Laissez les huards être votre appel de réveil! Cette cabine a une grande intimité dans un cadre calme et relaxant et se trouve à seulement 35 pieds du lac. La plage de sable, le radeau de baignade et les eaux claires du lac Miller constituent un lieu de baignade idéal. Laissez les enfants profiter de longues heures de pêche dès le quai. Savourez une cueillette saisonnière de fraises, de framboises et de myrtilles dans une petite ferme située à seulement 1,6 km de la cabane.

La cabine est parfaitement adaptée pour les familles, les couples ou une escapade entre filles! Situé sur Miller Lake seulement 2 heures des villes, la cabine dispose de 3 chambres et 1. 5 salles de bains (salle de bain principale avec douche et son et ses lavabos, et un demi-bain dans la chambre principale). Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, avec deux lits queen, un lit superposé et un futon queen. La cuisine est située dans la grande salle et est ouverte sur la salle à manger et le salon, qui comprend la cheminée en bois. La grande salle a de hauts plafonds avec de grandes fenêtres qui offrent une grande lumière du soleil et des vues sur le lac! Miller Lake est juste à votre porte, à quelques pas du pont avant.

La cabine est conçue pour être facile pour les familles, même avec de jeunes enfants. Vous pouvez vous asseoir sur le pont ou travailler à l'intérieur, et garder un œil sur les enfants comme ils jouent sur la plage de sable ou de pêcher sur le quai. Il y a aussi un petit jeu avec un toboggan et un porche quatre saisons avec une télévision et des DVD pour enfants. Un Pack and Play et une chaise haute sont disponibles sur demande.

Le lac Miller est un lac pittoresque situé à environ 5 milles à l'extérieur de la garnison et du lac Mille Lacs. Le lac a 12 pieds de clarté et est de 40 pieds de profondeur, il est donc idéal pour toutes sortes de loisirs aquatiques. Nous fournissons deux kayaks et un canoë pour explorer le lac.

La ville de Garrison est à seulement 5 miles, avec une épicerie, quelques restaurants, un magasin d'alcool, et d'autres entreprises. Ruttger's Bay Lake Lodge, qui offre une salle à manger au bord de l'eau, se trouve à 12 minutes au nord. Mille Lacs Kathio State Park est à 20 minutes au sud. Le centre-ville de Brainerd est à environ 20 minutes à l'ouest, avec tout ce qu'il a à offrir. Paul Bunyan Land est à 10 minutes de la cabane et propose des manèges, une ferme pour enfants et un village pionnier à explorer ainsi que des expositions saisonnières pour l'automne et l'hiver.

Our family of 5 adults stayed for a week and it was wonderful! The lake is small and quiet. There were kayaks we could use so we kayaked around the lake a few times. The loons sang us to sleep!

Check in was seamless, everything went as owners had said it would, very nice kitchen and well stocked with needed amenities. We loved the griddle for morning pancakes. Nice big table to sit around for meals and games with family. Very peaceful location, we enjoyed fishing from the dock, kids had a blast catching fish, and everyone enjoyed jumping off the raft and kayaks. Perfect shallow sandy beach for kids to play, water temp was amazing! We enjoyed a couple campfires in provided fire pit. Can not say enough about how much we enjoyed this home. The only downfalls falls were no air conditioning as it was very humid while we were there, even a couple fans on sight would be great, and cleanliness was an 8 out of ten. We would definitely stay again and hope we can someday.

Lake time

My family had a wonderful 10 night stay in this immaculate cabin on a quiet lake near Brainerd, MN. The cabin is very well cared for, has high end furnishings and décor, lots of creature comforts like comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. My four year old grandson caught his first fish off the dock, we paddled around the lake in the kayaks and canoe and relaxed on the shoreline swing. Toys and dvds were available for inside time with an active little boy. You couldn't ask for a better place to get away from it all and enjoy nature. Andrew was easy to contact. Would definitely come again.

