Résidence personnelle des propriétaires depuis de nombreuses années si bien entretenue. L'espace de vie en bas appelé le quartier du capitaine comprend un lit double, un futon en taille réelle, une salle de bain complÚte et une cuisine efficace.
L'espace de vie à l'étage comprend 2 chambres avec lits queen, un salon avec 2 futons en taille réelle, d'immenses baies vitrées, un coin repas et une cuisine complÚte. Vous apprécierez également votre jetée éclairée personnelle de 375 pieds. SiÚges sur le patio inférieur pour 20 avec New Entertainment Bar.
Valynslanding est une retraite d'été parfaite ou une oasis d'hiver Texans / Snowbirds!

Valyn's landing is a wonderful spot, and we are repeat customers. Host is very quick to respond. Home was welcoming upon arrival. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has a serviceable amount of pots and pans. We utilized the laundry machines for our first time, and they worked well. The view is outstanding.The community has a well stocked grocery, and the restaurants in town are very friendly, where you walk in and see locals eating.

yes! Judy was friendly and welcoming, while asking if we needed anything else to complete our stay. Each room was thoroughly equipped with necessities and amenities, with some unexpected, nice surprises. cleanliness and organized items really stood out and greatly appreciated.

Our group consisted of seven people. The set up was perfect for the three couples that stayed. Everyone had their own room and privacy when needed. The new couches in the living area were a great treat. Thank you for the extra blankets and chairs. The kitchen area opened to the living room is a nice feature. We were impressed with this property. It will be our first choice when we plan to visit Palacios again. Host was quick to respond when messaged.

The place was awesome. Great view of the cove. Nice pier the owners seem like good people. Only wish we had more people to do an outside get together. Pleanty of room. We mainly caught alligator gar and head up on them bring thicker line. The all snapped at the end of the dock. But we had a great time and i would gladly rebook this place for any further endeavors i will have. Thank you again!

The house was perfect for our large group. The two private living spaces allowed for the younger adults to stay up longer and enjoy their time. The downstairs offered so many seating areas that all looked out into the bay. The pier was an added delight to watch the fish and hear the birds and frogs. The house was well stocked with cookware. The host/owners were super nice and very accommodating. The upstairs balcony was peaceful and the sunrise was amazing. Would definitely recommend this property.

My husband Val and I grew up in Palacios and raised our 4 children here. We love this town and the water and never thought we could own a home on the water. We lived happily at Valyn's Landing for many years until our family just grew too big and we needed more space. A piece of our hearts stay with the property even though we only live a few miles away!

Our property was our family home for many years and we took great care of it. We take pride in sharing the home we made so many great memories in with our children, grandchildren, and friends. You will love the open concept of the living space which allows for water views from just about every room. You will enjoy the private pier as you fish, sunbathe, swim, or porpoise watch. Palacios is a great little town that will remind you of a simpler time.

We bought this property for the outdoor space, private pier, and amazing view. The home needed extensive remodeling and updating which we did and continue to do. Outdoor security camera has been added for extra comfort .
