Magnifiquement rénové chalet de plage dans un endroit parfait! La plage est littéralement à quelques pas de votre porte d'entrée. Profitez du cadre paisible des plages à l'extrémité nord de l'île d'Amelia. Cette maison est également à distance de marche de la plage principale, qui propose un golf miniature, un restaurant en bord de mer et un toboggan saisonnier.
Cette maison est à seulement quelques minutes en voiture ou en vélo du centre-ville de Fernandina Beach et très pratique pour la piscine Atlantic Rec Center qui offre un accès public et un parc aquatique pour les enfants. C'est un endroit merveilleux pour profiter de la plage et de nombreuses autres activités familiales formidables.

La maison elle-même a été rénovée et conçue avec le confort et le style à l'esprit. C'est vraiment le chalet de plage parfait et est nouveau sur le marché de la location de vacances. La cuisine a été magnifiquement mise à jour avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et la salle de bain a tous les nouveaux appareils. Les lits ont des draps haut de gamme pour vous offrir un séjour confortable. La douche extérieure est pratique après une journée à la plage. Ce magnifique chalet de plage est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter de tout ce que Fernandina Beach a à offrir.

This property was perfect for 3 people and 2 small dogs. House was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. When we entered it did smell like musty dog scent which either subsided or we got used to it. The couch stunk like dirty dog(we actually bought a blanket to cover the couch with so we could sit on it without smelling the stinkiness). We did do a little bit of cooking and had plenty of nice cooking utensils. In front of the house is an ongoing coming and going of people parking in front all day long every day. It made leaving any rods or personal belongs on the front porch not feasible. The beach was pretty busy but we were able to fish the morning and evening which was perfect. Caught tons of fish!! Comfy beds and ample towels were great. We walked to salt life bar and the drinks were meh. The downtown is beautiful so many restaurant options and shopping. The cuban place and the irish pub was awesome.Overall fun trip and enjoyed our stay.

We are sorry that your initial impression included those musty smells though. We alerted our housekeeping to address this and they've paid particular attention to steam cleaning the couch. We are happy you felt the house was very clean overall, that the kitchen was fully equipped, that the extra towels were helpful, and the beds were comfy. That's so neat that you caught a lot of fish too! Thanks again for being our guest and we hope you'll come back soon!

The house was cute and cozy. Check in was a breeze and the house was perfectly clean. The house was a small walk away from the beach, and close to most of the shops and restaurants in town. We really enjoyed family bonding and beach time together, thank you again!

Nice cozy house on the beach

Great house and great location

We stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect for our small family. It's in a great location across the street from the beach and close to the downtown area. Everything about it was perfect for our stay and we were having such a good time that we extended our stay 3 days longer than originally planned.

The property was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Wonderful stay

Perfect Beach Front Cottage

The cottage was perfect for our stay on Amelia Island. Everything looks brand new, was spotless, mattresses comfortable, plenty of towels. It is a tiny gem among the modern giants! Exactly as listed but don't let the size fool you...you will be spending all your time outdoors anyway!

Comfortable time at the beach

Very nice place for our family of three to stay at the beach. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything utensil-wise we needed, and the house is beachfront. Would stay here again!