3X RETURN CUSTOMER- LOVE IT HERE

This cabin home is most perfect for our family, we truly do love it here. We have stayed 3 summers here for our vacation and wouldn't want to go to any other lake or home. Miller lake is so peaceful and serene with plenty of beautiful wildlife. The kayaks make it enjoyable to see all parts of this small lake. Dealing with the owners is a breeze. The home has everything you need to "live a normal week", cooking, movies, games, and have a restful sleep in comfy beds. It's only a few min from Paul Bunyan Land , Brainerd, MilLacs lake. We went to the turtle races in Nisswa, FUN! Thank you so much, it's our perfect getaway! See you next year :)

A Wonderful Week on Miller Lake

Loved the property, the house, the kitchen, the beach, all the toys (kayaks, canoe, floating dock), the beds were so comfortable, the amazing supply of bath towels and beach towels, the big dining table where we could play games in the evening, the table and chairs on the deck for morning coffee and conversations, and the GIANT JENGA game in the porch which was enjoyed so much by the three teenagers who created an "eyes closed and spin around three times before pulling out on of the pieces." The only negative...it was so HOT the week we were there and there is no A/C in the house. However, we had grandpa bring up a couple of fans and that improved the situation immensely.

Miller Lake Getaway

We had a great week at this amazing property! The cabin is very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunks. The porch area was very nice and well equipped with kids stuff and games, enough that we felt like we didn't really need to pack anything extra for the kids. Outdoor space was incredible! Sand beach was enjoyed by the kids. The water was clear and the kids loved swimming and kayaking. Fishing right off the dock was amazing with lots of pan fish, bass, and northern pike! The lake was very quiet and peaceful. Andrew was phenomenal to work with, great communication. Overall just the trip our family needed and could not have asked for a better place. Will definitely be back in the future!

Covid getaway

Beautiful property with many conveniences and "extras". It felt more like we were staying at a friends house than at a rental property. Wonderfully appointed cabin including basketball, games, cozy blankets, fire pit, kayaks, canoe, life vests, beach toys and noodles, beach towels, oils, spices and condiments, fire wood, gas grill, raft, outdoor lounge chairs, washer and dryer, porch, movies, etc. We were concerned about the lack of air conditioning with 87 degrees and "tropical" humidity levels in the forecast with no air conditioning. We kept the windows and doors shut with the ceiling fans on and the cabin temperature remained surprisingly cool and comfortable! We were looking for a family vacation without having to worry about the coronavirus pandemic and we got it! The location is very private and the lake was very quiet. We went swimming and kayaking almost daily and found ourselves to be the only people on the lake almost every time. We were also concerned about the water quality on such a small lake. Weeds, yes, but the water was clean and clear. Lovely cabin, recommended by both kids (ages 11 and 12) and adults!

Wonderful Get Away!!

Our family of 7, 4 adults and 3 children stayed for one week. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful cabin which sits right next to the lake. The cabin was beautiful, clean and very well equipped. The porch was my favorite place to be in the morning with my coffee and book. The kids loved the kayaks, paddle board and of course catching fish from the dock. The water next to the beach was clear and sandy with no weeds which my grandkids loved. We even saw a snapping turtle next to the dock. That caused some excitement! We had perfect weather so didn't need to use the big variety of games and movies that were available. Great place to enjoy activities and share time with friends and family .

The location on a medium sized clean clear lake was ideal for our family to kayak , using our own yaks as well as the 2 provided . The beach area was in tune with keeping the health of the lake in mind with an adequate sandy area for kids and adults to play in water . The swim raft out a little distance keep swimmers in touch with a place to rest up a little and hang out . Overall it was a peaceful setting with loons , eagles and sunfish for kids of all ages to catch right off the dock . The accommodations were clean, comfortable and functional . A very pleasant open area for cooking and dining , keeping everyone in the mix of conversations . Some high lights that brought smiles were the vast array of ‘ thinking ‘ games , toys and puzzles , from chess to legos ! Dining outside on the lake facing deck was great : the lack of bugs and afternoon shade from 1pm - sunset made being outside a treat for everyone . The best question to ask someone if they truly think something to be worthwhile / enjoyable , is to ask if they would do it again . Our group’s collective answer is a resounding YES !

We had an amazing week at this cabin. It was meticulously kept, had everything we could have ever wanted -- including toys for my youngest and a cool loft bedroom for my teenager! The host was so accommodating! It was a great experience. Can't wait to go back!

