Quelle vue, quelle vue, quelle vue

Si vous cherchez un petit coin de paradis, vous l'avez trouvé. Une maison unique au bord du lac avec "miles" et je veux dire "miles" de vues imprenables sur le lac. Ce lot de lac très spécial est plat, a des eaux profondes, une cour spectaculaire et sa propre rampe de mise à l'eau. La maison comprend 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain, cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et salon, le tout avec une vue sans fin sur le lac Norman. Le patio arrière couvert massif permet une sieste le matin ou l'après-midi ou est le lieu de rassemblement idéal pour la famille. Cette maison est nichée dans une crique calme, donc vous n'avez pas le trafic de la chaîne principale, mais vous avez néanmoins la vue sur la chaîne principale à perte de vue. Il existe de nombreuses activités (golf, tennis, shopping, restaurants, etc.) dans les environs immédiats, mais je pense que la plupart des gens aiment simplement s'asseoir sur le patio et laisser le stress de la vie quotidienne se dissiper. Si vous passez une semaine dans cette retraite sereine sur le lac, je sais que vous reviendrez pour plus.

Bateau ponton tritoon de 27 pieds disponible à la location pour 350 $ par jour.
Jet ski Yamaha disponible à la location pour 325 $ par jour.

Remarque: J'ai besoin d'une location minimum de 4 nuits pour les mois de juin, juillet et août.

Our extended family Thanksgiving was about 10 minutes away so this lake house provided the perfect place to call “home” for a couple of days. With 3 full baths and 4 bedrooms, everyone had their space. And the kitchen, dining area, and the family room are open and allow for lots of togetherness. The back porch (with plenty of seating) overlooking the lake is awesome!

Wonderful getaway

Our stay was exactly what we had hoped for and a little more! Danny was extremely proactive, hospitable, and great to communicate with. Check in was extremely easy and all the amenities were wonderful. Utilizing the boat and jet ski was fun and easy to plan. The property worked perfectly for our family. What a View provided us with an ideal location and layout to accommodate me and my adult children in comfort! We had a wonderful family time and especially enjoyed our boat rental, complete with skis, tubes, and floats. There was plenty of space to gather, inside and out, to enjoy each other’s company, the view, and the numerous wildlife that came to visit during our stay. Danny was very accommodating and gracious, with excellent communication throughout our booking and stay. One of our best VRBO rentals overall!

Me my husband and our kids booked this home for spring break just a quick lil get away and I must say this home is everything! We rented there boat enjoyed sunset went fishing caught a huge catfish had s’mores by the fire pit went swimming in the lake had a BBQ I could go on and on trust me you won’t be disappointed. VERY PEACEFUL AND RELAXING the owners are very nice people and respond at a timely manner. Can’t wait to go back!

Family Vacation

We have passed Lake Norman time and time again on our way to the Carolina’s and Florida. This was our first stay and we all agreed it was the place we would definitely come back to. Our host, Danny, was the most responsive host we’ve ever encountered dealing with VRBO. He did everything to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Enjoyed having morning coffee on the deck. Sunsets were breathtaking. We enjoyed the boat and jet ski. Renting definitely a must if you stay there.

Family 4th of July Weekend

Our family booked this house and had a great time! The location was great, very close to the grocery store but we were able to have them delivered so that was nice. Very close to boat launch to put our boat in the water. House was very accommodating and perfect for what we needed. The back porch was great for hanging out and enjoying family. We did bring our boat and the dock is nice but lacks extra cleats to tie up, luckily we have a large inflatable bumper that we were able to use. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Very pretty property and communication was top notch. If I had any complaints it would be the lack of extra sheets, the very cramped room with the bunkbeds and some age of the amenities. Overall with exception of some not so great weather we had a relaxing and comfortable family experience. Danny checked on us before, during and after our stay.

This home and lot are truly one of a kind. I looked for 8 years to find that "perfect" lake lot and once you experience a day or a week at Peyton's Place I think you will agree it is just that, "perfect".

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The most obvious benefit of this home is the "MILES" of lake views that you have. You can sit on the patio or sit in the living room, kitchen or dining room and just enjoy the endless views of Lake Norman. In addition you will also get to see an abundance of wildlife, with our neighborhood deer, ducks, geese, and sea gulls. Late in the afternoon you may also get to see the local Ospery diving for his/her dinner, very entertaining.
