Thank you for the lovely review. Glad you enjoyed the direct beach access and the balcony views at Commodore's Retreat 102. Sorry the single bathroom made things tight with three kids — we appreciate the feedback and will look for ways to make family stays more comfortable. We hope to host you again.

Thanks so much for staying with us again and for the kind words! We love having locals like you back in the building. 😊 You’re totally right — we’ve been updating the unit and there’s more on the way, so it’s awesome to hear you noticed and still enjoyed your stay during the process. Hope we get to host you again soon!

Thanks so much, Joshua! I’m so happy you enjoyed the beach view and the peaceful vibe of the complex. We love how easy it is to get to the beach too — it’s one of our favorite things about the place! Hope to have you back again soon for another relaxing getaway!

Hi Joe, Thanks so much for the 5 stars! Please feel free to reach out to book your next stay!

Patti, thanks so much for the awesome review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the view, the quiet building, and the easy beach access and parking. Really appreciate you mentioning the floor and the WiFi too — we’re always working to keep things spotless and running smoothly, even with all that beach sand. So glad you’d happily stay again, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the beachfront location, beautiful ocean views, beach service, and the well-maintained pool. It’s wonderful to hear that the condo provided a good value for your stay. We appreciate you bringing the bunk bed concerns to our attention. Guest safety and comfort are very important to us, and we will make sure this feedback is shared and reviewed. We also understand that sand can be difficult to avoid in a beach home, but we appreciate your note regarding the floors so we can continue working to provide the best possible experience for our guests. Thank you again for staying with us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another beach getaway in the future!

We’re so happy to hear you had such a relaxing trip back to 30A! The beaches here really are something special, and we love that you got to soak up the view and enjoy the porch. Thanks for choosing our place for your getaway—we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

We want to make sure you have first dibs on this unit again next year. Book soon!!!!!!

Thanks so much for your kind words! We’re really happy you felt welcomed and enjoyed your stay overall. Sorry about the elevator and water pressure — we’ve already had those checked out so future guests have a smoother experience. We’d love to have you back anytime!

Thanks so much, Jennifer! We’re thrilled to hear you and your husband had such a great weekend and that it felt like coming home — that’s exactly the feeling we hope for our returning guests! The views and easy beach access really do make this spot special. We totally understand about the parking; larger vehicles can make it a bit tricky, but we appreciate your understanding. Can’t wait to welcome you both back again soon!

Thanks for sharing your experience, Billy! We’re happy you enjoyed the location, but we’re sorry about the slow drains and sand in the rug—we’ll have our team take care of that right away. I truly wish you had called us while you were here. We would have been out right away. Unfortunately, the love bugs and biting flies can be a seasonal challenge in this area, especially with certain winds, but we know how frustrating that can be. We really appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll come back and give us another try in the future!

Thank you for your review, Janeen. I'm glad to hear you appreciate the great views and convenience of our beach access and complimentary chair setup. I understand parking can be an issue during peak times, especially with larger vehicles. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another enjoyable stay!

Thank you for the review, I'm glad you enjoyed the condo and found the price to be good as well as the complimentary beach service. New furniture is being ordered over the Winter.

Hi Paige, Thank you for the 4-star review! We do not see any communication during your stay relaying this to us. In the future, please do not hesitate to reach out so we can rectify these things to allow you a more enjoyable stay! We are glad the rest of your stay was pleasant and hope you come back to visit us soon!

Believe it or not, per Florida lodging laws, we are not able to leave any type of cleaners or food products in a rental property due to risk of contamination. The owner is actually in town right now painting and doing a few updates to the condo.