We were thrilled with our stay! The cabin is clean, very comfortable and well stocked with supplies. We especially appreciated the kids toys, books and movies as well as the kids plates, cups and utensils! The close proximity of the cabin to the lake was fabulous! The separate porch area was great too and a wonderful morning coffee spot to watch the sunrise over the lake and entertain my toddler until the others awoke! We really enjoyed this quiet lake. As soon as we arrived we were already talking about a return trip. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

Wonderful, relaxing vacation

Our family of 7 had a much needed relaxing vacation at this, beautiful cabin. The high ceilings and windows with the beautiful views were a delight. Everything was so clean, well kept, an abundance of homey touches, and the kitchen was so well stocked.(a highlight for Mom). We enjoyed the quiet, clear small lake with the kayaks & canoe, fishing off the dock & floating raft, and our own paddleboards. The lake was perfect for our teens and younger children as they could venture far out and still be safe & in view. The trees were perfect for several hammocks we brought and the fire pit was great for evening relaxation. The beds were so comfortable (the futon was perfect for our oldest who was able to join us for a couple of days) and living area & 3 season porch were cozy for reading, game playing, and nighttime movie watching. It was a plus to have a washer/dryer! The whole cabin is so well thought out with all the nice amenities and the beautiful lake makes for a perfect vacation for a family that needs together time and relaxation. Brainerd is close enough for a night out of pizza and mini golf. Didn't take the time for Paul Bunyan Land as the lake was too much fun. Andrew was easy to contact (we never did have a problem though). We will definitely want to come again!

Beautiful Cabin - Great for Families and Kids!

We loved our stay in this beautiful cabin! The cabin is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated with quality furniture/beds and furnishings, and is well stocked with supplies. This was a perfect spot to stay travelling with a 3 year old as we especially loved the kids toys, books, puzzles and movies on hand! The porch was a great spot to drink morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the lake and entertain my daughter while the other adults were still sleeping. The close proximity of the cabin to the lake was fabulous! We enjoyed the sand beach area and swing. My daughter caught her first fish off the dock. We also loved that this lake is quiet and peaceful. Andrew is easy to contact and work with. We would love to come back. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us.

Excellent vacation

Wonderful place to stay. Every possible need was met and we were able to spend the days watching two loons, two kingfishers, three kinds of woodpeckers, and a bald eagle all playing right off the dock. Little bluegills were so plentiful off the dock that my son kept snagging them! The water was clear, the sandy area was perfect for the kids, and at night we grilled right on the deck. We went on a canoe trip around the lake to see a beaver lodge, and enjoyed small diners in Brainerd and Garrison. The kids had fun at nearby Paul Bunyan Land. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with necessities as described, and the owner was very thorough with instructions. We were sad to say goodbye. Maybe one day we'll be back. I can't imagine that I would ever want to stay somewhere else after this perfect getaway.

Peaceful

A very comfortable home on a quiet lake. The house provided all the amenities needed for a weeks long stay. Spent quite a bit of time sitting on the deck watching the loons and wildlife while enjoying a glass of wine. No shortage of cooking utensils or bar b que tools. The owners provided good direction on the use of all utilities. The use of their canoe and kayaks was available but we chose not to use them. We chose to enjoy the serenity of the location. The owners were easily accessible for any questions. Entertainment of internet supplied movies and DVD's was available. Due to location, local network channels were unavailable which were not that important to us. Would recommend the property and would consider a return in the future.

I got the pleasure of staying at this cabin for 8 nights. The cabin was very clean, kept up, and cozy. There were seven of us total and we fit great. It was nice to have kayaks and the canoe for some water fun and the lake was very quiet and peaceful through the entire stay. It was nice to be able to get away from the cities and be out on the lake. The cabin is very close to the casino and to many state parks. I recommend bringing a bike for the state trails. I would highly recommended staying here. It was well worth every penny. 😀 I will be back.

Relaxing getaway

We travelled with 6 adults and 2 kids. Although their is only 3 bedrooms, the room with the futon has a door and can be used as a room. We loved the quietness of the lake and everyone enjoyed going out with the kayaks and canoes. My kids (ages 2 and 5) loved the collection of puzzles and toys, and the Netflix account came in handy for them as well. The gas grill is a good sized one; no problems grilling ribs and corn for the 8 of us. Would definitely come again! Even though there was only one shower, we never ran into any problems with this. We did give the utility sink a good rinse and bath the 2 yo in there which was pretty handy.

