Restez à seulement deux maisons du parcours de golf 13th Green of Seascape et à quelques pas de l'océan dans la rue!

Le charme du comté français de cette maison en brique et allée semi-circulaire avec beaucoup de stationnement vous attend. Préparez vos repas gastronomiques ou servez vos plats à emporter sur le grand îlot central de la cuisine à aire ouverte. Le grand canapé en forme de L avec chaise longue fait face à la vaste terrasse avec des chaises pour huit personnes et un barbecue. Au-dessous de ce pont, admirez les arbres paisibles et profitez de l'intimité sous le grand parapluie rayé.

La chambre principale a un lit king-size et une salle de bain avec deux lavabos séparés, une baignoire et des barres d'appui pour votre confort. Les chambres adjacentes ont chacune un lit queen-size et partagent une salle de bain avec douche. Les autres clients peuvent dormir sur un matelas pneumatique, que nous fournissons. Laveuse et sécheuse sur place pour ces vêtements de plage!

Seascape is great…

Family get together - bbq available with lots of dishes and pots and pans. Nice deck to relax and have conversations - Great location in Aptos near golf and beach. Very clean and relaxing! This is our third stay - will return again!

Great house for families

The house provided a great experience in Rio del Mar. It was perfect for families, especially with smaller kids with the playground in the backyard. The house was cozy and had everything you need for a good stay.

Perfect Family Trip

Our family traveled to the Monterey Bay Area for a week and could not have been more thrilled with this property. Literally everything you could ever think you might need was there and available for use. We cooked in most mornings and three nights, the kitchen was extremely well appointed. The bedrooms were spacious, beds and linens extremely comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.It is located on a golf course, about 3-4 blocks back from Beer Can Beach (which we loved!), so it made for beautiful walks. It was conveniently located off of the freeway, & the perfect distance between to explore between Big Sur & Mill Valley. I cannot recommend this property enough!!

Perfect location to everything

My family, daughter and nieces stayed here which was very near to where my siblings and I stay at the beach. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and so homey. We hope to continue renting this home for years to come.

Golf course view and family time

Lots of indoor space and lovely outdoor deck to enjoy the nice weather. Location is perfect for any golf enthusiast. Checkin and check out was easy breezy. There is some opportunity for cleanliness but overall good place to stay and we would stay here again.

Awesome House

House was amazing-beds comfortable-living space was good-backyard was nice-appliances were good. Location is good Beer Can Beach down the street plenty of restaurants and stores. We loved the house, location, proximity to beach, shopping, restaurants, downtown SC, etc. The nearby stretch of beach is gorgeous, the golf course is next door, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The owners were SUPER responsive and hospitable. Can’t say enough good things.

Large Beautiful home

We have enjoyed both of our stays at this property and plan to head back soon! My husband and I love to cook and BBQ (the house is stocked with everything you need for this) and our kiddos love the outdoor play area. It is an easy walk down to the ocean and a close drive to shops and restaurants. Wonderful home with anything and everything you might need.
