aux Plantations East. Plan d'étage ouvert pour se détendre en famille et entre amis. Trois chambres toutes équipées de leur propre TV écran plat et lecteur DVD. Tous les téléviseurs sont à écran plat et ont un service HD. L'unité a également 2 salles de bain complètes pour accueillir toute famille de taille. Cuisine complète avec toutes les commodités, cafetière, grille-pain, etc. Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur également disponibles en unité. Le porche fermé enveloppant sera l'endroit idéal pour le café du matin. La chambre principale a un lit king size et les 2 autres chambres ont 2 lits jumeaux chacune. La piscine communautaire est disponible pour les clients de location et inclus dans le prix de location. La piscine ouvre le Memorial Day et ferme la fête du Travail. Aussi en 2019, il y a une petite salle de gym située dans le club-house à laquelle vous aurez également accès.

L'unité est située à quelques minutes de tous les points de vente hors taxes et des plages. 9,6 km de Cape Henlopen State Park.

Great stay

Condo was very clean, many amenities were provided by the home owner in case you forgot something. Communication was incredible, wish all owners were as communicative. Will stay there again if we go back down to that area again.

Lovely stay in quiet beautiful setting

Enjoy the very comfortable condo, took advantage of pool and gym. Groceries not far away and beach in Rehoboth an easy drive. Wonderful stay in a clean and well equipped condo!

Fabulous beach getaway

We had an excellent stay at the condo this past week. It was very well equipped and had the most comfortable mattresses we’ve ever slept on in a rental! Our teenagers loved the arcade games. The owner was very communicative and shared tips for different features of the condo. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Plantations condo stay

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom condo in a quiet neighborhood very close to shopping and restaurants. The place was spotless and the beds were great! Check in was a breeze and the owner was very easy to communicate with.

Can’t say enough great things about this property. Location is in a really nice quiet community, easily accessible to everything including the Rehoboth boardwalk (10 min. drive). Booking was very easy and owner is extremely responsive. The property is amazing, fantastic common space, a great separate porch as an additional gathering area, tons of space and fantastic amenities. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, and the whole place had everything we needed and more. It was impeccably clean and the beds are SUPER comfortable. The only negative is that we couldn’t stay longer! Highly, highly recommend, we will definitely return next year!!

The condo was lovely and had everything you could possibly need. Felt like we were at home. The owner was so great. He checked with me a couple of times to see if we had any questions or concerns and was quick to respond to my inquiries. Location was perfect also, close to everything. Don't think twice, rent it! This was a wonderful stay! Host is awesome, very accommodating and communicative. Condo is clean and well stocked! If you forget something, chances are he has thought of it and it’s in one of the closets. The arcade was a sweet touch and our kids enjoyed it. Condo is a short drive to all the attractions. Our family of 5 was very happy!

Nice clean place to vacation

We have been staying at the Orton Place condo for numerous years. Very nice condo, clean and Chuck has been easy to deal with. The area is very nice and surroundings is quiet. We keep renting from year to year.