Great Cabin, Great Location, Great Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The kids had a blast on the floating dock (hours of entertainment!!) The Kayaks and Canoe was a nice touch to have there also. The exterior was beautiful and comfortable, one of the best on the lake. The interior was also beautiful, well equipped... we cooked everymeal there. We loved it so much there, we did not venture out to other places, other then in the lake itself. It was so nice to have such a peaceful setting to relax at. We would definately come back again and will recommend this home to our friends!! Although we had very little interaction with the owners, they made it very easy to stay there. Thinking about staying longer next year!! The only downfall was there wasnt a jet ski or pantoon to enjoy in the lake... with 2 teens and 10 yr old, that would have made it perfect. Everything was perfect!

Our family of five plus grandparents spent three wonderful nights at this clean, comfortable well-planned cabin. We have rented cabins via VRBO for the past many years and this, we all agreed, was one of the favorites. The cabin was the perfect size for our group of 7 and we loved the extra TV room away from the main cabin area if one person wanted a bit more privacy or quiet (such as my son playing with his legos or my dad watching a show later in the evening). The dock and raft were great for swimming and we all loved the use of the kayaks to explore the lake. Nice deck with table and grill plus fire pit in the yard. Honestly, we felt this place had everything and was super clean. The icing on the cake was when we had a question for the owner; I texted him and received a friendly response within 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

This cabin is the best for families with kids. The elevation makes it perfect to send older kids to the dock to fish or kayak while parents relax on lawn chairs. Tons of movies, fun games, and a great selection of toys. The kitchen is stocked very well, and the entire cabin was very clean and comfortable. A cute bunk bed and loft for kids too. The gas grill is so nice too. We've tried many cabins over the years, and this is definitely a place we'll come to again.

miller lake cabin,

walked in, felt like home, except this place had the lake. what a wonderful place. so much room for the seven of us. the kids fished from 7am to 9pm. the big guys spent most of the time putting on new hooks and untangling line. caught loads of fish. the weather was perfect, very comfortable in side. does not need ac. nice breeze with great ceiling fans. really nicely furnished.very clean.looks like new. we had a fabulous time. the kids did not want to go home. we will be back next year. thank you for a wonderful location to spend the week.

Beautiful cabin/lake - Perfect for families

This is a lovely cabin with beautiful wood work. I'm not sure when it was built but it seems quite new, including new appliances and entertainment system. There was plenty of room for 7: two young children (bunk bed room with a cool loft), my husband and me (main bedroom with bay window and small bathroom), and three college-aged "big kids" (queen-bedroom & futon on enclosed porch). Quite honestly, it was ideal. It sits on a small, quiet lake. They have a dock with a bench and the kids caught tons of small fish and had a blast. The guys had some of the best fishing sessions of their lives in the kayaks and canoe (catch-and-release for us). The swimming area has sand and the seaweed has been cleared. The kids loved it! S'mores at the firepit, BBQ night with the grill, lots of movies/shows on Netflix, books & toys for the kids -- I could go on! We did have to handwash dishes but with plenty of adults to help and the TV in view, it was no problem. I was concerned about no AC with the summer heat, but it was not a problem. We were more than comfortable with opening the windows during the day and using the ceiling fans. Garrison is nearby for groceries, fishing supplies, lunch, etc. The owner is very nice and responded quickly to all my questions about the place. We would definitely return if we have the opportunity!

Charming cabin on private lake

This three bedroom two bathroom cabin was very well appointed, close to the water, and quiet. The use of kayaks was extra special as the lake was very calm on our stay. There were lots of fireworks to see right off of the dock and deck on the 4th. The porch area could really serve as another bedroom as the futon was a delux one, there was a door that could be shut and it was really well done. The tv' with Netflix were a nice touch too!

We fell in love with this house the first time we saw it. Great views from every window, close to the water on a small, quiet lake. The first time we went, there was a loon calling to us from the lake, and an owl from the woods. A great blue heron likes to sit on the end of our dock and walk around our shore. The cabin has a great layout, and is appointed with knotty pine and a beautiful wood burning stone fireplace.
