Lovely stay!

Our family greatly enjoyed the little apartment during our visit to Venice. It's in an absolutely perfect location-- right near the water, but tucked away in a quiet enough area to avoid the tourist madness. Great place close to everything in a quiet location

We (fam of 2 + 2 teenagers) stayed here for a few nights. The place is a typical older Venetian house close to the canal Grande, train station and airport transfer boat station . The owner was very helpful in providing guidance and checking us in, including allowing luggage storage before and after the check in/out. It's definitely a great value. We enjoyed our stay.

A great experience and impeccable host

We could not have been happier with our stay in Venice. Our host went over and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, including providing a service we could use to help us with or luggage to and from the train station. Great location and host

The location of the property is ideal, very close to the train station and easy access to tourist sites but on a quiet side street. Just a few steps away we found a perfect little spot on the canal for a cafe and croissant. The host was very helpful with communication, information and suggestions and even making dinner reservations for us. The kitchen was perfect for making a simple meal at the apartment with a large market nearby. Would recommend this apartment.
