AwesomeView - luxe sur la plage sur l'eau

Ce 2,500 location moderne de vacances de pieds carrés offre une vue imprenable sur la mer. Assis sur la 26e Avenue Beach, il est situé entre les quais Capitola et de Santa Cruz, à l'ouest de Pleasure Point.

Le AwesomeView est situé sur un point qui définit la maison plus loin vers l'océan que tous les plusieurs millions de foyers dollar de chaque cÎté, de sorte que vous avez une vue à 180 degrés panoramique complÚte de l'océan. Que pendant la journée quand le soleil brille hors de l'eau ou le soir lorsque le reflet de la lune est capturé dans la boucle de doublure d'argent des vagues, la vue est à couper le souffle et commandera souvent votre attention lors de votre séjour.

Chaque chambre, Ă  l'exception des salles de bains, a une vue sur l'ocĂ©an. MĂȘme lors de la cuisson ou le lavage de la vaisselle, vous pouvez profiter de l'animation de l'ocĂ©an de la tranquillitĂ© des vagues dĂ©ferlantes de la plĂ©thore de la faune tels que des loutres de mer, des marsouins, une variĂ©tĂ© d'oiseaux, et bien sĂ»r, les surfeurs qui trouvent la rive-break en face de notre maison l'un des meilleurs Ă  Santa Cruz.

La maison dispose de trois chambres plus un coin couchage pour les enfants, trois salles de bain complĂštes, trois salons, trois tĂ©lĂ©viseurs (60 "LCD dans le salon et 55" en bas chambre d'enfant, et un HDTV dans la chambre principale), Xfinity Cable pour WiFi et plus. Incredible views, very comfortable house including well equipped kitchen. Everything provided—soaps and shampoo, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. No need to run out and buy necessities. Doesn’t feel like rental, more like a well-lived home.

We had a fabulous stay at Awesome View. The location is AMAZING. Not just the full 200* panoramic ocean view but its located right between 26 and Moran Beach. That strip of East Cliff is peaceful and residential, very "local". Parking was easier than expected. We had 3 cars and room for all. The kitchen was well-stocked. Double sets of dishes and silverware meant only running a full load occasionally. Cookware was amply sufficient to feed a crowd of foodies. The beds were comfortable! Every bed was complaint-free - good, firm mattresses, soft and firm pillows, comfortable linens. Marty was very helpful and met our request for unscented detergent, keeping us allergy-free. I am a bedding snob and I was VERY comfortable here. Each bedroom had a view too. Falling asleep to the sound of the surf was magical. We did run a few loads of towels. A party of 6 can go through linens quickly, but that's on us. We did bring beach towels with us but having some dedicated to the outside use would have been handy. We made great use of the grill- it is charcoal so plan ahead. The patio does get direct sun so bring your hats and plan for making your shade or retreating indoors during the hot afternoons. The bodyboards in the garage were also put to use. The surf outside was pounding, but we rode some waves and survived! Go and have fun, but be mindful its a strong current. Thank you for hosting us, Marty! We will remember this trip forever and can't wait to come back.

Excellent View

Great house to stay in. Convenient to everything. Clean. Would stay here again when in the Santa Cruz area. Great view. Saw a whale from the ocean view windows the last day we were there. Can’t ask for a better view. Can hear the ocean at night, Can’t ask for a better house to stay in!

Gorgeous home with a stunning view

The house was wonderful. All 4 couples had plenty of room and views were stunning. Great common areas for games. Lovely kitchen too. So nice to hear the surf all the time. Property management was great.

Right on the Surf!

Incredible views - 2 smaller quaint beaches via a 3 minute walk in either direction. High probability of coming back again for another stay!

Relaxing Thanksgiving at Awesome View

We woke up each morning and drank our coffee with an incredible view. We saw all manners of birds, dolphins, otters, seals and surfers. We strolled on the beach when the tide was out and lounged in the sun on the patio. The condo was spacious and clean with all the amenities to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner.

Home with an awesome view!

If you love the ocean and enjoy watching surfers riding waves, this is the house for you. The view from the enormous bay windows is awesome!. The sunsets were spectacular. The ocean is right there. You feel as if you could reach out and touch it. We loved our stay there and also the owners are lovely people to do business with.

It's hard to put into words the impact of the panoramic view as you walk in the front door. Breathtaking! The location was perfect with its proximity to Pleasure Point with fun shops and a variety of restaurants plus exciting views of seals (look close) and surfers. A+

Awesome view is right! Absolutely Beautiful View

My entire family (all adults 18-83) stayed here for my mother's 80th birthday. The location and view is simply breathtaking! We purposely spent one entire day just enjoying the view and watching the surfers. The home itself is very comfortable and clean. From the couches to the beds.. all very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. The hot tub was also lovely. We stayed at this home 13 years ago when my kids were in their teens and surfed daily. We never forgot that experience and jumped at the chance to stay again! Thank you Marty for the accommodations and for such a amazing home and being so responsive and helpful.

Wow - Ocean View!

Marty has created a one-of-a-kind serene environment at his home. To the say the least, the views are heavenly. The pictures do not do justice! Easy check in process and easy to communicate with Marty. He sent a very helpful guide ahead of the check in process.

Amazing Property

Beautiful views out to the ocean. Spent a lot of time just watching the waves and the surfers from the front room. Easy access down to the beach. Worked extremely well for our family of four couples and two little ones. Owner was very responsive and communicative.

AwesomeView is always awesome!

This was our 7th stay at AwesomeView since 2006. It is my family's happy place :) Oceanview, the beach, sea life, surfers, the sailboat regatta, fresh air and so much cooler than the valley where we are from....just heaven!! Awesome View is Awesome!

This property has a beautiful view! The sunsets are dramatic. The house accommodated our family of 8 adults easily. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, tools, utensils, pots, pans etc. Everything to help the chef make delicious meals to eat overlooking the ocean!

We wanted to have a beachfront home that is close to where we live so that we can visit it easily to perform work on it as well as make it lovely for our guests.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There are very few homes with southern facing ocean front views, and very few that are available for a vacation rental. Once you experience the views at this home, you too will give it the name of our initial guests -- AwesomeView! There is always activity on the water including a pod of porpoises passing by, sea otters, birds diving for fish, and surfers enjoying the best shore break in Santa Cruz.

The home is arranged to provide a large open and free-flowing space for your family and friends to gather that encompasses the entire upper level plus has a private master bedroom suite. If you are not outside--easy access to the beach and our private spa, or sleeping, the group will gather upstairs. Of course, with kids, there is another area for them when you want to have them watch TV or play video games downstairs.
