Cette belle maison en bord de mer est un parfait sortir pour les amis et la famille. Il dispose de jardins luxuriants avec une palapa tropicale. Le GROUND LEVEl 3/2 plus Casita propose Ă©galement une piscine d'accĂšs Ă  la plage, une salle de bain avec piscine, une douche extĂ©rieure et deux patios privĂ©s. Cette Hacienda est situĂ©e sur un terrain spacieux de 2 1/2 avec terrain de jeu en compĂ©tition avec balançoire, bac Ă  sable et beaucoup d’espace de course pour enfants. Marche latĂ©rale pour le farinage.
L'accÚs à la plage est au bout de la route, un court 3-5 min à pied. Vous traversez une route à deux voies qui est parcouru lentement. La ville a complété des promenades qui rendront le vélo, le patinage, le patin à roues alignées plus facile et plus sûr.
La Casita adjacente a un lit King, salle de bain, kitchenette, grand patio privĂ©. Pas de la piscine et parfait pour deux. Peut ĂȘtre LOUÉ SEPARE pour les invitĂ©s supplĂ©mentaires. La propriĂ©tĂ© peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  12 invitĂ©s avec cet ajout. Le tarif de location est soumis Ă  une augmentation des frais et varie de 110 Ă  175 $ selon la saison.

The property was very spacious! The kids loved running outside and jumping in the pool! The moms loved relaxing in the hot tub! The dads enjoyed cooking out in the big palapa! Overall it was a perfect house for a mini getaway. I would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break get away

Overall, me and my friends had a blast staying here. The showers are nice, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has a nice vibe to it, the Casita is very nice with a restroom and shower with outside access. The pool is big enough for 10 of us to fit and relax for the night. The beach is a little walk, less than 5m, maybe even 3m. Would recommend if you have kids, they would have fun there. Would definitely come back again!

Wonderful... but hidden fees

It was wonderful of course in warm climate. Loves palm trees, pool, hot tub, casita, tiki hut. Dayna was friendly and helpful. Only part i didnt care for was finding out I owned more tax on the place. It should be up-front. Overall joyful time with my family. Thanks to Dayna.

Very nice property

This property lives up to its description! The house is clean and comfortable, all the furnishings, appliances and utensils are good quality (loved the many sharp knives). The yard is amazing, with a nice pool and hot-tub, lots of comfortable chairs, 2 bbq's, etc. The yard is large but very private with lots of space. It also has a large playground area with lots of stuff for families with kids. Dayna and Jimmy are great hosts, very friendly and quick to respond to address any issues (broken coffee pot replaced within a couple hours). We would certainly stay here again!

Amazing family trip

We had an amazing time staying here. The property was great for our big family. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas as well. Communication with the owner was good, she responded to messages in a timely manner. Walking distance to the beach, very convenient. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Beach House 10 days

Overall rating of 3 stars because: 1- in the of our stay an email was received billing us for extra money for some issues with taxes not billed before. First time I have this experience to get additional bill in the middle of our vacation. 2- property require additional maintenance to consider it as a good property. Several maintenance issues around the house even with the pool. 3- lack of full privacy, people went inside backyard and house, cleaning people enter without notice in advance. 4- written instruction could facilitate our life, we could find out how to turn on light on some areas as example. Positive points: A) nice location, B) good neighbors, C) backyard confortable (only if the whole property is for you, otherwise other costumer rent a portion of the property this positive point become an unfit snow one). I suggest to segregate a fix amount of every rent to improve preventive maintenance and also to change the cleaning company.

Wedding

This was the perfect place to stay for our wedding. There was plenty of room for evw2 ro gather and celebrate. The owners are very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back in the future!

Great family get away house

We had 3 families staying in the house and utilized every available bed, including the sofa bed. Parking was great, we had 3 vehicles and nobody had to park on the street. We cooked every day in the well stocked kitchen and utilized the charcoal grill for dinner in the evening. I loved that there are 2 washers and dryers, as it made washing/drying wet suits and towels quicker. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub, they were used every day. The play area with the trampoline was nice for the kids as well. The house is located less than a block from a gift shop and liquor store, which is convenient if needed. It is a 5 minute or less walk to the beach access point at the end of the street. We all had a blast at the beach and loved the convenience of being able to just load up the wagon and go. Communication with the owner was great, she was very quick to respond. The only minor issue I had was staying in the casita. I would definitely book this house for another trip to South Padre Island.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This home was the 12th home built on the island and has wonderful character and lush grounds. We are one of very few properties that are situated on almost 3 lots. Space galore is a wonderful benefit.
